2nd segment of the power circuits in BMax2

Anyone else think this segment is just SO MUCH FUN??!! It's the one with the 2 knee repeater, walk around, 2 knee repeater, full circle repeater, and power jigs? And the blast is the wide lunges off the step? I think it's killer but the fun factor is so high. Who else but Cathe could make stuff that wicked hard be that much fun?!

Yes, its my favorite also. I add it on all the time just because it's so much fun. Cathe sure does a good job of making working out fun.
 
I love it, too. I actually love ALL the blasts but if I had to pick a favorite, I think the step section of circuit #4 would be my favorite, the blast from #3 would be my favorite, and the leg work from blast #1 would be my favorite. I LOVE Body Max 2. I did the upper body section only this morning and it's amazing how much Cathe can accomplish in 20 min. I have DOMS in my bis already!!!!
 
Question...have any of you tried Drill Max legs & cardio then BM2 power circuits with weights? I have also included Imax 3 blasts only in this workout. WOW!! ") A great workout.

Do any you wear HR monitors?? After having done this workout for several weeks now, I can't seem to get my HR up above 75% of my max on my cardio machines. Do you think it's because my fitness have improved??

:eek: I will have to remember that combo for one of those extremely high energy days!!! I too am a BM2 fan!!!

Isn't that the blast from the past? I've done something similiar in another workout of hers. I love BMX2 and plan to get back to it soon now that I can do Step Blast completely.
Which workout did that Blast come from?
