Which Amy Bento DVD would you purchase?

I am looking to purchase one of Amy Bento's new Extreme DVD's. If you could only have one which one would you choose---HiLo Extreme or Kickbox Extreme? I am looking for some extra cardio to do at home. Thanks for the input.

I have the Extreme Series and would say get her HiLo. Her kick is ok - you can search forums here and see all the feedback... Her forte imo is HiLo

KBX is my favorite of the two, but you can't go wrong with either. The music is great. The combo's are fun and unique. The time flies by. KBX is my favorite of the two and I'm not a kickbox fan. I absolutely LOVE this workout. I know others have made numerous comments on how it isn't true kickbox or she has bad form or whatever, but she is a fitness instructor who put out an excellent, fun, unique, cardio workout with kickbox flare. I'll bet that if it was "true" kickbox I probably would not have liked it. People asked for a kickbox workout and people claim to want unique and different and Amy delivered! I recenlyt purchased both KBX and HLX and I'm 100% happy with my purchase (even though premix #9 on HLX skips the WU). If I HAD to choose, I would go with KBX. LOVE it!!! It will be interesting to see which one others would choose.

Are you interesting in any weight training too? If so, HiLo Extreme is a great purchase. You get most of Amy's All Pump Extreme on this DVD too (minus 9 multi-joint exercises). I am not sure of the premixes off the top of my head, but she has some circuits of hilo and her all pump workout. Plus, the hilo workout looks really fun. I haven't done it yet though due to my injury.

Thanks for the feedback. I am mostly looking for straight cardio. They both look great but I can only get one. Hmmmmm........I feel some rationalization coming on.

Cheryl, I was just thinking... If you purchase through collage they have a great return policy. They will take anything back within 30 days of purchase. So, if you get one and don't like it you can return it and try the other and possibly return that too if you don't like them. Just a thought.

I'd go with Hi-Lo X. Like Karin mentioned, it's got lots of All Pump exercises on it. In fact, someone on another forum mentioned that after previewing all the premixes on HLX, she didn't notice anything left out from All Pump on Hi-Lo (does that make sense?) so if you get this DVD you'll be getting two workouts for the price of one! I also think her form is great in HLX, so you won't have to do much modifying.

I have all of her new DVDs and love them.

I agree with HLX. You get more bang for your buck if you want to add weights for circuit workouts. Also, she does have form issues with KBX (although I still recommend this one if you are experienced enough of a kickboxer to modify accordingly).

I have all of Amy's workouts and love her. The most recent series is really good. I agree with the above poster than Amy does Hi/Lo very well. I also enjoy the kickbox one.....but I don't care too much about her form. Hi/Lo really got my HR up there too!! and it was fun.
