I just did this 80 minute workout and what a killer! First it does the first step segment, then the first interval step and blast, then the weighted leg exercise repeat with the next two step segments and intervals/blasts/leg exercises. Then it goes back to the step routine with all step segments combined two times, then repeats that again for a total of four times! Then it goes on to the fourth interval/blast and leg exercise!!! Finally stretch. Thank godness. My bra was soaked! I loved it:7 If you want hard cardio this is it.

YAY! Thanks for the review of this premix :) I have it on my current rotation and I'm looking forward to sweating a ton with Cathe!

Laura,

I did that premix Tuesday and again tonight. I must say that I absolutely LOVE this workout. I thought I sweat alot with BMax2 just in itself.

I had sweat dripping all over the step by the time I got done! Now, who can complain that there isn't enough cardio in this one?

Even the leg portion of the power circuits keeps the heart rate up and the sweat factor seems to go in overdrive. This one is definitely my favorite premix so far!

I agree, this is my favorite premix so far. I tried BM2 Monday and did scrambled eggs yesterday. I love, love the premix!! I know I will use it frequently when I want a great cardio workout.
I tired DM today and can't wait to wake up to the shoulder DOMS I have been reading about. Thank you Cathe-these workouts are wonderful:)

I did the "scrambled eggs" premix today and had to log in with this board to rave about it. This is not only a great sweating cardio workout, but a good way to really get that BodyMax2 step routine burned into your brain so that you can move on to Cardio Fusion. That was why I wanted to do this premix before attempting Cardio Fusion. If you're an intensity junkie, you should give this one a try.

That's really a good idea, CF is a goal of mine. Something to look into, that's for sure.

I totally agree! I did it for the first time this morning and was blown away. It was awesome. I have crystallized sweat on my face now and am drinking water as I type. When she repeated the long combination I had to dig deep for the energy. I did it all and am very proud!

Yup, Laura, you're right! It's tough, fun and sweaty. I have to say it's very close to CF. Thanks for the heads up. It's now a regular in my rotation.

Scrambled eggs is pure cardio. There's only a little tiny bit of lower body weights due to the power circuits but otherwise it's double knot your laces and go for it...cardio, cardio and when you're dying still more cardio. It contains all of the power circuits and the bonus cardio. It's total fun. A warning that "naps may be required after this workout" should be at the front.

Totally and completely kicked my butt yesterday. You're right, a nap would have been very nice.

Today I did the double upper body premix and that one is a toughie too!

Thanks so much for pointing this out! Most of the time I'll do a w/o as is. I'll give this a go tomorrow.

I did Scrambled Eggs first time this morning. Yes, it's pretty tough. For me it's not quite as intense as Cardio Fusion. However, it does takes the #2 spot, with MIC now falling to #3. MIC was #1 for the longest time and now I have two cardios that surpass that! I'm loving the new series! :7

Thank you for the breakdown, Laura. I have been curious about the workout.

I think I will do it tonight.

I am a diehard evening exerciser.

I just don't have it all mornings due to my meds.

Anyway, Thanks!
