BM2 scrambled eggs!!!

I just did this premix today, and I did CF on Saturday... I think this one is harder! You're on an 8" step the whole time vs. stepping on an 8" step for only about 40 mins or so in CF (and 1 segment of that is low impact) and then most of the Drill Max drills don't involve stepping (and you lower to 6"). Wow, this was a TOUGH premix! Definitely the intense cardio lover's dream!!

I did this today - I started with an 8" step and took out a layer of risers for the last step segment. Great workout. Thanks for the idea!

I guess I am a wuss. I only used a 6 inch riser for Scrambled Eggs.

During Body Max 2, I only do the 3 cardios on an 8 in riser, then I lower it to 6 in for the blasts.

I always use 8 in for Low Impact Circuit though.

I feel kind of inferior since I mostly use 6 inches. I am getting a great workout, that I know.

But since I am 5'1" and at times have a complete lockout of the area of my hip flexor that literally takes me to the ground, I am just extra cautious.

I went to an orthopedist and then had 2 months of physical therapy for this condition of my left hip flexor area. It helped somewhat, but at times the entire area locks up on me and it hurts like crazy.

I think I am going to see my new doctor about this condition.

Oddly, the orthopedist never explained what I had. Perhaps he just referred me to HIS physical therapy office to make money.

Sorry to ramble, but does anybody else modify the riser to mostly 6 inches?

Thanks all!

Just got around to trying this today. I hadn't done BM2 yet and did this premix all the way through, burning a whopping 698 calories!! I think I would rather do scrambled eggs, then the upper body section then abs instead of doing it the way it's originally intended. This was fun and a great calorie burner! :)
