How do you use BODY MAX2

I am just curious in how many people use body max 2 in its origional sequence? It seems like there is a lot of it do it in one workout. I was watching the premixes and i am thinking that, that is the best way to use this dvd. What do you think?

Melissa:)

I always use the premixes on this one. My current favorite is the bootcamp... the time flies!

I usually do the workout up to the upper body segment, then skip to the stretch, then the next day, I do the upper body 2x premix. That works well for me.

I still haven't done the workout all the way through as-is, and I may never do so: after putting my all in to it for an hour, I don't feel I have the oomph to do justice to the upper body segment.

I really like that one as well! (I can't speak to other premixes, because I've only tried this one and the double upper body, but I like both of them).

I did scrambled eggs today and really enjoyed it. This was my first time trying it so i only did it on a 6inch step. Next time i will bump it up some. I think tomorrow i will try the boot camp.

Thanks for the info

I've only done this workout twice. Both times I've done all of it. The first time, I didn't look at the back so I didn't realize it was that long. When she started the upper body part, I thought what the bajeebees? I looked at the box.....by this time, I was in too deep so I finished it:eek: I was telling my friends I probably wouldn't do that again for a long time. BUT, I started Cathe's February rotation yesterday, and much to my surprise, it was listed as the very first workout!!!}( I'd like to try the premixes but I'm scared :7 LOL

BM2 is one of my favorite cardio workouts. I have only done Scrambled Eggs, hm.... probably 5 or more times, okay 10 times:D :D It’s so much fun, 80 minutes of pure bliss!x( :9

I've never done it "as is", I don't have the time or energy.

I mix it up: Cardio Blast Premix, power circuits only plus UB/abs, or everything but UB, Cardio & Wgts. premix. Today I didn;t have much time so I did the premix Cardio T/S (warm up,bonus step 2x, then power circ w/o wghts.), which was great. I LOVE the Power Circuits!

When I have time I'm going to try the Scrambled Eggs one! it looks delicious...

Keep smiling & sweating!

I've only done it as is a couple of times. I usually use the Cardio Blast or the Double Upper Body premix. This is a great DVD.:)

I tried the BC Premix last week and loved it so I have a feeling the BC premix and cardio premixes will be used as well as the upper body premix quite a bit.

I usually do the whole thing. I love this w/out. I have done the upper body premix. I haven't tried the bootcamp premix. Might have to do that one soon!

Oh, thanks!!! I was needing a good circuit workout for tomorrow and forgot about the BootCamp premix on this one. I think I'll do it - I really enjoyed it the last time I did it.

My absolute favorite way to use this DVD is Scrambled Eggs, skipping the weighted lower body work. I think it's tougher that way actually! It's about 65 minutes and it's some of the toughest cardio Cathe has to offer.

I do like it the whole way through, as well. It's just a great workout.

I just did the double upper body workout today. Ouch! I just can't get over how this little bit of a woman is so strong! She never ceases to amaze me. BodyM 2 is my favorite and I seem to do only the premixes.

Cheryl

I still split it up--step segment (with bonus) one day, warm up and power circuits the next. I'll add upper body onto either one when I have the time. Sometimes I think this would be the only DVD I'd ever need--upper body, lower body, abs, cardio, intervals....

I've been doing the Cardio Timesaver, but after reading these posts I need to try others. I really enjoy this workout.

I think I've only done the whole thing as is once. The Cardio Blast premix seems to be the one I like to do the most consistently. I am also making the Double Upper Body workout a constant in my rotation. The Cardio & Weights and Boot Camp premixes are great too.
