    Thanks for the response! I have tried less cardio and then more cardio, and am back to more cardio...both have worked in the past. My cardio sessions vary from 30-60 minutes depending on the day. I try to mix what I do for cardio up as well...run, elliptical, Cathe cardio/wgt. mixed tapes...

    Too Much?

    Thanks for your response...right now I am trying to stay away from weights for my legs. I know everyone says weights for legs will not make you bulky/bigger, but I am one of those people who do get big quads/legs whenever I do weight work for legs. UGH! Pamela
