Too Much?

HI!

I was wondering if this was too much in one week...

M-Use 4 DS Chest/Back in morning and take evening spin class
T-Use 4DS Shoulders
W-Boot Camp (ORIGINAL)
TH-Spin class in morning or evening
F-Use 4DS Tris/Bis
S-Cardio of choice or OFF
SN-OFF Or cardio of choice

Any input would be helpful!

Looks fine to me. You could swap out a spin day for legs, too, if you wanted more weight work for your lower body. Otherwise, I'd say that looks good.
 
Thanks for your response...right now I am trying to stay away from weights for my legs.

I know everyone says weights for legs will not make you bulky/bigger, but I am one of those people who do get big quads/legs whenever I do weight work for legs.

You might want to post this in the Rotations forum; they're great over there and could really help.

I'd say be careful of a 4DS follwed by BC; may be hard on your shoulders. I defer to the Rotations posters, though!!
