    but what happens when you 'stop' the insanity? I've been thinking of getting Insanity too, but was worried the DVDs would be too long and hard. is this something you have to do every day and is there anyone out there who gained weight and inches back after they go back to their normal routine?

    Thanks. The points system works great for me. I eat pretty healthy anyway. I don't have a problem with overdoing eating bread. I simply went off the points when I was out to dinner this weekend and I intended to. I didn't eat horribly bad so I still don't understand why I would have gained...

    I'm so frustrated! It took me 6 weeks to lose 5 pounds on WW & working out every other day. This holiday weekend I went out to eat twice (didn't even eat bad stuff, just way over my points), but then I ate lots of valentine candy. By Sunday I was back up 4 pounds!!! I was half way to my goal...

    Cathe, do you think that working out 2 consecutive hours every other day (lets say 3 days a week)or every day for 3 days will produce the same results as one hour each day for 6 days? is there a difference? I hope you are feeling better every day. I love every DVD you do.:D

    THANKS. I didn't even think about what equipment might be needed so that's good to know. That's just another reason why it would be better to be able to purchase individual dvds as opposed to the enitre set.
