    I just finished HiiT Circuit Upper from RWH. I did the premix 5 that adds both ab segments. It's my favorite circuit workout especially the sumo and then jump up to the tricep that is one awesome move.

    Stretch from Butts & Guts

    B&G is one tough workout but the reward is the awesome stretch. The music and yoga moves work so well and are so relaxing. Once in a while it is just nice to lose yourself in a longer stretch. It is one of my fav workouts.

    rock'em sock'em ROCKS

    Today was my first time at Rock'em Sock'em also added tricep mmd and abs. This workout did not just challenge my body, it also challenged my mind. Adding on to the combos I really had to concentrate but I enjoyed this workout. I have tried them all now. Love the workouts and the music.
