I have not received the newsletter via email for the past few weeks. Is it just me? If so, I will contact customer service.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can tell you. Since this is a bulk list email ISP's often mistake it for Spam. Thus they block it from ever reaching you and you will not even see it in your Spam folder. You best bet is to add our newsletter email to your contacts and safe sender list. You may also want to contact your ISP and see if they can unblock the newsletter from reaching you.I had already checked junk, sent email to customer service.
I had to call comcast. They said there was nothing they could do because the newsletter uses some sort of mailforwarding system that looks like spam to their system. Then about two days later, the newsletter showed up in my inbox.I have not received the newsletter via email for the past few weeks. Is it just me? If so, I will contact customer service.
