    RE: I think it is Ben.I remember when I first started doing step workouts how silly I felt.I got over it & learned to love the step.It is fun.Today I will do some Yoga.I think I will start the 4 d's again tomorrow - I always do heavy weights first. Take care Chris

    Good morning men ! I was unable to check in the last couple of day.I was at the cottage doing more work.Putting in those docks is heavy work ! I was still able to get a run in & Muscle Max.Today I will do Kickmax.Have a great day. Chris
