Hey guys
C90X doubles is neither C nor X today. I'm doing a Cardio Coach interval run (60mins) These things are pretty cool and fantastic workouts. I downloaded a bunch from the Cardio Coach website - today I am doing the "press play" run. This one gets me every time.

Didn't have time to check in yesterday. I did 4DS Shoulders + Core.

Today is 4DS Bootcamp/Bi/Tri/Legs.

Keith - I must try Cardio Coach.I do my spinning to Coach Troy Jacobson & these Spinnerval workouts get me everytime.Tonight I am doing kickboxing.I will probably mix Cathe 4ds kickbox with this one I tried called Step / Kickboxing by Kelly Coffey Meyer.It is excellent.Have a great weekend everone.
