    Rotating is the way to go. I always rotate LIC with some other cardio or strength workout. I love LIC. Its a very fun workout. Good luck with your rotation!!!

    Sorry about your day. We all have them unfortunately. I like kickboxing for a day like that. I don't like complex choreography when I'm feeling that bad. And if I'm extremely in terrible shape then it has to be kundalini yoga. The breath work and moves seems to help.

    This is a great question. I hope Cathe answers this. With everyone buying so many workouts, and so many new ones coming, there is little time to spend on just one or two workouts to see if they produce results.
