Congratulations Terri!
2 lbs in 10 days , It's working ;-) Keep doing what your doing, you are going in the right direction so stay on course!
Absolutely, Take your measurements now so you dont get discouraged if the scale dont budge! You'll need this non scale victory to help keep you motivated as well as feeling successful! (your clothes will fit better )
I personally find that sticking to a rotation for 4 weeks works well for me. The consistency of any program always pays off especially when you are eating well,so have body awareness and patience, the body is adjusting each week . Just Make sure its in the right direction that is goal oriented to you ;-) A journal comes in handy here for feedback!
This is when I'll add a progressive overload if I felt that I could have did more . I do this by highering my step or using a stability ball for bench work or bands for resistance! Different training tools will help mix things up for you to keep your rotation interesting and fun!
Listen to your body, track your progress, keep a journal, eat well and know when to increase or decrease your intensity or workload! All of this will help make your rotations more successful no matter how long you are on them IMHO!
Good luck with your training and fatloss goal!
