Grumpy day workout

I had a REALLY BAD day today at work. Normally if I have a rough day, letting Cathe kick my butt makes me feel much better. IMAX3 is my fave grumpy day w/o. I can grumble at her and sweat out my frustrations. Today was so bad that not even IMAX3 did it. I kept tripping over the step and was on left when she was on right and it was a mess!! I finally had to give up!! I ended up dusting off Basic Step and using the lowest step, and barely was able to follow that. But I had to something, or I was going to be upstairs in the Ben & Jerry's. Finished up with the last section of Core Max. Even Cathe couldn't distract me today. I was wondering what everyone's favorite "I can't take it anymore!!!" day w/o is? Poor Cathe, I just take it all out on her:) Serves her right for torturing me:)
 
Sorry about your bad day! When I am that aggravated I just can't focus on choreography so I can certainly understand why you were having so much trouble. I picked up running about a year ago and that is my favorite bad day, gotta-love-it-cause-it's-a-no-brainer work out!}(
 
KPC is my "bad day at work" workout. I just imagine annoying co-workers as my opponent. Works like a charm!
 
I think I've punched out (in my head at least) a few annoying VP's with KM and KPC. Yes, those are always good!!!
 
For me it is either running, because it clears my mind or something with difficult choreography like rythmic step or a patrick goudeau w/out. Those clear my mind because I am just trying to either learn the moves or concentrate on them.

I like to visit the elliptical at the gym. It's like running except I don't get that terrible pain in my side
 
Kick-Max! LIC was fun on Saturday. I was SO Pissed at my mom I could barely see straight. I felt a lot better after.

Mine is definitely kickboxing. I had a *really* rough day earlier this week and did Amy Bento's kickbox workout - every punch let out aggression - it was great!

I also use KPC, Powerstrike or once in a blue moon Kick Max.

Sorry about your day. We all have them unfortunately. I like kickboxing for a day like that. I don't like complex choreography when I'm feeling that bad. And if I'm extremely in terrible shape then it has to be kundalini yoga. The breath work and moves seems to help.
 
For a Cathe workout it's Imax 2. LOVE that workout. Especially the Pina Colada song at the end. For a non-Cathe workout it's Cardio Coach 6 with Candace. I have had a really tough time at work with my boss lately (well, four like 4.5 years :p ) and when she says things like "Does it help to know I believe in you?" I'm like "YEAH, IT DOES! THANKS!" Hehehe.
