    anyone not doing cardio?

    I did not do cardio in M1 and M2 (only some walking outside) but in M3 I got back on track and did cardio 5-6 times/week. I did feel more fatigue in the first to mesocycles.

    I also preview the DVD once or twice. It takes me a few tries to ge the steps. If I am lost, I just continue moving, eventually I get it after few tries. Don't give up!

    fruit

    I found if I eat the fruits in the morning (after excersize) they don't affect my weight. I do however have to watch for the quantity, as I love fruits and indulge too much sometime:p

    Thank you all for your helpful replies. Vee-I will try what you say, I think I am always trying to complete all the reps thus my weight is not heavy enough. As far as protein, I get plenty of it.
