Meso 3 adjustments

I'm doing the 6 month rotation and have just finished the first week of Meso 3. I'm finding that I have to go heavier on some excercises just to get fatigued by the 8th rep.

For those of you who have found the same, have you went back in and adjusted your 1RMs so that you have the proper weights for the rest of Meso 3? Or are you just recording them on paper.

My only concern with changing these in Workout Manager is that it would mess up the weights/1RMs I recorded that were just perfect for Mesos 1 and 2 (and I want to do the whole thing again). It seemed like I couldn't go as heavy on those two Mesos because there were more reps and they were faster.

(Maybe I actually got stronger through the first two Meso cycles?)
Just wondering what everyone else experienced with Meso 3---I sort of feel like I'm not working very hard??

I also had to increase the weight on most excersizes in M3, sometimes the weight went up dramatically. I enetered the numbers in WM and was fine for the rest of the M3. I don't know how will this work when I start the rotation again. I will see if I need to bring some of the 1RM numbers down or not. I would like to hear from others who increased the 1 RM in M3 and started the rotation over.

I had the same experience. Some weight increases were small for meso 3, others dramatic, especially for squat rack lower body. I had printed all my meso 1 and 2 workouts so I have the old one rep max numbers on them. I'm planning on just using my old workout numbers when I do STS a second time through using my old worksheets. I know there is no way I can do lower body (especially trisets) with the heavier one rep max weights of meso 3.
