looking forward to this one. It does compliment the bonus heavy workout. Working glute efficiently off the mat is just as relevant as on the mat. Hmmm those leg extension hinging from the hip are going to add a fizz:D to my routines. I am happy to have added this to my purchase history.
 
Like rcsaros, I love that it is not simply squats and lunges and, like Debinmi,, I love that there are balance challenges. I will admit, this looks more like what I thought the first LMR would be like - I do not mean that as a criticism in any way. I am looking forward to future sneak peaks.
 
I can attest those leg balances at 1:50 in the video are more challenging than they look, especially if you have one side that's less stable than the other. Also glad to see the balance challenges.

Little bummed not to see the balance discs getting used, but I think I recall seeing she may have a totally separate workout planned for that one that's all balance disc (the one called Balance Fusion). That's a rough guess, though.
