Today I did Coffey Fit Raw Upper Body Strength and Endurance, 69 minutes(10 minutes for adjustments and writing down the moves and weight) 186 calories, heart rate 96/135, 1,335 steps. This says upper body, but there is squats as well. then did CDorner Mobility and Balance from yesterday. This uses a chair, 31 minutes, heart rate 87/101,67 calories, 152 steps. It was a more active mobility workout with moves like partial pistol moves using the chair, sit and stand with arm movement. That is just some of it. Total time was 1 hour 40 minutes, 253 calories, 1,487 steps.
I was going to do a short cardio but decided I needed the stretch after the weights. I was a bit worried I was pushing it too much.

Jolie, great job on the incline walks and hill climbs. Yes, I do remember Teddy. Didn't she move out of country or something? We have had quite a few people that were here for a long time and disappeared. I have several that I have kept in touch with, but they have been gone from here since way before you started here. We mostly chatted and kept up with workouts on facebook. I have one that I email with now. She was a beach body coach for a long time. One I play word with friends with and again communicated with off and on facebook. There was a couple that I talked to on the phone and one I met in Indiana when my husband and I went on vacation. I have been on Cathe's platforms since she had about 200 followers. Debbie and Belinda have been here for a really long time. I am not sure about the one with the shoulder injury. I know I am progressing, I guess I am a little slow at pushing heavier if I feel discomfort as I do not want to end up injuring something. My shoulder hurts some this evening along with that rib cage sternum thing. I will give it a couple of days to recoup after today's workout. Chris on CDonner workout said she broke her watch and did not have one. I think she had the apple watch and I guess the screen on it was broke off and hanging. She said she was looking at her options and was unsure. She said she did not want text messages and phone calls on hers. Some joke in there as well.
Debbie, nice work on the treadmill today. You got a good calorie burn out of it. I am guessing I was expecting to be back to normal and pumping the iron faster. With all of the PT I was up to 5's for the overhead stuff, 10# each hand for the pully rows which he upped the last week. I am lifting much more than I was there. I am just worried if it hurts in the same area as before, or I feel like something is snapping in there which happens once in a while. This would never had bothered me in the past as I would have thought it was the workout and just needed some recovery. Now I worry about a setback. Generally, it seems to let up in a day or two. I have to expect some soreness, but not pain. Today I started lowering the weight when the shoulder was becoming difficult, and I started feeling it in my lat and trap area on the right side. I like the workout though. I had not tried that one yet. I looked at the Circuit one where they each go to different stations. There is a list of the moves and suggestions if you do not have a leg extension machine etc.. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it or not. It is another that I have not done.
Anyway, I think it will be a while before I get much more than maybe 10# overhead. Still kind of worried about pulling something apart. I need to build muscle strength to support things though.
Belinda, I hope they let you know the results of the x ray soon. Nice work with Iron Upper Body today.
I did not know they do blood testing for allergies. They just did the patches on my back and put stuff on spots up my arms. I think most was checking for things like mold, animals dander, foods etc. When my daughter had it done her highest allergen was feathers, then kapok, and latex. It started as very extreme eczema and now she has to have an epi pen with her when she goes places. She had a reaction to something in an airplane on vacation once and was lucky she had benedryl on her. I check my local allergen checker when I feel the allergies hitting bad and I can usually tell what seasonal allergen it is. Always gets bad with juniper and cedar around this time of year. Spring and summer ragweed and some of the tree pollen. Oddly, when I see mostly grass pollen it is not as bad. I react, but not like with some of the others like now where I am watery eyes, congested, coughing and sneezing at the same. I was hoping to skip the allegra and flonase, but after 4 days I could not go out of the house in the shape I am in. I keep thinking about testing. There is a testing facility in the city next to us. I hate getting set up with another doctor though. I am sure it wouldn't be one visit and that is it. My reprieve from allergies is generally in August and then late November to early December for 3 to 4 weeks.
Cam, nice work today with the Ice mix with the blast. I used to use those mixes a lot. It gives a great workout. I only look at football when my husband is watching it and making comments. He does not watch NFL anymore. Kind of the same reason Debbie says she doesn't. He likes to keep up with the college teams though. Then my family is mostly all for OU since some of them graduated from OU. Then a couple like my dil and granddaughter are OSU fans. My dil has other ball teams she loves that are not from here. I think her favorite must be the Cubs as they went to see them for a vacation trip and her Amazon wish list is Cubs stuff.
Roselyn, nice work with Caroline arms and abs.
