Sun. before I left for the beach I did Gym Style chest and triceps. Mon, Tue, and Thurs Rolly and I speed walked. It was great. Last night, I did Gym Style Legs. OMG! I still have it, but O my it was hard! Almost kept up with Cathe, just couldn't do a few towards the end, but that's OK, I can tell I did fine. Today I'm waiting for DOM's, but perhaps I'll get them tomorrow. It's really nice to be home and back on the computer with my cyberspace buddies.
Michelle, Great job on yesterday's IMAX2 and this morning's MM. I've never had my core quiver. Hmmmmm, maybe I should work harder? I think that's a good sign you are working very hard. Good for you.
ReneeP, I sure hope the shot works for you. You poor thing!!!!! I don't understand why weight reacts to that kind of calories and workouts. Hmmmmmm
. It happens though, I know, but not for 6 months. I wonder what's going on? That has got to be very frustrating. Hang in there.
Tonight I taught yoga, which was wonderful and my Total Tone class. I am doing a lazy recumbrerant bike ride while I check in & record my workouts.
Laura, So sorry you got a fine.
The sale sounds like a lot of work and fun too. Hope all goes well for you this weekend and you make lots and lots of money. What did you do on the two evening engagements? Wow and also subbing two yhouga classes. You have been a busy bee. Maybe next week will be normal? Whatever that is. LOL
I have one more week of Gym Style and then I move onto the Low Impact Series for two weeks. I am NOT looking forward to that...I don't see how that is kinder and more gentle on your joints...especially KNEES! But I will do what I can and perhaps learn to like more then just the step dvd, which I like, but its challenging....yet fun. I do not like yoga, and the slide and glide takes it out of me. But perhaps if I was in shape like I was two years ago, I'd feel different...who know!! Its been almost a year since my ACL surgery. I guess I'm doing pretty good but not as good as I would like.
BTW, after reading about you all doing STEP HEAT, I had to do it too! I don't like the first half...its so "cheerleader" like. Icky poohpy! But I do like the second and third step routine only to finish with that "funky step cool down"...eh, thats alright too, but not my favorite. My favorite step routines are from BodyMax2, and Low Impact Circuit...oh, and of course, LowMax and Rhythmic Step. What is your favorite?
Rennee, Thank you for your wonderful support. It means the world to me. I'm glad I can inspire anyone. I love that we are doing the same rotation, that way I know what to expect, from you posting of it. It's a great heads up! It's been a year since your ACL surgery? Time is flying by sooooo fast. I think you are doing great. Give it a year and a half and I know you will be back to normal. With my surgery (xplants) it took me that long to feel myself back again. If that makes since.
Take care ladies and have a good day.
