Hi gang. Sorry about being MIA the last few days. I did 4DS kickbox on Wednesday (why am I always surprised at how much fun the cardio is?) and 4DS LIS yesterday. Today I will be doing cardiofusion step premix, I think. I am ashamed to say that I have not made a doc's appt yet for my vertigo. It comes and goes. Learning to deal with it. I know that's not necessarily the answer.
Janie: just got a text from sister. She is not feeling well either. Hers is a stomach thing though. Hrumph. Hope you are feeling better.
ReneeP:good job on 15 pound flys. I go back and forth between 15 and 20 pounds on flys--depends on how fast the reps are. If the reps are slow, I can go with 20; if faster tempo, then usually 15. You probably are finding the same. Making the jump from 15 to 20 or from 20 to 25 is like a huge deal. Per our missing Shadowpup's recommendation, I asked my DH for a set of pace weights either for my birthday or Christmas a couple of years ago. Pace weights are half pound magnetic weights that you put on your dumbbells that allow you to up your weight amounts much more manageably. They are available online. If you google pace weights, you will find the link. Word of warning though; they are not cheap--that's why I asked my DH to get them for me as a gift because I knew I was too cheap to splurge on myself. LOL!
Laura: good to have you drop in. Know that you are one busy, busy lady.
Will ya'll be heading south anytime this summer?
