Ok so now I'm done with the lifting and doing the recumberant bike because it easier to type on.... and I can check in better!
Last thursday I subbed the morning Cardio Burn class and then stayed for the yoga class right after. Ivebeen enjoying getting more yoga in a lot and I am actually considering doing the Core Power yoga training(only because it's the most affordable yoga training I can find.
Janey: I hope you post pictures soon of all the hard work you and Joey are doing on the each house.... I like the61/2 month rotation, it is a long time commitment but I live STS so much I don mind, Cathe did originally design it for that but added the 3 month rotation because she knew people would shy away from such a lengthy program (read that Ina thread some where). It's taking me even longer to do because of my crazy schedule but like I said I enjoy it!! I'm rally getting some definition in m arms that is hard for me to do! Yay,!
Michelle: welcome home, spring is unusually warm here it's more like early June weather.... We are desperate for moisture & although I am happy for the warmth now it does worry me about draught & fires later in the summer.... I had a little spaz of jealousy of you doing the Cathe favorites! Like you said do any Cathe's and so little time... Say hi to Your sister when you talk to her!

I hope it doesn't discourage you from checking in and I don't mind typos at all..., what happened to your heel? I can understand the Cathe withdrawal I recently had a bad accident & couldnt exercise for a full month..., needless to say I was a little more grumpy than normal!
