Jenn that is creepy for sure!! Stay safe!
Cathy Isn't our bodies wonderful?! I love how I am falling right back into it too!

Deb -- yay Hi again.
Joan -- that is really great that your trainer is going along with the rotation!

bis's and Tri's today premix 2. I liked it.
Tomorrow is the 80 minute legs -- I have no excuses.... It's the only day I have free this week.

MG classes starting tonight -- yay!!

Today I did bi and tri and omg! From those crazy bb curls with the band to the insance crazy 8s hammer curls, my arms are FRIED. I scare because tomorrow I have to that long leg workout too Jann. My legs is still sore fromleg blast:eek: My core is so out of shape I cramped up while doing the core premix.

My eats are good.

Deb, nice to meet you. I did clogging around 10 years ago, took some classes anyway. its good exercise. Don't know that I remember much of it now.
Did burn sets, chest, shoulders and back today. I had read it wrong and was just expecting chest, shoulders and back. Missed reading the burn set part.
If I had realized what I was in for I would not have done all those workouts yesterday.:(
I have one more day off then I will be back at work for 3 days. (My muscles will get a rest).

Today was Burn Sets Bi's and Tri's. Luckily it's short because I managed to fit it in between running kids to school and my dentist appt. I am so not a fan of dentist appts. No cavities, but I have this one tooth that is a perpetual problem and has another infection. I have this weird nerve issue where my bottom jaw cannot be totally numbed. We're talking up to 6-8 shots around a tooth and can still feel it if it's more than superficial. Going to try alternative ways of fighting the infection. Not a fan of antibiotics and especially in the winter with so many things going around I don't want to compromise my immune system.

Oh, and back to my workout those triceps extensions with the tubing at the end are just nasty!

Such weird weather here again this winter. 20 this morning and tonight we're getting thunderstorms and tomorrow 50+ temps. While the lack of snow doesn't break my heart as I'm not a fan on winter, it just seems wrong.

Hi Deb! I've always thought clogging looked like fun, but I've never seen it offered anywhere around here.

Workout manager is working again, but it didn't go back and change my last two days workouts to done, so I did it and then just deleted them from FB. I just couldn't stand for them to not look right. :roll eyes:

I've got a super busy day tomorrow. Flipping my workouts so that Hard Strikes is tomorrow but not sure when I'll fit in it. Groceries/errands in the morning, than my oldest is in a battle ball tournament after school, that ends at the same time my youngest gets out. Then home for an hour or so and back off to get oldest, home briefly and back to the varsity basketball games. I know very well that in 10 years I will miss all this craziness, but days like that I feel like a ping pong ball.

JT I hope you're feeling better today. I haven't previewed Tabatacize yet. What did you think?

Sheila, I'm sure you're muscles will appreciate the rest. I've done that kind of thing before where I misread what my next workout was and it can be rather painful.

Hey Deb we have the same middle name! ;)
Cathy your life sounds, um, b-u-s-y!
Sheila oh sorry about the burn set - :)
Robin a big 10-4 on those bis's and tri's!! I just don't have it in me today for the legs. Did you do the 80 minutes?
Jenn hang in there.

REST day -- unscheduled but very much needed. :) I did start the warm up and had 0 energy. I didn't want to half do it, so I'll do it next time.

I am babysitting tomorrow.... so I don't know if I'll get up in time to squeeze in a workout or not. Worse case... I am going to be behind on the rotation. :( I have decided to do all the workouts. So I may finish this thing in april - :p
There are some 30 minutes days... maybe I can do two workouts in one day -

Cathe - sounds crazy busy. My days will be slow until the spring planting starts then it gets crazy for me.
Today was Cardio Leg Blast. Its winter and I had to open my windows to keep from overheating. I still got a very wet bra! Burned 380 calories. then I did Core 2. I could only do most of the reps, I was missing a few on each exercise. something to work on. Chest muscles are sore from yesterday and triceps are still sore from oh goodness, 3 or 4 days ago. lol.
Since I work 12 hour days, I leave the house at 6 am and get home after 8 pm. so I do not work out on the 3 days I work each week. (Friday, Saturday and sunday) Besides if I was tired, I might kill someone. (I am a nurse in the ICU) So It will take me about 4 months to do the 90 day program also. Not that it really matters because we are really never finished. I'm just a work in progress.

Legs premix 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!omgosh! Running late on time so I did skip most of the delt work... still!

Baby granddaughter will be here soon.. gotta run!

Since I did legs yesterday I will save premix 3 until Saturday or Sunday but now I am afraid-very afraid.:D

Even if I hadn't needed a shorter workout today, I probably would have held off on legs until tomorrow. My hamstrings still have major DOMS from two days ago. In contrast to last week, when my knee didn't have issues with Hard Strikes it was rather twingy today at times. Hopefully that doesn't happen often.

Nick ended up not playing battle ball because one of the kids couldn't do it, and he opted to not go to the tournament and dance because his friends weren't going and the friends who aren't best friends were all playing and he didn't have anyone he wanted to hang out with during the tournament. The boys are so different. Next year when he's old enough, I have no doubt that Derek will put together his own team and he will be at every dance, as he actually likes to dance. He's my social butterfly. Nick is social, but not to the same extent.

Joan I'll be right there with you doing legs tomorrow!

Today was a rest day for me. FINALLY. I was back at work, the usual 12 hour shift. On my feet all day. I think everyone was coughing in my face. Lots of people with pneumonia and flu in the ER today.

I took Friday as the rest day just seemed like I needed it. Legs will either be today or tomorrow. Can't decide if I want to do low impact hiit today or tomorrow. Decisions, decisions.

HI all! Rest day for me also. Unscheduled but, life is what it is today.

Cathy my boys were so different. It was almost what one did the other would not dare. :D It's nice they can find their own nitch!

Well I did manage to get a workout in today even if it wasn't exactly what was planned. I did legs, but ended up doing the bonuses - barre, rear delts and the 100 rep challenge for glutes. I'm quite sure that I was duplicating Amanda's form on the challenge, but it really was bothering my neck. :( I did do all 100 though. 25 at a time. Interesting how she chose to do those with 1 person demonstrating while she talks.

BTW I meant to say the other day about Hard Strikes, I wish she'd offered Greg the option of warming up somewhere other than with them. Al actually does very well with his movements, but Greg! Like watching a train wreck during the warm up. That's why I always try to never be around when my husband works out. One of those things where you don't want to look, but can't stop yourself.

Today is DH's birthday and apparently he decided to turn it into opposites day and announced that he's 35 not 53. When I told my parents this, my Mother, whose birthday is also today declared herself 27. :p

Today the temps were somewhere near 60 and the boys were outside playing baseball. Now tomorrow were heading back down toward freezing with possible snow. Crazy.

Jann my oldest is far more conservative than the younger in what he will try and has often only decided to attempt things after Derek has tried them. They do balance each other very nicely. Derek gets Nick to try things and Nick keeps Derek from being too crazy in what he thinks he can do. ;)

That's so funny. My mother is 87 today. Since I will not go beyond 25(they even have a 25 candle for me that they bring out every year) my mother gets to be 50 since she is 25 years older.

Cathy to your mom and DH!!

Joan to your mom!!

Cathy I try not to look at the guys. :p They always seem to be dong something wrong.

Jann I'm going to refrain from commenting on your typo, but it sure did make me giggle.

Today I did the Low Impact Hiit workout and just did the floor portion and then 6 minutes of planks (elbows, sides and backward or whatever you call them when you're facing up).

Hello All
I'm Vicky and I began Xtrain Monday. I hope you don't mind my joining? So far loving this rotation but I also plan on switching out some workouts when I need to.

Wow all this talk of prior workouts. Ive done so many! Love Les Mills anything. Turbofire Step Reebok and Keli Roberts! Though nobody mentioned Cindy Crawford which is really a pretty good workout.

Looking forward to going through this rotation with you all and making some new friends.

Vicky
