For those of you who got Turbo Fire, I saw the rotation about EZ 55, but no stretch 10. Does it mean the workout itself already has some stretch to it at the end of the workout and the stretch 10 is an extra stretch? I know this sounds confusing, but I saw that some rotation has EZ45/Stretch...

I'm curious about the deluxe dvd for turbo fire. Is it supposed to intensify the workout? Or is it for longer rotations ( meaning 120 days instead of 90 days)? Does it tells you which one( deluxe) we can substitute for the basic one? Jera

I agree with buying the basic and deluxe set separately. I want to make sure that I like it and I probably won't be using the formula whatever it is that comes with the deluxe set anyway. When you mentioned that the 17 minutes workout, does that mean you work out only for 17 minutes that day...

Can you do Burn 2 and 3 in the same day or let's say Burn 2 on Friday, and Burn 3 on Sat.? I'm just curious if that's possible or is there any reason why you have to take a rest or do cardio between the 2 workouts? Thanks, Jera

David, I really enjoy the bosu workouts that I have. It's a bit hard for me to balance on it. It's a great workout in a way and I did I burned more calories using it because I had to use the strength of my legs to try to balance. I bought mine from ebay from fitnessquest which is the same...
