I've done CLX workouts back to back, but using a rotation posted on the VF forum. I prefer this to the recommended rotation.
Add 15-20 minutes of cardio to strength days.
Week 1:
Monday-Lean 3
Tuesday-Burn 2
Wednesday-Push 2
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body workout (I use a circuit style like Bootcamp, BM2, Jari Love's Extremely Ripped 1000)
Saturday- Hiit
Sunday-rest
Week 2:
Monday-Burn 1
Tuesday-Push 1
Wednesday-Lean 2
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body workout
Saturday- Hiit
Sunday-rest
Week 3:
Monday-Push 3
Tuesday-Lean 1
Wednesday-Burn 3
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body
Saturday- Hiit
