    Hello ladies. Today I did an hour run. I did 25 minutes outside, then it started to rain and I got on the treadmill for 35 minutes. Felt good! Thinking of doing a long bike ride tomorrow.

    Today I did a 2 1/2 hour bike ride. I think I'll do another long ride tomorrow. It's about 90 with low humidity. Enjoying the good weather!

    Daily check-in 05/16/17

    Did an hour bike ride. It was warm....about 95. The heat didn't affect me, but my husband overheated.

    Daily check in monday may 15th, 2017

    Did Bodymax 2. This one is kind of a fit test for me. Usually I do it on an 8" step but I do the blast portion on a 6". Today I did it on an 8" all the way through. I remember in January 2016, I did it all the way through for the first time on a 4" step and was so thrilled! It's beautiful here...

    Henriette, hope you feel better soon. I did Rhythmic Step. Love that one. I messed up a few times, but did pretty well. Love that one. I wish she'd do another like that. I'll have to get back to the Seasun Zieger one that I have. I haven't mastered that one at all.

    First of all aquagirl, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Elsie, I had the wrong weekend too. I've been ready for weeks! Sadly I don't think my kids will do anything for me, but I plan on giving my mom and my mil a special day. Rest day Monday. Not sure about ties, but I think I'd like to run.

    Daily check-in 5/1/17

    I ean about 3 miles on the treadmill at work. My hamstring clenched up immediately. It felt tight, not injured, so I worked through it. I think it would loosen up if massaged.

    Missy is short for Melissa. My last name isNorman now. I got married in august. I'm definitely feeling like my hr is that high. Very labored. So I back off. My resting hr is higher than normal too. But it varies.

    Hey gang, I did a mix of Step, Jump and Pump, Party Rockin Step, and Step Moves. Again the HR was high. Like upper 170s at one point. Usually it's in the 140s.

    For some reason, my hr was really high during my workout today. Up as high as 178!!!! Weird!
