Good day everyone. Linda, I am so much like you....I have dvd's coming up on my shelf that I MUST do before I can move on. Too funny. Today I did Amy Dixon's Breathless Body #4. Nice workout. Tomorrow might be Toby Massenburg so I can finally move that wkout to the bottom shelf and get to some Cathe wkouts that have been waiting patiently for my attention. Have a great day everyone.
 
I haven't been posting lately, but I haven't slacked on my workouts. Yesterday, in honor of my 50th birthday, I did a 20 mile bike ride, a 5 mile run/walk, and a 750 meter swim. I haven't been running a lot lately, and I ended up walking half of it. Maybe some of that was the heat. I was determined to finish it though, and I'm glad I did.

I'm sore in my glutes today. I'll try to do a steady state step workout. Probably my blender mixed with Step Moves and Party Rockin Step.

Eta: glutes, not flutes.

Today I did 20 on the elliptical machine then taught my aerobic circuit workout to 11 ladies for 50 minutes then finished up with 30 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs.

Sound like you have a rotation system Peg :). I usually pick out 3-6 workouts at a time and try to do them in the order that I write them down, but I am "allowed" to pick & choose from my list, just as long as I complete the list
Before moving on to a new list! :). I just wish I would give such attention and planning to other things as well,
Such as cleaning windows, yard stuff, etc. LOL

This is me!! On the weekend I see what's coming up on my shelf. I put them in an order that I feel is acceptable (not working the same body part 2 days in a row etc). Then I write down the title and length of the wkout so at 5:15 A.M. I can get busy. I usually have 5-7 days worth of titles. I like to do a Cathe Live at least once a week too. I CAN'T move the dvd to the bottom shelf until I've done it. I know....I'm anal. It's ok, I accept it. And my workout space is probably the cleanest/most organized area of my house. LOL.

Happy Birthday Missy!! WOW, go girl. I wouldn't be able to walk after that!! Congrats.
 
OMG, Peg, this cracks me up. Yes, my equipment gets dusted on a regular basis, probably more than
My furniture, and I even use the dust brush with my vacuum on the walk belt of my treadmill !!!! If you would

Hey, didn't check-in yesterday, took a rest. Staying up all nights with my cat and feeling rather achy. Today I did HasFit Triceps weight workout 20 minutes + Essentrics muscle activation 30 mins. Toby M is some lovely eye candy Peg! lol. & his workout whips me.

Hey Elsie, I hope your "buddy" is going to be alright, I have been thinking of you....got in my workout, did a
Blender mix I call Total Body Circuit Circus....Abt 35 min. Good little workout, I broke a sweat anyway!

Missy, I didn't see the "flutes" instead of Glutes, but I think we should re-name them flutes :):)
