Hi gals,
Today I taught my disco circuit class to 14 ladies for 50 minutes.
Then I did 50 minutes of weight work trying to go heavy but at the same time being careful of my shoulder. I got back to 110 pounds for chest press just taking it slow. I did at the end of my weight workout I did 5 minutes backwards on the elliptical machine for legs.
