Today I did 12 minutes on the stair machine then taught an all aerobic workout to 10 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 30 of weight work including abs and floorwork legs.

Hi all. Missy...WHOA!! I did Body Max a while ago. It's a goody for sure. Was that Body Max 1 or 2. I only have #2. Anyway, I did the original IMAX this A.M. I have to say, compared to #2 & 3, this one was tame. I hope everyone is doing ok. Have a great evening.
 
Hey gang! Comin' up the rear as per usual lately ........did 10 min solution stability ball Lower Body as my warm-up & onto HasFit 36 min muscle Legs routine.

I don't know if I have done any of the IMAX's. They look very intimidating.
Awesome that you are getting so many class participants even in summertime, Annette. Bravo! :)
