Today I did a short Hoco - bootcamp - 35 or 40 minutes only. It was tough. wow. I have to modify her stuff a lot! Nothing compares.

I was in ottawa again this weekend. lots of driving lately.

Good Morning everyone. I have HoCo too! Yes they are TOUGH!! It's very deceiving because Sandra has such a laid back personality. I took a rest day today and did Classical stretch. It was very nice but I almost feel like I'm missing something (cardio). I hope everyone is doing well. Hello to all who follow.
 
Did Bodymax 2. This one is kind of a fit test for me. Usually I do it on an 8" step but I do the blast portion on a 6". Today I did it on an 8" all the way through. I remember in January 2016, I did it all the way through for the first time on a 4" step and was so thrilled!

It's beautiful here. I might take the bike out.
 
Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 11 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 50 minutes of heavy barbell work and hurt my shoulder so much that I couldn't do chest flies even with 20 pound dumbbells, sigh[emoji21]. I managed heavy dumbbells for hammer curls up to 45 pounds each arm. Lat pull down supersets that I have been doing. Few other things.

Even did abs some. All weight work was 50 minutes long.

Nice workouts. Just like Elsie I have been eyeing those Coffeyfit raw w/o's on YouTube, so I decided to try one todat.

I did the 25min lower body blast. Loved it, although it got my HR soaring and although I got really into it I tried to slow down a bit. Don't want to be doing too much too soon. Anyways, great little w/o that you will feel... And it will get you sweaty!

The lower body RAW sounds great, Henriette. Thanks for reviewing for us! I like how Kelly gets so much lower body done in such a sensible window of time.

Missy Hiett, way to go! You know I haven't done Bodymax 2 (nor do I have it). Would love to try it out sometime though, even though it intimidates me a little! lol
Peg, excellent job on giving your body classical stretch. I dvr those & ought to do them more often. I am not a real "natural" with her moves even though I am a fan of chi kung.
Oh, Ceci - Hoco .....another w/o that intimidates me still!! ;) Well, I hate working out my abs anyway. lol.
