:) Hope everyone is feeling okay.
Missy, how has your cycling been going lately?

This morning, I did a rare morning workout of Mark Lauren's bodyweight Intervals (28 minutes) + Floor/ball portion of Pyramid Lower Body (14 mins).

Have a very busy day again. Getting ready to move here & I am just finding the weeks are flying by, while I still don't have much of anything accomplished. This tiredness has really been getting in the way!

Hi Elsie and all who follow,

Today I did the warm up off of my All In One Pilates DVD which was 15 minutes.

Then I wasn't feeling the Pilates so I put in my Piloxing DVD and skipped the warmup and did the rest until the floorwork which was 46 minutes.

So all in all 61 minutes of pilates + Piloxing.

Hi all!

Elsie, the cycling is going ok....I have been doing less cycling during the week and more on the weekends. I'm tiring of all the hours on the bike.

I'm doing BodyMax 2 today on a 6 inch step. I think that's enough intensity!
 
Hi ladies,

Nice workouts!

As I am still not really fit I went with really low impact. I did Extend Barre Lean & Chiseled, all except core, so approx 50 min. Good workout. I like how when you work upper body with super light weights (1.5kg dumbbells) you can still work your body hard and barre is also great, down an inch, up an inch and burn. Although I don't think I was shaking as much as I usually do during BarreAmped. Which reminds me... I should do one of those dvds again soon.

Hi everyone! Missy..I just did Body Max 2. When you have the time for the whole thing it's a doozy! Love it. Elsie, moving is so stressful. If we lived closer I'd be there for you with boxes! Annette, glad you did your own thing today. I've never done piloxing. What's it like? Henriette, I find barre work very challenging. Good for you. I did Anni Mairs Cardio force today. I think I need some heavy weight work. All this cardio is making me tired!! Have a great evening ladies!
 
Wow, Cardio Force, Body Max 2, body weight workouts - ladies - you shame me. I took a rest day. my body was sore. when my basement is fixed, ill be back posting better.

elsie - good luck with your move. my daughter has been connecting with peastheprincess :) she's good.
 
Hi girls, I took a rest day yesterday, but just finished a blender mix, I named, Hit the Floor Total Body Toning.
After the warmup, you "hit" the floor and stayed there for the rest of the workout, using wts, loop & resistance band. Pretty good workout if I do say so myself! :)
