Hi ladies! Today I did Patrick Goudeau Extreme Calorie Burn. This one has a lot of up and down moves. I'm not sure I can keep it. Too much on the back for me. I still love him though. I hope everyone is doing well, getting rest, respite and peace. Be well.
 
Hi gals,

Today I was going to take a rest day, but I just couldn't, so I went to the gym. At the gym I did 15.37 minutes on the stair machine, then did 37 minutes on the elliptical machine. Trying really hard to not use my arm.

Anyway, have a great day![emoji16]

Oh and I laid in the sun which was nice.[emoji3]

Hi ladies,

I did the CoffeyFit raw upper body today. Very good and tough w/o that left my arms shaking, but no music really so not as fun as the lower body one. Packs a lot into a short time though and I bet I will be feeling it.

I am really feeling my legs from yesterday's w/o!

Henriette, we did the same workout!! :) Yeah, I really liked this one & I hope she posts more Upper Body. The bent over/dead rows were kinda fast for me as she uses them as a 'power' move, so I just slowed that down a little. Overall, fantastic! I used my own music & added more of a cool down. I have to stretch out my rhomboids more than any instructor shows. lol.
I want to try her Lower Body this week too!

Annette, I knew you wouldn't be able to stay away from the gym!!! LOL.

Elsie - I would definitely recommend that you try the lower body one. I liked that one more, although the upper body was a good w/o. Just try it and you will see the difference. Good idea with using your own music. Not needed for the lower one, but will do that if I return to the upper body one.
