    Who is doing the April rotation?

    Too much high impact for me. I'm doing a modification of the Xtrain rotation, but swapping things around to include CrossFire, Gym Styles and more spinning.

    Core Cardio Circuit & Intensity

    CCC is a beast! It's a little higher impact, but requires only you and the floor. I hate step, so would never make that choice, personally, so I would recommend CCC over Intensity.

    Ride vs CycleMax

    You used the word "easiest" to describe Spinning. hahahahaha - "easy" - hahaha - ROFL !!!!!! But seriously, start with the premixes. The shorter ones on Ride are excellent.

    Butts and guts versus gym style legs

    I just started working on my April rotation (mixing Gym Styles, Xtrain, and others) and I plan one week Xtrain Legs, next week Gym Styles Legs and the next week Butts & Gutts. Haven't decided week 4 yet. Really mixing up the various styles to keep my legs guessing.

    I've had it - just make sure you get a good doc. Mine is a Moh's specialist and a deem/surgeon. Under my eye. Almost invisible scar.

    X Train is awesome!

    Agreed!! Although I'm on the last week of the Xtrain/LIS rotation and tonight is - TriSets Legs. Yikes! I think the Xtrain Legs is my favorite legs workout, along with TurboBarre.

    Spinning.com is more in line with actual, realistic road rides. Cathe is purely gym class spinning. The variety between the two is nice. I did a Josh Taylor ride tonight (poorly).

    What if i dont get doms

    I rarely get them either. Never have. I'll get a little stiff, but I drink a lot of water and always stretch after working out, so little to no DOMS.

    Cycle Max or Ride?????

    I, too, have Shimano shoes. Also got them from Zappos.com. Makes a HUGE difference, so I highly recommend getting them.

    Take a look at the ingredient list on the bottle, then ask that question again. Soda is bad for you - diet or not - period.
