I just finished X Train Legs! All of it! At first I thought ... 80 minutes? WHY???
Followed by HOW??? But it was so much more pleasant than Tri Sets LB. Thank you!
I appreciate Tri Set LB though because it gets things done in a real short amount of time and it's no nonsense. I do dread it though.
So far every workout in X Train that I have tried is impressive. I haven't managed to get to them all but it really is very thorough. Going to the gym would be pointless if you had these and Low Impact Series and STS!
