If you have LIS and XTrain, I would say, don't bother. What you want is a variety of ways to train the legs. Gym Style legs is traditional with an excellent standing and floorwork section. Add to this the new way Cathe appears to be training legs --less heavy weight, more multi-planar movement with light or no weight or interspersing weights work with plyo-- and you have it all.
I have B&G and have never used it. It seems "samey" as you remarked.
Save your money for the ordering the new 7 workouts which feature 2 workouts for the lower body specifically.
