Are you liking Cathe's April rotation? I think it looks awesome. I'm finishing up the X-Train 90-day rotation. I was thinking about ditching the last 2 weeks and switching to the April rotation. Thoughts?
Too much high impact for me. I'm doing a modification of the Xtrain rotation, but swapping things around to include CrossFire, Gym Styles and more spinning.
I am doing it. I might swap out the UB workouts for a little more variety. I like it. Although next week has me cringing with hiit pyramid and butts and gutts on the same day. So far so good.
I'm going to give it a try. I don't have Imax2 though. Can I sub that for Low Max you think? I have one more day of 90 day XTrain rotation and I'm totally ready for a change. I mentioned somewhere else how the April rotation seems cardio-heavy... what do you think? I am hoping for more great results!!
