I have no desire to have a heavy bag in my basements but the heavy bag workouts look like so much fun. Has anyone done the tabatas without a bag? Is it still a good workout? How about the shock cardio bag wo?
I do these without the bag and with 1 lb. gloves and I have burned more calories than I thought possible doing all three. I just put a lot of effort into them, and they work to get the heart rate up even without the bag.
