I was a little nervous for this one during the warmup! I was spent (but in a good way) after completing. Loved the Perfect 30 rear lunge hop into pop squat hop-they nearly took out whatever I had left in my legs!!! Really excited for that Perfect 30 workout now:)
Yay!!! And we are packing the Perfect 30 as I type this :D
