So glad you liked the workout :) Thanks on the hair. I'm very close to being able to put my hair in a pony by myself. The range of motion isn't quite there to hold my arm up high enough to get it right. While it is nice to have it down for a change, I'm battling the overhead fans in the room blowing it all over the place, lol.
