So sorry to hear about your grandmother. It's sad that she was so said for 10 years. I worry about my MIL because she and my FIL were so close and she is really struggling. She has a great support group though - a lot of close friends and family nearby, so hopefully she'll be ok. Oh boy, I would be staying far far away from your asparagus and mushrooms ;) I do like balsamic vinegar though :p I can just picture you lugging your bike around the room now. You go girl!

Cheryl Sorry to hear that you are all stuff up, but glad that you got a good sleep and stayed home and took care of yourself. I think snoring is to be expected when you are stuffy, hopefully you didn't keep DH awake :D

Janie Great job on the wedding video and your walk with Rolly! Even better job on letting go of the stress of the homeowners association. I don't understand why those neighborhood associations are like that, but they all seem to be that way. Unfortunately there are just people who are not very nice people. The best thing we can do is leave them in their misery. It must be an unpleasant way to live. Hooray for DOMS! :D

Eunice What size pants do I wear is an interesting question. The pants I have on today are size 2. I also have 4's and 0's that fit me just fine though. I'd say probably 2 on average, but it really depends on the store and the pants. Women's sizes can be so crazy.
Don't you go ripping that dress with your hulky chest and back now :rolleyes::p
Stay strong and don't let DH push you into something that you really don't want. I know if you had another baby you would love it and give it your all, but you are at a point in your life when you should be enjoying some time to yourself.
I can do the straight legs with the plates, but my feet don't get as close to my hands as the teams do, and I can't always do them all. Yesterday I did do them all and then I collapsed on the floor completely out of breath. I haven't done my planks in awhile, maybe tonight.....if I remember!
Sorry that you and Sam weren't able to get out for your walk, but great job with disc 16 and DM cardio. You sure are working your butt off! Holy cow! How did bunko go? I dropped out of our neighborhood bunko group..it started to feel more like a chore to go than fun. :rolleyes:

This morning was disc 26, plyo legs. My first plyo legs workout in M3 and it was a toughie. Sometimes I just felt like there was no way my legs were getting off the ground, but I made it through. Have a great Wednesday/Thursdday everyone!

This morning I did High Reps. That is one tough workout. I left STS feeling really strong and then I do High Reps and feel like a weakling. I realize they are totally different types of workouts and High Reps is supposed to exhaust you but man I feel like a wet noodle. :eek:

My mom told me they decided to postpone my grandmother’s memorial service until September 24 due to family scheduling conflicts. I kind of feel like she is getting the shaft by us waiting so long. Thank you to everyone for your condolences on her passing.

Cheryl Glad you stayed home and rested. It is probably better to not workout when you are not feeling well. Isn’t that the way it always is. I will get all caught up before having a day off so my counterpart at work won’t have to pick up my slack and somehow so many things come up when I am out expectantly. :mad: Yea I figure that spin bike cost me a pretty penny so I better use it as much as possible. Hope you start feeling better.

Janie Great job on that mysterious Wedding Video! ;) And your walk with Rolly. Probably best to just leave the dog situation go. You tried and if nothing changed, at least you can say you gave it a try. I was pretty close to my grandma. She always lived in OH , MI, or FL my whole life but she and my grandpa would always travel to see us on our birthdays, graduations, special events, etc every year. We would also spend almost 2 weeks with them every Christmas. When my grandpa died, she moved to FL with my uncle and we kind of lost touch since it was a lot farther than a day drive to see her. I will miss her but I know she is in a better place now.

Eunice Great job on disc 16 and adding on cardio from DM! That cardio from DM is a nice add on with a lot of variety to keep it fun. I will be going to OH for the memorial service in September. It is about a 9 hour drive so that won’t be fun but I will be going with my parents so I won’t have to worry about driving. Too funny about Stacy kicking. We let Oscar sleep on the bed with us and sometimes he wakes me up in the middle of the night with dreams and he is kicking me like he is running. I try to tell him to get off the bed but it doesn’t work so well! :p I am 31 years old. I wish that number was a little lower (like maybe 28) but then again, I am actually in better shape now then I was when I was 28. However, don’t go and ask me what size pants I wear as it is not as tiny as you and Pam. I am a pear shape through and through. So my pear shaped booty and thighs keep my pants size larger than I would prefer! :(

Pam Great job on disc 26! If I remember correctly, that is how I felt after my first encounter with plyo legs. Those workouts are fun though because there is so much variety. I think that is why I like Meso 1 & 3 legs best—all the variety. Meso 2 legs is just too repetitive for me. Plus trisets for some reason are just exhausting. :confused: The first year or so after my grandpa died was really hard on my grandma but then she moved to FL to be near my uncle and his 5 year old son so I think that helped distract her a little. She had a purpose again because my uncle needed her to babysit Noah after school. But this last year or so she really took a turn for the worse and just lost the will to live regardless of having a grandson living so close. Your MIL having close friends will hopefully help. My grandma never had friends and didn’t show interest in getting out of the house if she didn’t have to. Sad way to spend the last years of your life.

Eunice No I didn't go to work today either. I am still stuffed up and so thought it would be better to stay home again. DH and myself sleep in different rooms. He snores worse that I do so it is better being in different rooms since we can both get a good nights sleep. The weather here hasn't been really warm so that may have contributed to my cold. I agree that DH will survive without another baby. Good job on disc 16 and the cardio from Drill Max.

Pam Since we sleep in different rooms I didn't keep him up. It is better sleeping apart since we both can get a good nights sleep. Great job on disc 26. Sometimes it feels like we can't do it but we somehow manage to get it done.

Julie High Reps is a tough workout. Good job on getting through it even if it did leave you feeling like a wet noodle :D. I really do want to workout but I am having a hard time breathing right now so I know it isn't the best thing to do right now.

Well I stayed at home again today. I am still a bit stuffed up but I think I will go in tomorrow. I only have two more days of work until I am on vacation for another two weeks. I need to get some things done before I go and having these couple of days off hasn't helped any.

Pam Holly, molly, guacamolly, Ok you are officially the small of all, how do you do that???? I need to do the same, "Hulk woman" me:confused: wore a dress pants yesterday for bunko that used to fit me just perfect size 4, well yesterday those pants were tide, I mean not like fat tide, my legs and my butt are to big, the waist was fine, then the top OMG:mad: what can I do??? But you are right it all depends on the brand because I have shorts size 2 that fit me fine, even a little loose, but another ones make feel huge!! Good for you for doing those straight legs, something that I'm going to have to work hard to catch you:p Bunko was fine last night there was 4 new ladies 3 new Americans and one Australian that come from a post in the states, and guess what 2 of them are pregnant:rolleyes: hahaha!!! another ones are real weird we are neighbors and they don't even say hello to me, then we have the old ladies those are such a fun they just make fun of everything, fun to be around. I didn't had any drinks but water and one bite size chocolate mousse the other one lemon mousse was to eggy I didn't like it I tried the first bite and I couldn't eat it, oh and I had some nuts on the tables when we were moving it was fine last night! I have to memorize what you say that at this point of my life I should be enjoying my self not worry about dippers, bottles, diaper bags:eek: Good job doing disc 26 plyo legs.... hello legs:p

Julie That was shock, doesn't? working whole body with weight its very exhausting, very tough but good for you for doing it even when you feel like a wet noodle.. I don't think I will ever let Sam sleep with us, you are to funny:p well you are the baby one in this group, don't worry we all are working for a better us, before I started to get into working out I had a flat but:confused: very bad, but now its to big.. haha! I love meso 2 legs work out! those trisets are hard, but effective!

Last night I got invited to do kickboxing at the gym with the new Americans ladies, I don't like to do that but I couldn't say no it wasn't very nice of me, BUT they canceled this morning so first thing in the morning I took San out before the rain, then I got back and did PowerStrike5 and abs from Muscle Max, I don't know what happened to me today but I was tired, I was glad when the core workout was over, and I'm not like that I'm always thinking what's next, I think this had to be because last night I couldn't sleep, I was moving, and moving, and having itch on my head and body, so badddd I couldn't have a good night:( So I'm ready for bed already and its only 2:42pm I can't wait to go to bed!!!!:D so today I'm doing laundry, I change the beds sheets, and just doing every day chores.. even with this weather its raining again.:confused: Have a good Thursday/Wendesnay... gesss another week its flying!
 
Good morning, all. It has been forever since I've been here...

Lots of things have happened since I've checked in...some good, some not so good, (not terrible...just little speed bumps along the way), but I am back in control.

I've gained some weight due to my lack of self control and lazy eating habits. My workouts have been good, although I've been working around injuries. But for me, the real work is in the kitchen and I've been a slacker as far as that goes. I could come up with all kinds of excuses and "reasons" I've put on more than a few pounds, but if I point 1 finger at something, there are 4 fingers pointing back at myself!:confused: I am taking ownership of it all.

I hope you all are well and will let me pop in here from time to time.

Julie Great job on High Reps. I have only done that one once, so I don't remember it very well, but I do remember I didn't like to very much. I think mainly because I don't like that format much. Someone in the OD was complaining about it moving too fast and Cathe never saying what weights she is using. I know a lot of people really love it though so I am going to have to give it another try after I finish up STS.

Yes I just love the plyo leg workouts but they really do wear you out. I was walking downstairs last night and was feeling it in my legs and glutes already. I understand what you are saying about your grandma having a purpose when she was babysitting her grandson. While my father was alive he had so many health problems and my mother spent a lot of time taking care of him. After he died, my sister (who also has a lot of health problems) and her son moved in with her and she went right from caring for him to caring for them. I think that really helped her get through it. She is a natural caregiver (she was a nurse as a profession) and she needs to be busy. She certainly is that with the 2 of them to care for! It is really sad thinking about feeling alone with no purpose in your life and just waiting to die :(. I'm glad she is in a better place, but I know it doesn't make it easier for those who loved her. {{{{{Hugs}}}}}

Maybe you and DH should've had a snoring contest! You could set up a tape recorder and see who wins ;)

Eunice Well, I could say things like I've always been active, I am not much of a snacker, yada yada yada, and those things certainly help, but I think the main thing is that I was lucky enough to be born with good genes and a fast metobolism. I'm also pretty obsessive about the scale, if my weight starts going up and try to react immediately. I think your pants were tight because you are building muscle in that booty and those legs. My DH is always telling me that I look like a grasshopper with my muscular thighs :p
OK, I am going to be waiting for you to catch me with the straight legs on the plate work! ;) OMG, you are just getting surrounded by pregnant women! Don't tell your DH :p;)
I don't get those people that don't even say hello. There is a guy like that at work, I see him in the hall and he doesn't say a word, yet he friended me on FB and he comments on stuff on my FB. It is really weird. We had a guy in our ski club that would walk right past you and not even look at you like you weren't there. And this would be with just 4 people at the lake. The worst thing with him was that he was using our boat and didn't even acknowledge that we existed. The old ladies at Bunko sound like fun, sounds like you need to hang out with them.
Why didn't you want to do the kickboxing at the gym? I like to do that every once in awhile, but I am kind've spoiled with my home workouts. Great job on Powerstrike 5 and MM abs! Especially when you weren't feeling up to it. I always feel more accomplished on those days for making myself do it.
Maybe you should've taken a little nap since you were so tired....

This morning for me was MMA Fusion. I think that one is more fun every time I do it and it goes by really fast. Of course I was thinking about Julie when I was doing those turtle spins :p. Then I added the boot camp add on from Intensity to the end. I had toyed with the idea of doing Intesity instead of MMAF, but with the way my legs were feeling decided against it. Well ladies, I have some big exciting news. I am moving to a new job! Still at IBM, but I was ready for a change. It's being announced to my team today and my official start date is Spetember 1. I'm going to be a technical enablement specialist for cloud. That means that I am going to be teaching classes on our cloud products so I have a lot to learn. I'm already signed up to teach a class at the end of September. :eek: That is my big news for the month! I hope everyone has a great Thursday/Friday!

Helen!!!! I just saw that you posted while I was writing my post. So good to hear from you. It's funny when I logged in this moring and saw your picture I was wondering where you went. Welcome back and let us help you get back on track. We are here for you!

This morning I did Imax 2! I did not count the Jeannie Hops but I did count down the plié jacks and power turn squats! My legs are so sore from High Reps I was impressed by my ability to actually complete the plié jacks and power turn squats in with pretty decent form.

Cheryl It does sound like you might be getting a little better. I hope that trend continues. My mom and dad sleep in different rooms. Some people think that is weird but when they sleep in the same room they don’t get good sleep so they started sleeping apart. I often think it would be nice to have a bed all to myself too! Another 2 week vacation! That sounds great. Is this one a trip somewhere?

Eunice Great job on PowerStrike 5 and MM abs! I understand about not wanting to go to the gym but agreeing because it is the nice thing to do. I enjoy working out solo in the privacy of my own home although I will be just fine working out with other Cathletes at a Road Trip! Hope you had enough energy to get all those chores done. There is never an end to those. Sometimes I wish I had money to hire a maid once a week.

Janie Great job on HSC and walking Rolly! Have a great time at the ocean! I’m not at all jealous of you all for living so close to beautiful scenery while I am stuck here looking at rows upon rows of corn and soybeans!

Helen!!! So glad you are back! I was just thinking of you this morning and hoping you were doing well. Don’t worry about setbacks they happen to everyone. Pam Great job on MMA Fusion! Ah Turtle Spins!!! That is really awesome about the new job. I love new jobs and challenges like that. I have been in the same role in my company for far too long and am ready for a change but don’t see one coming soon. I have to say I love your title—you are certainly an enabler when it comes to exercising so it seems fitting in your job title too! You should definitely try High Reps but I would make sure to have your game plan ready and know what is coming up. I did pause it a few times to wipe the sweat from my brow and get a drink because there really is no time for that but I didn’t have any troubles with changing weights or even with getting the band set up which is used with dumbbells a few times.

I sleep with the cats instead. No we aren't going away this time either. The money is really tight so we can't afford to go anywhere. Maybe one day.....

Did a lot of walking on the beach with Joey and Rolly. You should have seen Rolly. When I took his leash off, it took a few minutes for him to figure out that he was free. When he found out that the leash wasn't holding him back, I swear he smiled from end to end. He jumped, speed raced in circles, played the game catch me if you can...it was so much fun to see him have fun. LOL:D He's never been able to be released like that before, because of all the people and dogs on the beach. But, there was hardly anyone there today. When we got home I did Step Jam.

Helen, It's so nice to here from you! You are always welcome here, when ever you want. Your not alone in struggling with old habits. We all will win some and lose some. The idea is to support each other with our failures and success. No matter how long it lasts. In the mean time it's great to have you back and looking forward to your wonderful input on things. Pam I think you got me on one of your habits, I'm snacker, we should trade that one for you liking to drink wine I'm not a wine drinker:confused: I'm going to try to slow down my snacks, I think I have a very decent metabolism because from all of my sisters I'm the tallest and the smallest they all are a little fat, so I take what I'm any day! I love my sisters though:D Grasshopper its way better than hulk:p NO I won't tell, but people from Pucka say that this is the perfect place to have babies because there is nothing to do... Well, I do have a lot to do and no time for down time! I know what wrong with crazy people, we bought the car from that couple, before she would say hello but one day she didn't, that's alright and something else she is a runner when we got here she was trying to loose weight now she is very skinny and she eats pretty bad, chips, soda, when I take my girls to the pool she take her boys and I see her eating chips, yuck! and still skinny, way to skinny for my taste! First I didn't wanted to go because of the spinning experience, the girls wasn't a trainer or anything we just did what she was doing and one day she wasn't any fun oooohh also that was my recovery week, this time I was gona try just to be nice but they canceled so we'll see next week. Good job doing MMA:Fusion I love this one too Cathe has fun combos in that one also for adding the boot camp from Intensity... Congratulations on your new job!!! Hi Hellen I don't think I was around when you were, but I'm Eunice and I'm here with this lovely group of ladies who are set, ready to help. Don't worry if you fall once the important thing is to stand up dust what ever its bothering you and get ready to work hard this time.

Well today we had a very nice day, it feels like summer:D we went early for our walk with this bad boy, I say that because yesterday Stacy left the chalk at Sam's level so he ate the pink on his bed and now he has pink face and legs pretty funny, also I dis disc 18 back/biceps and oh boy just working those two body parts made me sweat:D sweet, I loved it I did the weight that it was on my card and I even went up on my weight for barbell curls for 2 pounds it felt so good and I'm ready to do it all over again next week, fun stuff, I also added the high hiit combo from Intensity, and it was funny that I was feeling pain on my ankle bone and I was thinking what did I did to get that, then I remembered that Sam was playing with his bone and dropped just right on my foot and hit my ankle:confused: that hurts!! that's all I had time for I needed to go to the store, to the mail room and the post. and finishing this laundry.. yayay!!! Friday which means I get to watch my recorded shows I'm going to cook dinner and tonight we have a family night and I have to prepare something special for the girls and watch a movie after all its done..:D;) Have anice Friday/Thursday
 
Julie Great job on Imax 2 and just in case you're wondering, the jeannie hops are 8 sets of 16 = 128 :p so next time you can count thse down. I bet your legs are like noodles now after all of that!
I like your analysis of the new job titles. The title that I had that I liked the best was Technical Evangelist. One of the guys that I worked with could do a great TV evangelist impression too, it was funny! I had been thinking about a change for awhile and when I saw this one posted decided to apply, I wasn't really expecting to get it, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the offer.

Cheryl Thanks for the well wishes. No pay increase, this is a lateral move, but it should be a lot more fun! :D

Eunice Oh yes, I make up for my snacker with my wine drinking :p Oh my goodness, having a baby for something to do is just wrong! Luckily you dont't have that problem of having nothing to do. Oh too bad it's a chardonnay that you won ;) My motto for white wine is that it has to have bubbles in it. Otherwise give me red! Those skinny people who eat nothing but junk are amazing. I bet she is sooooo unhealthy. That is just crazy.

This morning for me was disc 27 shoulders, bis and tris. For some reason I was really nervous about this one, even dreaming about it. I think because I am usually weak on shoulders and biceps. I wasn't weak today and even went heavier by a little on my biceps too :D I was doing the incline curls with 17 pounds and it was so easy that I went up to 20. It wasn't easy anymore, but I could do it and that is how it is supposed to be in meso 3, right? I know I was thinking about it a lot because I was even dreaming about trying to get this disc done :confused: Well, it's Friday and I'm ready for the weekend. Have a great Friday/Saturday everyone!

This morning I did the Cardio Conditioning Premix from KPC. I am leaving work early today and when I get home I will be doing STS Total Body! Tomorrow should be DOMS heaven! Although my inner thighs are still sore from HR 2 days ago so I can only imagine that I will not only not be able to walk tomorrow but I will probably fail the toilet test horribly!

Cheryl Hopefully you will feel well enough on Saturday to go to Bootcamp. I know you enjoy that so it would stink to miss it. My DH thrashes around a lot too in bed. He also constantly steals the covers from me. Another staycation sounds heavenly to me. I know what you mean though about money being tight so no trips anywhere.

Janie Great job on Step Jam! An oldie but a goodie! I bet Rolly did have a blast on the beach. We took our dogs to the beach a few years ago and they loved it. Well, Maggie doesn’t like to get wet so she stayed on the dry sand. Oscar however jumped into the lake and got hit by a big wave and came right back out! It was still fun for them to run up and down the beach free from the leash.

Eunice Great job on disc 18 an Hi HiiT from Intensity! Ouch! I bet that did hurt your ankle when Sam dropped the bone on it! That is literally like bone hitting bone! Have a fun family night!

Pam Great job on disc 27! Especially with upping your weights. 20 pound incline bicep curls are amazing! I am very impressed with that as I just passed the 15 pound mark and was stoked to be doing 16. I like the Evangelist title! That would be a fun one to have!

PamOh buggers, so the wine I won is not that good:confused: I found one a while ago 490m Frizzante | 490m | Plunkett Fowles | Plunkett Fowles you can check the website this frizzante its soooo good its kind of sweet and I can drink the whole bottle all by my self:D I think they are skinny fat but geee how can the be so skinny, eat junk and still skinny?:confused: Oh yes, last night ended up being a very nice one we had Mexican food, Red Mole with chicken, rice with carrots, sweet peas, and fried bean, I know fried its not good but my kind of fried is not that bad, and I just love the Red Mole with bread, that's bad but it was sooo good! then I found a recipe for a "healthy peach cobbler" that I did for the girls with vanilla ice cream I had a decent amount of that, I mean not to much and deff not scoops of ice cream just a little bit it was really good.:D We didn't even have time for the movie we will have that one today, maybe! Good job doing disc 27 shou/bis/tris too funny that you couldn't sleep well and even you dream about it, but soooo awesome that you went up on your weight wow!!!20'sss for biceps the incline curl ups are hard but sooo good for you, yesterday I did my alternated curls with 18:eek: and I was feeling it, but that one its easier than incline so you goo lady!!! Have a nice weekend Pam I know you will get the best of it!

It did hurt a lot and he keeps dropping it its like a rock and heavy.:confused: Yes we did we had a great night with Mexican Food and peach cobbler, that wasn't mexican but still it was good.



Today Saturday I was awake early so I decided to get up early and do my workout before anything else and I did Rhythmic Step I still have to master that one, but I did decently and now I'm just going to do what ever, we don't have anything planned for today so we'll see, good thing is that its a sunny day so that means the girls are most of the day out side playing and I'll get to clean the house and do some damage in the kitchen "baking?' maybe we'll see! Have a good Saturday/Friday every one:D
 
Today was Super Sets. I love this workout. Also walked Rolly for 30 min.

Eunice, So glad you are finally getting warmer weather. Makes it nice to outside. Smay boy with pink face and feet. LOL. Picture please! Great job on disc 18 back and biceps and the Hitt Combo from Intensity. You are improving so much. Good for you. Looks like clean max today. I need to do some of that. How is your shoulder doing? Enjoy the movie and dinner with your family.

Pam, Great job on disc 27 shouldders, bis and tris. Hey, surprised how strong you were didn't you? Good for you! Meso 3 I think does show how much stronger you are.

Julie, Great job on CC premix from KPC. Guess what? I'm in DOM's heaven as we speak. It feels so good. Hope you fail the toilet test tomorrow. LOL:D Bet that was scary for Oscar when the wave hit him. But dogs seem to love the beach and it's fun watching them.

Eunice, Great job RS. I just love that workout. Another day of Clean Max. Girl you are getting me in the mood for cleaning!

Last night I did STS Total Body and was completely useless afterwards. ason and I then went to my mom's to spend the weekend with her. This morning I did the Kicking & Punching Premix from KPC and I did the Double HiiT + Bootcamp premix from Intensity. I had to find things that were pretty low impact, required minimal equipment, and very little space. As suspected, I have whole body DOMS and am not completely failing but certainly not passing the toilet test today. ;)

Eunice Great job on Rhythmic Step. I love that one but it can be tricky stepping. Your meal sounds delicious. I bet your Mexican food is absolutely delicious. I love Mexican food but of course I pretty much have the American version so having authentic Mexican food sounds delicious.

Janie Great job on Super Sets! I love that workout too. It is so effective and so good. I always feel well worked after that one. Great job on your walk with Rolly too.

JulieGreat job on the Cardio Conditioning Premix from KPC and STS Total body. I bet you are sore all over today! Don't drink too much water so you don't have to take the toilet test too

Eunice Don't worry, I bet that the wine you won is fine. I just don't happen to like charddonay, or any white wines for that matter. The are a lot of people who love it though. I tried one kind of frizzante because the guy at the wine shoo was raving about it being really delicious, but I didn't lie that one either. I like dry reds or nice dry bubblies. You never know what thise skinny people are doing when you don't see them. That might be the onoy thing they ever eat and I'm not saying this is the case with them, but some of thise people who eat a bunch of junk like that also purge.
Oh boy, your dinner last night sounds sooooooo good. I do love homelittle no dreams about my workouts last night :D
Great job on RS, that is one of my all time favorites. I love the challehave at the end. Take it easy with that baking :p

This morning I did Athletic step, then we went to watch the kids run in their first cross country meet, then I came home and did the cardio only from circuit blast and NE abs. DH is fixing the brakes on my car and hopefully as soon as he is done wee will go and water ski. We didn't get to last weekend so have been missing it! Tonight my friend is making a birthday dinner for me and DH. She had a dinner scheduled for me in April but we had to cancel it because of my FIL, so she decided to do one halfway between our two birthdays for both. His is nit until November! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Julie, Awesome job on STS Total Body. Yep, it's a fantastic workout. Hard! Great job on today's Kicking & Punching Prem., and the Double Hitt + BC prem. All good workouts for DOM's, but still, I bet you felt it. Ouch! I'm having them big time too from Super Sets yesterday. Tomorrow I'm doing Step Heat, it was suppose to be today. Love the oldies.

This is the first time that I have been on the computer since Thursday. I am still stuffed up and my ears feel like I need them to pop. It is so fustrating. Yesterday I went to Bootcamp, I did OK but my head was still fuzzy from my Nyquil. Later that day we met neighbours who lived beside us for several years before they moved to Norway. They were back here visiting family so we met them at a pub for beer and wings. Today I went to yoga but didn't ride my bike. After that we went to a car show. Man but it was hot out. Looks like everyone is doing really well with your exercises. I hope to do something tomorrow morning.
