JulieGood job doing 4DS kickbox and abs that's one of my favorites workouts from that series the step... not much I can't still learn all those steps and for some reason I feel like I'm not doing anything while trying to learn them. I got the new workouts real fast but not those. :confused: I don't know if I didn't explain my self what I mean was that I did the whole intensity +the bonus and it felt good I didn't remember that in that one Cathe does pushups 24 and then 12:confused: I feel the same way, one day off its fine but more then two noho!

PamI know what you feel I hate that! one day I started to write before dinner then when I came back to finished it it was gone :mad: out of the no where :mad: Your right the turtle spins are fun and NOW I wonder if they actually do anything for you?!? But make me think about Julie and when I'm doing Imax2 the the hops think about you!! :p I didn't know that about the Indian summer I'm sure DH knows but his not home to asked about it. Too funny about your fridge now that I think about it I should not be surprise since you have your special room for the wine :p :) Well we already say that next RT WE are going!!! 2013 I can't wait maybe we can have Julie and Cheryl and Janie to join us that would be soo much fun! I know huh it was the bonus WO not a separate WO I think it last 10-15 min I don't know but the whole thing in the WM say 79 min. :D I know you like the real brownies but you should try my version I even feel guilty eating them because they are soo good! Well who knows huh! my DD say that my taste buds are dead :p Good job doing disc 20 you are almost there.... Good job beating the crew and Cathe isn't funny how the guys use smaller weights than the girls?

JanieGood job on TBS and abs I bet its real fun working out with Joey;) That's really nice what you did ask to Cathe/SNM about making a copy I doubt it but we'll see I hear ones that she doesn't have that video anymore because that was her real wedding dress I don't even know if she shows that the dress or is just about remembering her ex.

Well today I took Sam out with my DD she was home for a whole month and only the last 2 days before school start she joined me on the walks, girls, girls, :confused: I did one of the Cardio Hists step works real fun one but with a very complicated step routine not all of it just part of the 3rd and part of the last segment.... yeah huh! almost the whole thing No not the whole thing this is my second time doing it and I want to do it again I have to master those routines... I'm getting ready for meso2 for T-W-O months I think I'm not going to get bore because I already make up my mind and I know I'm going to do it the long way so lets hope for the best... I also signed up for the 12 weeks challenge on FB I did it just because I'm going to be working out hard but I think those girls want a bodybuilder body and I'm not I just want to have more definition, ripe, hot, healthy body:p Have a good weekend Friday/Thursday almost Friday!!:D

Julie Great job on 4DS kickbox cardio and abs. You know I don't remember what the abs are like in that one, but I'm always looking for a good short ab routine to tack on at the end of a workout so I'll have to keep that one in mind
I had thought about doing the 5 1/2 month rotation too. I think though if my mind had been set for that to start it wouldn't seem so long :confused::rolleyes: IDK though, hard to say. I am ready to be done with meso 2 though. No way would I want to do all of those meso 1 pushups for 8 straight weeks!!

Eunice I think it is funny that you have trouble with the 4DS step routines but not with Step Moves :rolleyes: I had no trouble picking up the step in 4DS but for some reason I can never remember the Step moves combos :confused:
I figured you were talking about the boot camp add on for Intensity, that is still a lot. Because you did it yesterday I decided I was going to do it today, but then I hit the snooze alarm one more time instead so only did Intensity without the bootcamp because I wanted to do some abs too. I always think about you and Julie when I'm doing the jeannie hops too because you guys like to make fun of me for hating them :p
Hahaha, you're right Eunice, you should also see my pantry...it's very big and always full. I think I must've been worried about running out of food or something when I was a kid because I am so stocked up on everything that we could live for a long time without ever shopping (but I still go to the store almost every day...:rolleyes:) My DH calls the fridge the staging area for the wastebasket because we are not good about eating leftovers. I always have to put them in the fridge just in case though, but eventually they get thrown out. Our friends joke that they will just come by and pick up our leftovers every day and then they won't have to shop or cook....:rolleyes:
Yes I can't wait for that 2013 RT and I think it is a fantastic idea for Cheryl, Janie and Julie to join us. What do you think ladies???!
Hmmm...I don't know about those 'funny' brownies, but maybe one of these days I will have to give them a try. Do your kids like them? I do need to eat more protein...hmmmm....this could be a good solution! How about with ice cream and hot fudge sauce on them? Do you have more healthy recipes for those? ;)
OMG, the first time I saw the guys using those little teeny weights in some of those STS workouts I wondering what the heck was up with that?! It is really funny to see those big guys with those little baby weights! But then in others they are using the big momma weights so not sure what the deal is.....
Kids are just so unpredictable aren't they? Our oldest decided he wanted me to teach him how to cook a few days before he was starting college because he decided he would need to know.....ay yi yi! Great job on cardio hits. I have a hard time with some of those workouts because they are pretty repetitive so I hardly ever do them....
You'll be fine with meso 2 for months because that is what you are planning on so your head will be ready for it. Plus I repeated the first 2 weeks back to back...I think it will seem less repetitive to do the whole month before repeating (if that makes sense....)
I thought about doing the 12 week challenge on FB but decided not to .I would really love to change my abs, but my body has looked just the same for a long time and I can't really change my workouts too much and I think the diet changes I would have to make would be so drastic that I would never stick to it...... :rolleyes: I don't want a body builder body either, just like to be fit and trim.
So you said Cathe's ex....I was wondering if she was divorced but I wasn't sure. I noticed that she doesn't wear a wedding ring anymore and her Christmas pictures were just her and her boys.

Janie Great job on The Wedding Video! I love the pictures, wow, so funny! I love those old outfits, they always make me laugh. And the big white scrunchies in the hair too. :p

Cheryl I hope you are enjoing the last few days of your staycation and making the most of them!

This morning I was supposed to do MMA Kickbox and Heavy Bag bonus from MMA Boxing but I didn't feel like it. Eunice inspired me yesterday with her Intensity workout and I haven't done that one in ahwile, so I decided to do intensity instead. I was going to add on the bootcamp bonus, but as I said I decided to get an extra 10 minutes of sleep instead. So I did Intensity + abs from Step, Jump, and Pump. It wasn't really smart doing Intensity the day after legs and glutes, not sure what I was thinking there :confused::rolleyes: I got through it though and it felt great. This morning I really, really wanted to sleep in but I got up and did 4DS Bootcamp Cardio only and Pilates abs anyway. Tonight I will be doing disc 33, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. :D

Eunice Great job on Step Works! I understand about not getting the step routines in 4DS. I am doing better on Lower Intensity but the Higher Intensity still gets me confused. I need more breakdown of the combos because I have two left feet! Good Luck on the FB challenge. Sounds like fun. I wouldn’t get bored with 2 months of Meso 2. That has to be my favorite. Well maybe just the upper body. I might want to change the legs around a little. I understand now which Intensity version you did. :eek: I was really impressed thinking you had done Intensity and the original Bootcamp back to back. But that Intensity + Bootcamp premix is tough especially at the end with the surprise 16 and 12 push ups! I didn’t know Cathe was divorced. But then again, why would she make that announcement?

Janie Great job on the Wedding Video again! That one must not bother your toe. Which by the way, how is it doing? I hope it is getting better every day. Just a couple more weeks until it should be good as new right? :eek: Thanks for sharing the pictures of the Wedding Video. So does Cathe show footage from her wedding or just pictures? I guess she is divorced now which I didn’t know. That may be why she stopped selling the Wedding Video and doesn’t have it as a download.

Pam Great job on Intensity and SJP abs! I actually find that doing Intensity when my legs have DOMS helps get the DOMS out. Weird I know but it happened to me 2 or 3 times where I had horrible leg DOMS and the rotation I was on had me doing Intensity and boom, my legs felt better. I’m with you and Eunice, I always kind of snicker when I see the big burly guys hanging on to tiny little 5 pounders for some of the moves in STS. :p I am guessing those are the balance ones that they typically don’t do as part of their traditional guy workout so Cathe told them to go light for safety’s sake. I’m up for a RT! I was really hoping Cathe would be coming to Chicago in 2012 since that is just a few hours from me. If she does, I am definitely going to that one. I would love to go to the NJ RT so maybe waiting until 2013 would mean I would be able to save up for it.

Pam, I didn't know Cathe got a divorce! I'll have to ask Eunice where she got the information. I've looked everywhere, and of course it's not easy to find tht kind of info. Christmas photo speaks a lot of words. Great job on Intensity. I love that workout! Also great job on abs too. I think motivation had a lot to do with picking the workout. LOL. You did good.

Julie, Great job getting up and doing 4DS BC only and Pilates abs. The Wedding Video really works for me and my toe, if I'm careful and modify in certain areas. My toe is doing really well. I want to jump and run, but I better wait just a couple more weeks, so it has a chance to heal properly. Yes, Cathe shows lots of footage from her wedding, also two black and white photos. Hmmmm, if she is divorced, I can understand why she wouldn't want to sell it.

Eunice Thanks for the comment on my new hair cut. There are a lot of pictures of the cats, they take place of kids for us. It is weird when the fog doesn't lift for a long time. Our place is the same when I clean. The first day it looks great and then the next day it looks like I didn't clean at all. Good job on Intensity and Bootcamp.

Janie Good job on TBS, abs and stretching. That would be great to get the Wedding Video. I don't know if they would allow you to copy it though.

Pam That is so annoying when you lose your post. It hasn't happened to me in a while (fingers crossed). The weather here has warmed up but it is still only about 75 degrees. For me that is perfect because I can't handle the heat. It is nice when you use heavier weight than Cathe does. I don't do that very often but when I do it feels good.

Julie Good job on the 4DS Kickbox Cardio and Abs. Does the ab work start with peddling your legs in the air. Those always get me. I would have been mad if they forgot my bottle of wine too. At least you can buy wine in the grocery stores, we have to go to a liquor store to get anything.

I would love to come to the 2013 RT. I will need to start saving now because it will be expensive for me to get there, I will also need a passport since I can't fly into the US without one. I will see what I can do to get there. Pam I was wondering the same thing about Cathe if she was divorced. I noticed that she doesn't wear her wedding ring anymore and she always mentions her boys never her husband.

Well yesterday I did S&H Legs and Shoulders and today it was S&H Bis and Tris. Tomorrow Bootcamp will give me the cardio kick that I need. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Well I don't think that Intensity got my DOMS out...or maybe the DOMS would've been worse if I hadn't done it :) I had some nice sore quads all day yesterday. OK, I think we all need to try to get to a roadtrip in 2013. I'm game for one anywhere, so whatever location works best for travel I am in! I would love to go to the NJ one sometime too since the whole crew comes to those.

Janie I don't know for sure if Cathe is divorced, but like Cheryl said, I've noticed that she only talks about her boys and not her husband and doesn't wear rings anymore. It sounds like Eunice might know something here though......I think though that if she is she could always remake the wedding video as a DVD and cut out the footage of her wedding. I saw the non-answer that you got from customer service on copying the DVD. Obviously they didn't even read your email! That is annoying :mad:

Cheryl I guess I'm going to have to get on FB and check out your pictures. I am going on FB less and less often these days though.
Oh 75 is really nice weather. We have been in the 100s for the last while and no rain. Our lake is getting really low so we are hoping to get some rain soon. We can't use the dock that we usually lose because the water is too low there. They are talking about rain tomorrow but we'll see. Last weekend there were big thunderstorms with flash flood warnings a couple of miles away and we didn't get anything. That's pretty much the way it goes with these summer thunderstorms.

Well thanks to Eunice, I came home last night and did the bootcamp add on from Intensity. Then we went and skiied and I kept wondering why skiing felt so hard. hmmm....Maybe because of Intesity+bootcamp and legs and glutes the day before? :rolleyes::confused: I skiied the best I have skiied this year though. Actually the best in 2 years! I made the slalom course at 32 mph for only the second time ever. AND I should've made it twice in a row. The second time though I was so excited about making it twice in a row that I messed up and ddn't get around the last ball because I was celebrating. :rolleyes: Oh well, I was happy. This morning was disc 21 back and biceps and I added on the step part from All Step (again, thanks to Eunice for planting that seed! :D) On the first set of bicep curls I had messed up my calculations for my bb weights and had it 10 pounds heavier than it was supposed to be. Man, I couldn't figure out why it was so hard! I was happy when I realized what I had done though. Anyway, another hot one here...hopefully we'll get in another ski and then off to my friends to swim in her pool :D have a great Saturday/Sunday everyone!

This morning I did Step Moves and the cardio only premix from Circuit Blast. Then DH and I did a quick clean of the house and swept up about 5 pounds of dog hair! :eek: Now we are going to my parents for my nephews birthday and later is DH's nephew and 2 neices birthday party. Tomorrow will be spent shopping and then coming home.

Janie Great job with TBS and abs with Joey! I just love that you can work out with Joey. :eek: I am glad that your toe is feeling better but I agree that you should keep it easy for a few more weeks to finish up the healing. I would be surprised if you get an answer from SNM this week with the Roadtrip but maybe.

Cheryl Great job on S&H back to back and I am sure you did awesome with bootcamp class today. ;) The 4DS abs start with those split leg pulses and leg thrusts. Those split leg pulses are so hard for me and I don't know why.

Pam Great job on doing the Bootcamp add on from Intensity when you didn't have to and on doing disc 21 and All Step cardio only! Oh I hate it when I mess up my weight! :mad: Although I usually mess up in the other direction and my weight is lighter than it is supposed to be and I am like "why is this so easy!". Here's hoping you get rain soon. Droughts are no fun.

Nice that you are skiing better than ever. Celebrating before it was over were you, oh well you did it once you can do it again......but no celebrating until you have finished the course :D.

Today was Bootcamp and it kicked my butt. It was a nice day out so that made it much nicer than all the rain we have been having. After that I cleaned out the car and washed it. It was a really nice and hot day here but not as hot as what Pam and Julie have had. It is suppose to rain tomorrow. Oh well at least we had some nice weather. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Pam I'm glad that I'm giving you good ideas about workouts to choose from ;) I was telling DH about your pantry, wine room, fridge and I was thinking that if I was living close to you I would deff stop by and get those left overs man! you would save me soooo much money:D I have only 3 of the "Kind of healthy" recipes for now and yes my girls like them Stacy and Rachel about the fish tacos we wanted to have them yesterday but I forgot the cabbage and I couldn't do the thrown down recipe because there some items I can get here like the tomtillos so I picked a diff and we are having them today Sunday.... Kids are crazy don't they??:confused: Yes I know, I'm ready for my next 4 months of STS!!! Those challenge girls are getting crazy we'll see how that turns out I say that I was in but I'm not participating with them 100% :eek: Cindy the lady who goes to all of Cathe's RT to take all those pictures told us that about Cathe but that's all. Good job doing Intensity +abs I bet it was kind of hard doing it after legs and gluts but you did it :D

Pam Your right in NJ RT you get to meet the crew. We had a so-so weekend my days goes by to fast when we get up late in Saturdays then I make breakfast and yesterday we skipe with my in-laws and sister-in-law she just had twins and she want us to see the babies they are sooo sute :D which gets me in trouble because DH say "you know we can fix that? we can have another one" and then he just keeps sweet talking to me good thing Stacy is around and she is like "no way" I'm the baby!! Good for finishing the BT from Intensity then skiing I don't know what are you talking about the "slalom" thing but I'm sure that you did great! :D Good for doing disc 21 and going HEAVY that must had being do excited that you even lifted heavier that what you were supposed :D

Well ladies yesterday after we did skipe I went nuts and did double Hiits 30/30 and the pyramid one and I did the extended stretch it felt really good, then we went groceries cook dinner really my days going by real fast.. :confused: Today we had a nice weather so DH decided to take Sam out he has so much fun when DH comes he let him go in to the pond I'm scare but Sam's love that so much so now he has to stay in the garage until he gets dry.. Well I guess my life its very boring :confused: Have a good time every one and talk to you latter.. I have to tell you about my conversation with the butcher guy so funny but I'll do it tomorrow I have to go to cook diner!
 
Rest day today. One of my grandson's (Cody 14) and our daughter (Monique) is here for the night. Cody, Rolly and I went walking for an hour. Wonderful weather, it was great talking and company. He's such a bright boy. Very proud of him. We all are going to the Shelton fair tomorrow, then they will be going home. Played Trivia tonight. I'm so dumb! I don't think I like that game, can't seem to get any answers I know. Loved the company though.:D

Pam, I didn't like the response I got about the video either. Hopefully someone will answer me and then I can forget about it. But you know me, I keep at it. Janie Hope you enjoyed the fair in Shelton today. Nice to have your daughter and grandson come and visit. I am the same way as you in trivia, I can never come up with the right answer.

Today was yoga. I didn't ride my bike because it looked like it was going to rain. It ended up being a really nice day though. Anyway one more day off, it is a stat holiday here tomorrow and then it is back to work. I am wondering when I should turn that blackberry on to see all my emails :(

JulieLast night for the first time I watched "Forrest Gump" soooo sad I was crying like Magdalena!! Very sweet too, I didn't wanted to end I wanted to see more. OK now I know when you say "I feel like Forrest Gump running";) Love the movie.

Ok so today I started my Monday with my usual walk with my second best buddy Sam I checked how long it took us to do our walk/run/dragged it was 40 min wow!! Not bad I even I was sweating after that! Then I did legs disc 14... love it I sticked to my weight and I think I'm going to feel this one tomorrow!!

Well what happened this past Saturday was soooo funny maybe not for you guys but I just have to share.... So I went to get another bone for Sam yes he was half way through the first one so I walked in the butchers place see the boy maybe 15-17 years old but with the hardest accent I have ever heard here in Australia I cannot understand a word he is saying to me, I figured I'll guess but it didn't worked so well .So I walked in and
I say "I need a big bone for my dog"
then he say "yes" and walk in to the freezer
I asked him "do you remember me I was here last week I got a bone for my dog?"
He shake his head "yes" while walking so when he comes out he asked me with this hard core accent "what sore of dog it is?" and because he say yes before to me I guessed and
I say " yes, hes busy with the bone and almost done" then he gave me the look, like saying she is crazy, and say "what?" :confused:
Then I realize that I gave him the wrong answer and I asked him "excuse what did you say" :eek:
he say "what sore of dog do you have?"
me "what?" :eek: then he got close to me and say it again
"what sore of dog do you have?" OMG sooo funny just to see hes reaction with my odd answer and me asking 3 times the same "what?" Finally I understood what he was asking and told him its a Labrador and got out . DH was driving back home and I was just laughing out laud and telling him everything DH taught it was funny too. I told DH next time you come with me and hear his accent.
Well that was my conversation with the butcher boy!:D

Cheryl Well we did get some rain - thunderstorms Saturday night and then a nice all day rain yesterday. Hopefully it filled up our lake. Yes, Eunice has been quite generous giving me all of those workout ideas :D Oh yes, I am famous for my early celebrations when I'm skiing. It only takes 20 seconds to ski the course and my DH always likes to say that I only have about 15 seconds worth of patience. :rolleyes:
Great job on your booty kicking bootcamp! Glad to hear that you had a nice day on Saturday too. BTW, I checked out your pictures on facebook, I love the new haircut, it looks great!

Eunice Yes, thanks for all of the workout ideas! What'll it be this week? ;) Well I think the fish tacos were probably great no matter what recipe you used. I just love fish tacos. They do need the cabbage though. Now I am tempted to try to do the challenge too, but I'm not sure I don't think I would really change much so not sure......they are getting me all excited about it though because they are so excited. I have to check out that plank challenge too.
Boy my Saturdays always seem to fly by too. By the time I do my workout, eat breakfast, get laundry going and do my checkout it always seems like the morning is almost over. I hate that! Oh twin babies! Boys, girls or one of each? DH sounds like he wants another baby huh? Hmmmmmmmmm......what do you think? ;) Yea, the slalom course is a little weird if you aren't a skier, but it's basically like a snow ski slalom course except instead of flags to ski around we have bouys. There are six total in the course and you have to make it around them all and through the entrance and exit gates. There are set speeds that you go up incrementally, then when you get to your max speed (I think that is 32 mph for women) you start shortening the rope to make it harder. It's crazy some of these guys who are doing it with such a short rope. At some point it gets to where the rope isn't long enough to get around the bouy so you have to fling you body out to get your feet around the ball. I'm not sure if I'll ever get there.....:confused:
Holy cow, double HIit!, you are a crazy woman! Good job! And lucky Sam got to swim :D That is a funny story about your butcher. I hate it when I can't understand what somebody says. When I first moved here there was some guy with the strongest southern accent I had ever heard and I could not understand a word he said. Anytime he said anything I would just nod or say uh huh....:rolleyes:

Janie It sounds like you had a wonderful rest day with your daughter and grandson. How nice. I hope that you had a great time at the fair! OMG, trivial pursuit, I haven't played that in so long. It really makes you fell dumb doesn't it?!

Eunice Wow, your usual walk/drag is 40 minutes, that is awesome. That is an extra workout every day! So if Sam is your second best buddy, is our best buddy DH or Stacey? ;) You can tell me, I won't tell :D Oh great job on disc 14 too. Cathe sure knows how to put a hurtin on legs and glutes!

Saturday we got in a ski in the morning and then I had a lazy afternoon at my friends pool. I wouldn't call it swimming since it was mostly lounging/floating. Yesterday was my rest day and the good news is that it rained most of the day. I did some grocery shopping and went to the mall for a few things that I needed, finished up the laundry and made dinner. DH was playing golf only a few miles away and I kept expecting him to come home because of the rain but he didn't. When he got home he said they hardly got rained on at all. I think it was pretty widespread rain because it was raining everywhere I was, so hopefully he was just in the right spot. Keeping my fingers crossed that it filled up our lake.

This morning I did Athletic Step. It was so much fun. Tonight will be my last night of chest and back in Meso 3 with disc 34. :(

Cheryl Great job on Bootcamp and yoga. So glad you had good weather all weekend. Hopefully it will last a few more months. Don’t turn the blackberry on. It can wait one more day! Hopefully you enjoyed your vacation and even though I am sure you don’t want to go back to work, I hope you are feeling more rejuvenated.

Eunice Great job on your double HiiT workout! That is quite a combo there and you must have had plenty of energy to do both of them. Well, 5 pounds of dog hair might have been exaggerating but it was a lot. I love my dogs and would never do this but sometimes I think how much easier it would be if they were bald! Of course, then the fun of petting them is gone too. Forrest Gump is a good movie isn’t it. It has a little of everything and there are so many good lines from it. I love listening to people with accents but always hope they don’t need me to understand them. I am sure he got a good laugh out of it too and it is good when you can laugh at yourself.

Janie Sounds like you had an awesome rest day. That’s great that your grandkids went on a walk with you and Rolly. I love trivia games. I am not the greatest at them but they are fun to make up answers to. My dad always wins so he is no fun to play with. Actually when we play Trivial Pursuit as a family, we all double up with partners except we make my dad play alone. He wins all by himself.

Pam Sounds like you had a great weekend. Floating/lounging in the pool is my kind of swimming. It is sad but I actually can’t swim. I was the kid that was afraid of putting my head in the water so I never learned. I can tread water better than anyone though. DH likes to make fun of me because I can’t swim. He is amazed that I work out as much as I do and am pretty athletic (sometimes) but can’t swim. Actually I can swim! I do the best doggie paddle around!

Eunice Walking Sam is like a second workout. Great job on disc 14 after that. That is too funny about the butcher. I am like that too with heavy accents, I can never understand what they are saying to me.

Pam Nice that you finally got some rain. Hopefully it filled the lake up again. That is funny about your celebrations before you finish your run. Thanks for the compliment on my hair. It was time to do something with it. Sounds like you had an enjoyable and lazy weekend.

Julie Good job on Athletic Step. Actually I did turn my blackberry on this morning. I only had 66 emails so that is good. I must have had a good vacation though because I can't remember my password to access my blackberry :eek:.

This morning I did MMA Boxing and added on the Heavy Bag Bonus. Well it is back to work tomorrow, not looking forward to it but I guess we need to pay the bills somehow.

Morning sweet ladies! I have to go to Melbourne with DH so I don't have to much time to chat with you but I'll be back later to catch up with you, I'm going to go do my workout then we go pick the girls up from school and off we go.. I don't know what I'm doing I think I'll do something short we'll see I think I have 40/20:confused::eek:
 
Joey and I did TBS with added abs and stretches.

Cheryl, My daughter and grandson bailed out of the fair. Cody said he wasn't feeling well. Oh well. I was disappointed. Great job on yoga today. Enjoy your holiday.

Pam, Didn't make it to the fair, my grandson said he was sick and they left early. :( Oh well. Great job skiing and laying around the pool. It's nice to catch up on errands. Glad you had some time. Now I need to do the same thing.

Julie, Great job on AS. Congratulations for the last day of STS. Whew! What will you be doing on the recovery week? My Joey is the same way with Trivial Pursuit. He never loses, not once! It doesn't matter how many gang up on him, he never loses. :rolleyes:

Good morning ladies, I realized that I talked about everything in my post yesterday EXCEPT my workout! That was 30/30 + W&P abs. I was feeling my abs last night when I went to bed. Outch that is a toughie. I couldn't quite get those last few plate exercises. :mad:

Julie Great job on Athletic Step and disc 34. Wow, you are almost done with STS. Don't be sad though, you're planning another rotation very soon! lol love the doggie paddle. My step son decided a couple of years ago that he was going to go out for the swim team. DH was like, ummmmm Eric, you can't swim! He said that he wanted to learn so figured the swim team would be a great way and since he was pretty athletic he would be fine. When he got to the first day of practice the coach told them to get in for warm up and do 2 lengths of breat stroke, 2 back, 2 butterfly and 2 freestyle. He looked at the kid next to him and said 'I don't know what any of those are!' Needless to say, he was cut in the first round of cuts. We suggested that he might have wanted to learn to swm BEFORE trying out for the swim team, but what do we know huh? :rolleyes: You have to like his confidence though.

Cheryl Yes we did finally get some rain, but rumor has it that we got none at the lake :mad: I hope that is just a nasty rumor. Wow, only 66 emails is amazing! Eunice Hi there! I hope that you had a good trip to Melbourne. Is today DH's Dr appt? you will have to let us know the report. My DH is going to be downunder next week, but he'll be in Sydney which I believe is pretty far from you, right? I was thinking about going along, but since he would be working all day every day decided not to. I love Sydney though!

This morning was disc 22 Chest, shoulders and tris for the last time in meso 2.
Cathe snuck some of those pushups back in for this disc, but luckily not too many. I can NOT do the close stance push ups no matter how I try :mad::confused: I ended up just doing overhead presses for that section instead. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday/Wednesday!
