Strength in Numbers

This morning was disc 29, plyo legs! I swear those half turn jumps are going to be the death of me and why does Cathe insist on putting the power scissors near the end?

Cheryl Great job with Intensity! Modifying it is a great way to get your workout in but not over doing it. :( I understand back problems. No matter what position in, your back never feels comfortable. I’m glad it wasn’t raining for your park trip. You can have some of our weather. We had a heat index of 113 yesterday and it is supposed to get that high or higher today. Cathe’s Cardio Quick Fix is 4 cycles of: 1 min. jumping jacks, 1 min. stair climbing (or step ups), 1 min. jump rope, 1 min. jog in place with arms pumping, and 1 min. front/back kicks (30 sec. each leg). It is a good calorie burn and even though it is repetitive, it goes by fast.

Eunice Great job on disc 10 and for being done with those darn pushups! That’s the best part about finishing meso 1!! Good job on the doubled up ab workouts too! Bummer on your computer crashing. I hate when that happens. See my response to Cheryl on Cathe’s Cardio Quick Fix. She had it listed in a couple of her rotations. I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to do it after MIC. I was exhausted yesterday.

Janie Great job on the stair climber and walking Rolly! Seems like your toe is holding up for those two activities at least. I know it must be frustrating to not be able to get a good sweat on, but you are doing so good at taking care of yourself. I hope they don’t back out their commitment to buy the necklace. That certainly wouldn’t be a nice thing to do. It would be better to have not asked for it in the first place but some people just don’t think.

Pam Great job on AS and yoga abs! I have to say the yoga abs aren’t my favorite in the ab circuits. That and pilates are pretty low on my list. Maybe I am put off because of the levitation holds and the crocodiles which I think requires more upper body strength than ab strength. Your dinner sounds perfectly fine to me. Fruit gives you fiber and vitamins. Yogurt gives you probiotics and calcium. Wine has reservatol (sp?) and antioxidants. Can’t get any better than that! :D

Have a great day!

Eunice That is so maddening when you loose your post and it is always when you have written a lot. Glad that your back is feeling better. Good job on disc 10. The one thing I don't like about meso 1 is all of those push ups. Dinners are always easier when you don't have to cook for a lot of people and are nice for a change.

Janie Good job on the stair climbing and walking with Rolly. How is the toe? I hope that the people won't go back on their word about the necklace. The rain is getting rather tiresome. It would be nice to get a bit warmer and some blue sky. I am forgetting what it looks like.

Pam It has been nice to mix things up a bit. I will do another 6 weeks after this one is finished. That will take me to the September long weekend and then I will be back to working out with Cathe on Saturdays. The heat you guys are getting right now is way to hot for me. I like the mid to upper 70s after that it is too hot for me. Glad that you like it hot, that is just not for me but neither is this cold and rainy weather  I like your idea of dinner icecream and red wine. The fresh fruit is a good thing over ice cream and it does make it healthier :p.

Julie The half turn jumps are hard enough without the power scissors. I don't know if I want your weather that is way to hot for me. But I would like our tempurature to get into the 70s and get some blue sky, it was OK today but it is suppose to rain all day tomorrow . That cardio quick fix would be a good calorie burn. Good job on doing it after MIC.

Today was STS Total Body. After that it was some housework and grocery shopping.

Have a great Thursday everyone.

Cheryl

Today I thought I would exercise with my Joey. To my surprise TBS is fantastic for a broken toe. Thank goodness for the stability ball. Who knew! I'm a very happy camper. I also walked for 20 min. with Rolly, he was a happy camper too.

Which reminds me, the last part of September Joey and I are planning a two month travel in the Southwest. We are going to our favorite spot in Hanksville UT to collect dinosaur petrified bone, petrified wood, agate and all there is to collect in that area.

We will spend Thanksgiving there also and should get back in the beginning of December sometime.

I don't know if I can communicate everyday but I will try my hardest. It's not the best place in the world to have computer service. We'll see how it goes.

Pam, Great job on AS and yoga abs, it is a toughie, and you did great. Give yourself credit for that. Your dinner sounds fantastic. You did good.

Julie, Great job on disc 29 plyo legs, not easy for sure. Thank you for the motivation and patience I need to get back where I belong and sweat. Soon. I hope the people that wanted me to commission their necklaces won't back out, but...We'll see on Fri. and Sun. I have my suspicions. Hope I'm wrong.

Cheryl, Great job on STS TB. Whew! I don't know how you could do housework and shopping after that. Good for you! My toe is still tender. Lets hope for better weather.

Take care everyone,

Janie

Janiegood job on the stair climbing and walking with Rolly, is it that mean that your toe its getting better? yayaya!!! just don't abuse him, poor toe:( I hope people stick to their word, I hate when something like that happen why should they speak if they are not 100% sure. Aug 14th sounds like a good time. Oh soo funny today when I got up and I changed my clothes my right arm my lat was sooo sore and I thought I didn't did back yesterday, weird! so when I took Sam today I felt the pulling again and because yesterday I hold the leash the whole entire time he is really strong and pulls hard... bad boy!:p:confused:

Pam Your weather sounds a lot like Virginia when we were living there its was really hot/humid but not to to gross like where I'm from Cuernavaca its so humid that the whole body sweats  sticky legs, very disgusting:eek: I know huh! our dinners are the best see Julie gave you all the nutrition your good!! Yes!! I'm done with the thousand pushups :D I think I did a lot of better this time around with my weight better than last time I did STS! I hope meso2 is not that heavy:confused: Oh yes Sam its a funny boy when we get back I put him in the garage so he's there when I'm working out and sleeps and if he doesn't hear Cathe's voice he gets up and ready to go anywhere I'm going:p:D Good job on AS and abs I hate the planks too... you could've changed the workout;)

JulieGood job doing plyo legs I know all those turn jumps and the power scissors... Cathe know how to make us sweat :p I see the CQF I'm doing legs twice per week so I guess I'll think about this one for another rotation :D I bet you were exhausted after all that crazy workout but good for you!! I know I think its the best part, NOT doing more pushups yesterday I try to do them diff, started them on my toes then finishing on my knees and I think I did pretty good... I like better the pushups on the ball  I don't know why but I do.

Cheryl I don't know what wrong with my back yesterday was feeling better but today its bugging me again I'm thinking that the wall/stability/weight exercise gave this because I did use a heavy weight this time and every time I rolled down to pick the dumbbells I had to push extra hard to come back up again it didn't hurt right away but that's what I think it messed me up.... Dinners I'm starting to think that it was so much easier when the girls were little now they actually ask "what's for dinner":mad: It sounds like fun doing the BC for another 6 weeks :D Good job doing STS total body that's a hard one Cathe moves really fast from one exercise to another, some times I pause the dvd player because she is really fast changing the weights and the break is not that long. House work and groceries well at least you are not in a hurry for work...

Today my day went by really fast I got up early to do the lunches for school then I talked to Astrid over the phone after taking the girls to school I called my sister that lives in Cuernavaca and we stay on the phone for ever one hour and a half talking and laughing, then I took Sam for another walk that yesterday I was engaging my arm/lat to having him close to me and today I was soo sore because of that, so yeah after that I did 4DS on its entirety legs and I know I shouldn't have done it but I did it again core it was there so I just did.... then some cleaning and laundry and now I'm going to see what I'm going to feed this girls... well have a good one everyone!:D

Julie Great job on those plyo legs. I'm with you on the half turn jumps, they are just killers. That is what I dread most in Hiit DWP and we get to do those more than anything else in that workout  Cathe does like to really work us hard doesn't she?! Poser scissors when your legs are already fried is kind've cruel....
I'm not a big fan of the yoga or pilates abs either I always think about doing something else instead, but then I usually do them because I tell myslef the variety is good. I am definitely put off by the levitations and crocodiles!
I LOVE your breakdown of my meal - maybe I should have that dinner every night :p My weight was down the next morning too...

Cheryl Thanks to Julie pointing out what a healthy meal it is, I think I'm having frozen yogurt and wine for dinner more often. Who knew?! ;)
Great job on STS Total Body, housework and groceries! I hope you are getting some good relaxation time in this week too!

Janie Great job on TBS and working out with Joey, so glad to hear that it is good with your broken toe! :D Hooray! Great job on getting in a walk with Rolly too.
Oh your 2 months of travel sound great, do check in with us whenever you can though as we will miss you. What will you do with all of the goodies that you collect?

Eunice Yes, our weather is a lot like Virginia, we are usually just a little hotter since we're a little farther south. We get the 100% humidity too, Nice! Glad to hear that you are doing better this time around with STS. Good for you! I think you know that meso 2 will be heavier though ;) It's funny that Sam knows when he doesn't hear Cathe's voice that you will be doing something that he wants to be involved in. They are pretty smart, huh? I know I could've changed the workout, but somehow I feel like I'm cheating when I do that, unless I sub in something harder....
My kids always ask what's for dinner now too. When that is the first thing out of their mouth when they come in the door I know that they are really hungry! 3 teenagers can eat a LOT, but they are so unpredictable. Sometimes they will eat everything in sight and sometimes they don't eat much. I wish I had a crystal ball to know which days would be which.
I hope you have Skype or something for all of those long calls overseas. Otherwise they could cost a fortune! So funny that the reason your lats were hurting was because of walking Sam :p Whodda thunk? Great job on 4DS and cleaning and laundry too!

This morning for me was disc 17 legs. The leg workouts are definitely my favorites. Meso 2 is feeling really long though since I started it over again! Oh well, only 2 more weeks then it will be onto meso 3. Have great Thursday/Friday everyone!

Pam

This morning I did Imax 2! It was just what I needed. So much fun! While I was doing it, I realized this is the first time I had done Imax 2 since getting my workout room up and going. It was nice to be able to do the moves as intended without having to maneuver around furniture! :D

Cheryl Great job on STS Total Body! I miss that one but scheduled it to do during the month I am taking off between STS rounds. I wouldn’t want to give you all of our weather but I figure if you take 10-15 degrees from us that would get you were you want to be and lower our temps to being bearable again. ;)

Janie Great job on TBS!! See Joey knows what he is doing with sticking to TBS! :p Great job on your walk with Rolly too! I am picturing you both with big huge smiles on your face. Wow your upcoming trip sounds awesome. I would love to see the desert and scavenge for fossils. I bet you can’t wait and are counting down the days.

Eunice Great job on 4DS in its entirety! I haven’t done the 4DS workouts in their entirety in a loooong time. I have those scheduled for the month in between my STS rounds and can’t wait. Teaching a dog to walk politely on a leash is so hard. I can’t say I was successful with either of my dogs. I pretty much just let them do their own thing and end up getting hanked all of the place. I’m sure my neighbors get a good laugh in the morning when they see me walking both dogs and one is pulling me to the right and the other is pulling me to the left like tug of war. Now that I am getting stronger (thanks to Cathe), I am winning a little more though! :p

Pam Great job on disc 17! If I remember right, disc 17 gave me DOMS that I will never forget. It does seem like your STS is longer than normal but it is because you re-started M2. I think I will be finishing STS when you are starting M3. Frozen yogurt, fruit, and wine sounds good to me for dinner every night. I tend to go for simple dinners like salad but then again I don’t have to cook for anyone. ;)

Have a great day!

Janie I keep forgetting which one is TBS but its good that it was kind on your toe... you have to get ready for your long trip! wow!! 2 months of traveling that its very nice, are you guys going by your selfs or going with company? we will miss you but don't worry about checking with us just have fun nd enjoy your trip!

Pam Good job on disc 17 legs, just think that you are getting double the pump:D haha!! Right now I'm enjoying my winter I get to have lots of lazy days  and in summer os so hot and the worse thing is that we don't have air conditioner we have cooler and it doesn't work the same I hate it, with lots of mosquito's  Yeah you are right meso 2 its heavier but less reps so I think I'll do OK hopefully.... Do you have your kids every day? I think teenagers are harder to please than little girls, my teenage some times doesn't like what I cook but still she has to eat it there is no choice.
Oh Sam, dogs are very smart, this morning DH got home when I was getting the girls ready for school, so he's playing, chasing the girls, but when he heard dad he run straight to his bed like saying "hi dad, I have being a good boy" so funny! I have vonage so I just pay $30 per month and I get to make phone call to Cuernavaca and USA and I don't have to pay a fortune. Today my third day and still sore so today I try to hold the leash with my other arm!

Julie Good job on Imax2 I can picture you doing this one and working your way around furniture haha! But so nice that you have your workout room ready for all kind of exercises.... Oh boy! and you have two big dogs too, I would not go out if I had 2 dogs one its enough I think we need dog whisper to train the dogs for us and thanks to Cathe too I know what you mean about winning.. Can you imagine holding Sam so he doesn't chase the Kangaroos? that's scary!! That's nice you are planning on playing with all your dvds that you haven't use that often, one month its going to go fast!

Well today I took Sam out for another (dragged me) walk/run I really didn't wanted too but he really need to he behave so much better when he gets hes walk, I tried to hold him with my other arm :D:p I did back/triceps the last disc of meso 1 yay!! next week its recovery week I haven't plan what I'm going to do hmm I have to think about it... It was a really good workout I had to dropped my weight on the barbell bend rows on one set there was only 2 sets today I didn't wanted to bother my back, it doesn't hurt when I'm working out but its all day feeling. Well I have to go do some grocery shopping, have a nice weekend every one today its Friday here so we will have a nice evening watching movies or playing rock band!! See ya!

Did 20 min. on the stair climber and took Rolly for a walk for 15 or 20 min. My toe is getting better. Yes! I got a little sweaty with the climber.

Eunice, Good sign those DOM's of yours. Means you are working hard and it's working. You seem to have your hands full with Sam. But, he is sooooooo cute. Great job on 4DS in it's entirety and another core workout. Whew!

Pam, With our rock hounding, we will put it in our yard with the rest of them. It is very unique around here. :D Great job on disc 17 legs.

Julie, Great job on IMAX2. Whew! I still remember doing that one a long time ago. can't wait to do it again. I want the sweat factor.:D I'm so glad you had enough room for that. It's so nice to have a workout room. Yes, Joey knows what he is doing. I really shouldn't complain. We can't wait for our travel adventure. The last time I found a large tooth. I can only imagine what animal it belonged to.:)

Eunice, I'm so glad you take out Sam even when he pulls you. I don't know what to say to help you. Wish I could. Get on the internet and look that up, you may see something there that could help you. Great job on back & triceps. Congratulations for doing Meso 1. Meso 2 next, Hooray! Very proud of you. Have fun with your recovery week whatever you decide.

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Julie Great job on Imax 2 in your posh new workout room! I do have some good DOMS from disc 17 and was really feeling it in my booty during my workout this morning. I love to cook and try out new recipes, so I am usually making something not necessarily elaborate, but usually spend at least an hour on dinner prep, so it is really nice to get a little break from that sometimes. I know what I'm doing next time I'm alone for dinner, since there are 2 other froyo places that I needs to try ;)

Eunice Right now I am enjoying the summer, it is my favorite season. I'm not sure if I would enjoy it as much without air conditioning though  The best thing about winter is the food, I do love soups and stews :) I am looking forward to next week since it will be my fist time getting to week 3 of meso 2 this round.
We have the kids every other week so just half the time. Our kids are pretty easy though, I can't remember the last time I made something that they didn't like. I am the same as you though, they eat what I made or they don't eat. I've been pretty surprised at what they will eat (and like!) Hahaha, you never knew you'd get a weight workout in while walking yout dog, huh?!
Good job on your dragging today and your last disc of meso 1 :D Do take it easy on that back!

Janie Greaqt job on your stair climbing and walk and getting a sweat on! :D Glad to hear that your toe is recovering. Hmmm...i guess you are going to have to post some pictures of your yard and your treasures for us....

This morning for me was Imax 3. I was so happy when I saw that on my calendar because I was ready for a good sweat and it didn't disappoint. No dreaded jeannie hops either ;):p I just realized it is Friday and we have NO PLANS for the weekend. Wow, not sure how that happened but I think it will be nice. I'm sure we'll get some good skiing in and maybe I'll finally get rid of all of the weeds that are taking over my flower beds! Have a great Friday/Saturday everyone!

Pam

This morning I did MMA Kickbox! Not my favorite of the MMAs but still fun. The last couple of nights we have had salesman coming up to our door at 6:30 at night. Don’t they know I go to bed at 7:30. The first time, it was a man and a woman selling cancer insurance. Last night it was some guy selling meat out of the back of his truck. Only $3 for a steak! Um ... No Thanks! I’m getting ready to put up a “No Solicitors” sign on my door. :D

Eunice I bet the walk you give Sam wears him out a little so he doesn’t have so much energy to be a bad boy. It is a workout holding dogs back from wanting to chase things. Maggie used to be a stray so she has never gotten over her need to hunt animals. I am constantly trying to hold her back from snatching up one of the neighbor’s cats or going after a bunny. I can’t imagine what she would do if she saw a kangaroo! I am very excited about playing around with my DVDs in between STS but you are right the month will go by fast. Have a wonderful family fun evening!

Janie Great job on the stair climber and your walk! Yea for your toe!!! Don’t worry, you’ll be back to seating it up in no time. I can feel your energy! :D I had a dream about being in the dessert looking for fossils last night. Guess I really want to go with you!

Pam Great job on Imax 3! It definitely never disappoints in the sweat arena. I also love singing along with the songs-well maybe it is more mouthing the words because I definitely don’t control my breathing well enough to sing. I used to love cooking for DH and I when we ate the same stuff but now that I have cleaned up my diet and he still likes the junkier items, he has to fend for himself. He doesn’t seem to mind as he has now mastered the art of cooking a frozen pizza, chef Boyardee, and pizza rolls.

Have a great day!

Janie Glad that you found a workout that doesn't hurt your toe. Your trip sounds like fun and it is so nice that you can take a couple of months to do it. The benefits of being retired :D.

Eunice I find that on the wall/stability/weight exercise I can't get down far enough to grab the weights because my back kills me after it. What I do instead is a keep the weights in my hand and I don't go down as far. I find that doesn't hurt my back. I have to pause the DVD a lot on STS Total Body because it does move so fast.

Pam Julie really did have all the healthy aspects of ice cream and wine down didn't she. It has been nice and relaxing, it will be hard getting back into it, but at least I have another week off. I remember that I really liked the leg workouts in meso 2 the best.

Julie Nice that you are enjoying your new workout room. It seems like a whole new workout when you can do the moves as they were intended instead of maneuvering around furniture. I will take 10 degrees from you. Today it was so cold in the morning I wanted to turn the furnace on . Wow you have people coming to your door selling cancer insurance and meat out of the back of a truck . We don't have anything like that around here, it just sounds strange.

Yesterday was a busy day so I didn't get a chance to post. In the morning I did Low Max and then I went downtown for lunch because one of my staff from my old position was retiring so I wanted to be there to wish her well. Not long after I got home my parents and brother came over to take us out for dinner since it was Frank's birthday today. So yesterday I had two pub meals, tried to keep them healthy I had a salad with my meal instead of fries. This morning I did Legs and Glutes. I really like that workout but I was tired today so I found it really hard. Today DH wanted to go to a few of his favorite stores to see what he could find and then we went out for a late lunch to our favorite pizza place. Our neighbour baked him a carrot cake for his birthday, she bakes better than I can. Didn't need any dinner tonight.

Have a great Saturday everyone.

Cheryl

Joey and I did TBS and one of Cathe's ab and stretch routines.

Was fooling around with the camera and had to show you this:
397810347.jpg

Aren't they cute?:D My little family.

Pam, I'll take pictures of obsidian and petrified wood and some agate, maybe even the basalt stones I like so much. Great job on IMAX3. Oh how I want to sweat like that! Pretty soon.

Julie, Great job on MMA Kickbox. I'm lucky that we live so far away from solicitors. Can't blame you if you want to put up a sign. We would love it if you could come with us on the Fall trip!

Cheryl, Great job on LM yesterday and watching what you eat. You are a very good girl. Also great job on today L&G. You rock even if you didn't want to do it. Hmmmmmmm, carrot cake.:p

Take care everyone,

Janie

Julie Great job on MMA Kcikbox. I'm not crazy about the MMA workouts in general, they are too muck like kickboxing for me. Cancer insurance salesmen coming to your door? Yikes! That sure sounds like a scam
Oh my goodness, chef boyardee frozen pizza and pizza rolls?! you need to get DH to start doing Cathe with you!

Cheryl I'm glad you are enjoying your stay cation. I'm sure the first week went by fast but how nice that you have another week.
Great job o LM and legs and glutes. I haven't done that one in awhile but I see to remember that it's a goodie. I didn't have too bad DOMS af ter disc 17, but I thick that is because I just did it a couple of weeks ago. I had much worse DOMS tfor last time I did it. Carrot cake, Yum!

Janie great job on TBS and stretching. I love the picture of your family! :D so cute! g[/IMG] Don't worry, I kow it feels like forever right now, but you'll be sweating again in no time!

This morning was disc 18 back and biceps. This is my first non-repeat disc in mess 2 so I'm excited. I did have to drop my weights or sets on most of the bicep sets though  Last night we skiied and then skiied again this morning after my workout so ow I'm pooped and tried to figure out what to do for the set of the day. Going to see how weeding goes but it is really hot so not sure how long I'll last.
Have a great Saturdday/Sunday everyone!

Pam

Last night I did disc 30, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. So far, I have been able to keep my weight at the target and hit the reps for these which is shocking since my shoulders can be so weak. I do struggle towards the end and the last rep or so is definitely hard won. This morning I did Cardio Core Circuit. I was laying in bed thinking about how I had to get up and do that and was trying to convince myself just to run on my treadmill instead. I don't enjoy running that much so the fact that I actually wanted to pass up CCC for running shows how hard that one is!

Cheryl Great job on Low Max and Legs & Glutes. Those are both goodies and I think Low Max seems to work your legs as hard as an actual leg workout. It sounds like you are enjoying your staycation which is so great and you definitely deserve it.

Janie Great job on TBS, abs, and stretches! Your family is so adorable all sitting nicely together. Oscar and Maggie see the camera coming and just can't sit still. I would love to see pictures of the area you are going to and anything you collect while there.

Pam Great job on disc 18! I bet you finally feel like you are getting through Meso 2 now that you aren't repeating discs anymore. I have never skiied but it looks like it would be work on your forearms and biceps. Yea I would love DH to work out with me. I have even made comments about the guys in STS and some of the other workouts and he just says "so".

Have a great weekend!

Janie Good job on TBS and the abs and stretching. I like the picture of your little family. I like that you could get the cats to sit still and look at the camera for a picture. Ours always look away.

Pam The first week has flown by, I am glad that I have another week. I did Legs and Glutes because I hadn't done it in a while and it was one of my favorite workouts. Good job on disk 18. Don't worry about dropping your weights for the bicep work, you are working them a lot with waterskiing.

Julie Good job on disk 30 is this the start of meso 3? CCC is a hard workout, I am thinking of putting it in next week for me. Good for you to do it even if you didn't, I am sure it felt good to get it done. Low Max really does work the legs and it was another one I hadn't done in a while. Good luck with getting your husband to join you. I don't know why they just want to eat junk food and sit around. I like to be active.

This morning was bootcamp and another bonus was that it wasn't raining!!!! It was a really nice day out so after bootcamp and doing some laundry I cleaned out the garage. I thought it would be a good time since everything was dry and I could haul everything out and sweep and orgainze things again.

Have a great Sunday everyone.

Cheryl

One of our sons is here visiting this weekend. We, including Rolly went for a walk for 30 min. My dumb toe was getting sore, had to turn back. It's OK, I didn't over do it. I

I sold the two money necklaces, Yea! I should have more trust in people, or I need to be more patient with them.

Pam, Great job on disc 18 back and biceps. Also glad you had skiing time in. That is so cool. Thank you for the encouragement.:)

Julie, I'll take pictures of the area we rock hound for you, for sure. Great job on disc 30 shoulders, biceps and triceps. Struggling means you are making muscles. Good for you for staying on target with the weight. When you go to failure, that is such a good thing, that's what you want to do. Great job on this mornings CCC. I know that was hard. Good for you, you should be proud and didn't take the easy way out.

Cheryl, I had to take about a dozen photos before I got that one. The only thing wrong with it, is that it shows Rolly as small. He's as big as the big black one of ours.:D Great job on BC. Yes, we are having wonderful weather here as well. A touch of Spring Fever I see, or should I say Summer Fever.

Take care,

Janie

Janie Good job doing the stair climber and the walking with Rolly, I hope he doesn't dragged you like Sam does, maybe not because Rolly is small dog.. I think he's fine he's just desperate to get some where where he can run free, I always let him free in the field let him chase the birds, play with the water after that we keep walking around till we get back home maybe 3 miles, I did found the way of stop him from eating wood chips and sticks, I bought a HUGE bone at the butchers and he's being busy since then. Love your Family picture, they all are so cute!:D

Pam Good job doing Imax3 and disc 18 so excited that in a little bit you will be done with meso 2...I haven't done imax3 in a while I might do it this free week, love the sweat fiesta!! I hate summer the house feels like sauna and that is not fun also the floor gets wet, wet, wet horrible wet we had to laid sheets on the floor to be able to walk and it has to be a very little walk if we don't want to get hurt :eek: Oh yes I will take it easy with my back!

Julie Good job doing MMA:kickbox I think that is a easy one.. I'll hate people trying to sale stuff to me when I'm getting ready to go bed, I hope the sing helps! Thats funny how dog want to get everything, its funny because sometimes I told Sam "eat it papa, eat it" but that's only when DH is holding him I know he wont dragged DH. OMG its so funny that your hubby doesn't want to be in the "healthy club"

CherylThanks for the idea I have to do that too. I'm glad that you are enjoying to vacation, this week went by soooo fast, make sure to have fun next week and maybe one really, really, really lazy day that would be nice:D, maybe! Good job doing LowMax and legs and gluts you are right lowmax its a good leg workout... Carrot cake sounds good, you need to start practicing your baking I love to bake, maybe a little to much:p!!!
Good job doing the BC and even better NOT rain!!

JanieSo nice that you had your son visiting, that's alright if you had to go back because of your toe... you need to be good for your trip ;) take care!

Yesterday Saturday I did Step Blast and from core max I picked one of the premixes that I cannot remember the name but in that one Cathe uses some from each core work she moves really fast so I had to pause. We didn't do anything really just cook, watch a movie, and that's it today again not much going on until DH gets vacations he doesn't want to spent the day driving to places when he has to go to the field all week long, he wants to rest and take it easy, I don't mind.. Have a good weekend and TTYL!!!:D;)

My son found this flower on our walk. Isn't it beautiful? Wonder what it could be?

Eunice, I had to laugh at the idea of Rolly dragging me while walking. Can you picture a little dog dragging me LOL :D You are so funny! OOPS, wait a minute, maybe he can because of my toe the way it is. LOL:D Oh no! I give Rolly bones too. It makes a lot of difference. Beside it gets their teeth cleaned too. Yeah, I'm healing just for out trip to the South West. Can't wait, it will be sooooooo much fun. Riding our bikes, long walks, fossels... Great job on SB and abs from core max. I love lounging days, sounds like you had a good time and you deserve it anyways.

Have a good weekend too, that goes for everyone,

Janie

It looks as though Sam is in seventh heaven. He has a bone about the size of Rolly! I'm glad for him he deserves a huge treat like that. I bet he will be a better doggie now and should keep him busy for awhile.
