Today I did legs disc 9 week 3 I really like it, it was sooo cold in the garage but it didn't took to long for me to start sweating, it was good, kind of fast! but that's alright I also did core weights & plates with out the plates the hard floor in the garage didn't let me use it but I did the climb mountains and some other moves to finish the workout.
Saturday I did one of Cathe Cardio hits power max I haven't done that one to to often so I kind of felt silly doing it at first but then it got me really good.
Yesterday the heather broke but thanks goodness that someone come today and fix it it was freezing so I HAVE to BAKE to kept the house warm hahaha!! a good excuse huh? I really don't need a excuse for doing that. Tomorrow if it is a good day no raining I might drive to the city with the girls DH didn't want to spent hes weekend driving which was fine with me, just because this is going to be my first time driving to Melbourne and I get a little nervous. Well have a good Sunday/Monday for me. and almost gonne!
