Pam, So glad you are back. The food sounds so wonderful...don't worry about it, you can catch up later. Great job on disc 14, back and biceps. When you go on your other week away from home, just don't worry about it. It's not like you do this all the time. When you get back make a big point to continue as normal. Your body will catch up very soon. The scales are good to you. Kitties are sooooo tempting to take home. You were lucky.

Julie, Great job on Hiit 30/30 & ab circuits. Wow, I'm so lucky here, we have storms of course, but here it's pretty mild compared to the rest of the country. Stay safe! Rolly is a smart boy! First I started with treats, then lots of loving. It seems he's getting the idea already. I'm lucky.

Cheryl, I've never taken the leash off Rolly before, but since I had company this weekend, he got out. So I felt compled to train him to come to me for his safety and my peace of mind. I love True Blood. We don't have it on our channels. So, I'll wait for it on DVD and rent it out.

Hi Pam I'm glad that you are back, and ready to hit those weights, it sounds like you did had fun good for you and good that you didn't gain any weight;) I bet your husband was happy that you got back home with out any kitten or maybe its just me thinking that way because I'm more of a dog person not kitten:eek:

Julie good job doing 30/30 and abs that one is a tough one for sure:p To funny I can sleep too through the storms :D Good tho know about 10-10-10 I'm going to have to try it next time. Maybe when you finish STS you can reward your self and get some pampering!:D

Cheryl I hope the rest of your session you get to enjoy your self. I was reading about the yoga thingy I haven't never try any kind but the one from P90X which I do like it but I don't get to do it that often .:D I hope tomorrow you get to do your workout and no more late T.V. for you!!;):D

Today I did Drill Max a very tough workout for my legs:confused: but I did managed to finish the whole thing that was one of my first dvd's that I did purchase from Cathe I used to to do it a lot more often, now with all the new workouts its hard to pick that one I'm glad that I did also I did the pushups today 19 :) hopefully I can catch Pam 25 wow!! You are doing great.
Today I did post in FB one of my recipes for brownies its a healthy ones that my girls didn't like them but for me they were awesome if you guys want I can share with you. Have a good day everyone.
 
Julie Great job on HiiT 30/30 and Ab Circuits Weights & Plates. I think both the weights and the plates part of that one are killer! That is one of the few ab workouts that gives me DOMS. We got a big thunderstorm yesterday, something like 3-4 inches of rain in about 30 minutes!

Cheryl Great job on BC again, glad to hear that you weren't as sore as the first time. I wish we had more bike lanes around here, there are only a few roads that have them and with people doing crazy things like texting and talking on their cell phones while driving it can be a little scary riding on the road.
Oh yea, the group eating is a problem. I get so mad at myself when I eat so much that my stomach hurts :mad: Now I'm trying to make up for it this week. Oh yea, it's hard to resis those cute little kittens, I could easily become the crazy cat lady if I didn't have will power!
I've never seen True Blood is it good? Hmmm...must be a vampire show?

Oh yes, my husband was very happy that I didn't bring any cats home. Luckily I know that 2 is enough and now we have 2 indoor and 2 outdoors :rolleyes: Those outdoor ones are his fault though.
Great job on Drill Max, I really love that one. I did it quite a this winter because I picked 2 rotations in a row that used it a lot so haven't done it recently. I haven't been doing the pushups anymore. The second time I tried I had such bad chest and shoulder DOMS from STS that I could only do 10, so I decided that they just don't mix with STS. I will do another pushup challenge after I've finished STS. I still want to get to 50.
I'm not sure I would like healthy brownies, I really LOVE the unhealthy ones :confused::rolleyes: especially with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Oh man, I getter get lunch!

OK, so yesterday I posted the wrong disc number, it was actually disc 15 that I did yesterday and today was 16 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I am liking meso 2 a lot more than meso 1. I didn't get Hiit DWP in last night because I felt really bad. I had a really upset stomach, probably left over from the weekend! I also knew losing weight was too good to be true, I was up 1.5 pounds this morning :mad: Tomorrow will tell me which day is the one I should trust. Anyway, time for lunch (not brownies and ice cream either). Have a great Tuesday/Wednesday everyone!

Last night I did disc 22 for Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. It was the last disc for Meso 2 CST. I’m kind of sad that I am almost done with Meso 2. I wasn’t able to complete all the sets for the bench press (both flat and incline) and also for the overhead shoulder press and seated lateral raise. I am glad I had DH to spot me for the bench press. I was really struggling and he had to help me up on the last rep in each set. This morning I did the All Step Premix from Cardio Fusion. It was tough but super fun! :eek:

Cheryl Why is yoga so expensive?! That is about what they charge around here too and I could never understand that. I am not sure I would like hot yoga either. I would be afraid of passing out! Hatha sounds like the yoga for me. I much prefer more relaxing and gentle stretching than focusing on breathing. Although last night, DH pointed out that if I breathed correctly while lifting, I may have been able to finish my sets. :rolleyes:

Janie Great job on your TBS, abs, and stretching with Joey! You certainly do gotta love it when dogs make it easy to train them. Maggie is such a good listener but I think it is because the first several years of her life she had it rough. Now she can appreciate how good she has it. Oscar on the other hand doesn’t know any other life than this spoiled one so I think he figures he doesn’t have to listen to us! Rolly on the other hand sounds like a sweet little angel! :D

Eunice Great job on Drill Max! I love that one too and agree it is definitely a leg killer! Great job on those 19 pushups too! Give it time and you will be getting past 20 soon enough! I have actually thought about giving myself a spa day or full body massage after STS. We’ll see though. I also seem to put myself last most of the time. :eek: I’m all for the healthy brownie recipe if you don’t mind sharing! I love brownies and am always looking for healthier recipes of my favorite foods.

Pam Great job on disc 16! I love Meso 2 and am hoping I like Meso 3 just as much. Next week is my active recovery week and I think I may actually miss lifting this time even though my body is so ready for a break! I get DOMS from Ab Circuits W&P too most of the time. The scale is a powerful and addictive tool that I wish I could get away from. I know in my head that it is more important to look at my measurements and how I look and feel but man that scale just keeps calling my name and I take what it says to heart every time. :confused:

PamWell at least you guys got some rain.It was fun to do that one again and more to be able to do the burpees jump over the step back to the burpees I remember having trouble with those ohh and the diver push ups I can go only one way coming back that's another story... You are right STS and pushups challenge don't go together today I did the first upper body WO and I was glad I didn't do the pushupas before... I wonder what its going to be the next Cathe challenge? Oh well don't eat to much of those brownies I know they are good but you have to be careful;):D You are to funny I haven't step on the evil scale for a good while I don't know but I don't like that so much is in the garage seating:p I like meso2 the most too, how is your shoulder doing?


Julie Ican't believe that you are in your last week of meso2?! that was fast... don't feel bad about not completing all the sets, I know once when I was doing one of those heavy workouts I couldn't push the barbell any farther that half way, I know that made me mad because I was so excited about it, but then the next week I was fine I could finish everything with no problem, so maybe it was only for once... also when I cannot finish with all the sets I always add more at the end of the workout;)

Today I did disc 1, I was surprise that I was able to keep my weight, lets hope that it stay that way for the rest of the STS I know that's going to be impossible or a good challenge but we'll see. I also did core abs no equipment+abs from MM and took Sam for a little longer walk he is so ready to go back to the routine we used to have before he got sick.. So if we add 30min of that core + chest/should/biceps I did burn 801 calories I know some people (on FB) its having trouble believing this numbers I don't have to prove it I know is true and I have my watch keeping all this in a file....:mad::D Have a good day !!
 
Didn't do much for exercises today.:( Been trying very hard to get the website going. It just isn't happening. Oh well.

Eunice, I've lost very long posts too. Very frustrating! Glad you did it again even if it was a shorter version. Yea! We are friends on FB! Great job on DM and push ups on the toes. I saw the brownie recipe. Yummmmmmmm. I looooovvvvveeeee brownies.

Julie, Great job on disc 22. Yea the last disc for Meso 2, Congratulations! Also great job for this mornings All Step Pre from CF. Rolly has on his back, a place where wings would have gone. It's white in that area on both sides. I swear he came down from heaven just for me.:D I'm glad you spoil your animals. I love doing that too.

Eunice, Great job on disc 1 and core abs and a little walk with Sam. Wow, fantastic calorie burn. I truly believe you! You Rock!

Julie Great job on Disc 22, meso 2 has sure gone by fast huh?! Don't worry about it being over though, I think you will love meso 3 too. I have never done the squat rack legs though, but I really love the plyo leg workouts. Great job on the CF all step premix. I have never done tha tpre-mix I will have to try it!
The scale can be very frustrating but for me it is the most effective way to keep things in check. I get really quick feedback when I need to get things under control! Of course sometimes it makes no sense and even though I know it makes no sense it at least makes me more careful about what I'm eating. Then other days I pick it up and kiss it (haven't had one of those days in awhile though :rolleyes::eek:)

Eunice Well we got another big thunderstorm yesterday and then just a nice quiet rain all night long. That should help with our drought situation. Oh I do love those burpees and the jumps over the step, although by the time I get to them in that wo I'm usually pretty fried! Bomb diver pushups ...UGH that's all I can say about those.
How often does Cathe change the challenge? Is it once a month? Hopefully I can do the next challenge. My shoulder is still not 100% and I can really tell anytime we do one arm at a time. I had to drop down in weight yesterday, but not as much as I had to before so I guess that is good.

I'm glad you are on FB now, now you have to get some pictures on there. Euncie will be hounding you about that ;):D She is much better about pictures than I am.

This morning for me was Athletic Step and yoga based abs. Those levatations just aren't happening for me :confused: And then the whole plank section at the end is a killer. My hands get numb by the end of that from being on them for so long and I just can't do those crocodiles right. Oh well. The evil scale was down 2 pounds from yesterday so I'm going with yesterday being a glitch. Today will be interesting though since I'm going out for chinese for lunch and italian for dinner :rolleyes: Must....be.....strong! Have a great Wednesday/Thursday everyone!

This morning I did the 1st 4 intervals of Low Max. Tonight I will be doing disc 24: Back and Biceps. Wednesdays is supposed to be leg day in the morning but I decided to switch Wednesday and Friday this week because Friday I have a root canal and I didn’t want to take a chance I wouldn’t feel like doing my back and bicep workout when I got home.

Eunice Great job on disc 1 plus lots of abs and little walk with Sam! That’s a lot for one day but I bet you feel so accomplished. I can’t believe I am done with Meso 2 at the end of this week either. I thought this STS rotation would go slowly since it is 3+ months but it has been moving super fast. I am on Facebook but I bet there are a lot of Julie Davis out there. I’ll try to look you up (Eunice Andrews, correct?) and send you a friend request.

Janie Sorry you are having problems with your site. I have gotten a few emails from your site letting me know that it has been updated and I have just been too exhausted when I get home to get on the computer. I’ll try again either tonight or tomorrow. I saw the July rotation Cathe posted and it looks like a good one for you! Lots of fun workouts on there. Enjoy!

Pam Great job on AS and yoga abs! Chinese for lunch and Italian for dinner sounds like a yummy dream day to me! Hope you were able to be strong and still enjoy it. I’ll let you know how squat rack legs is. I’m going to attempt to do the squat rack disc on Wednesday and the plyo disc on Saturday. We’ll see! I have been having a love/hate relationship with my scale lately. I love that it is finally going down but I hate that it went up as much as it did from when I started STS May 2. It is my own fault though. I sabotaged myself with too many indulgent moments. I’m working on getting back on track though and hopefully will end STS at the same weight I started. If that happens, I’ll be on cloud 9!

Joey and I did TBS, abs and stretches from Cathe's DVD's. I tried to do a stability ball pike. No such luck this time around. Darn!
I canceled my web site, however I think I found another that I like better. It has great reviews, talked with them, we seem to connect. I may sign up tomorrow. I think all my questions have been answered. I will let everyone know when I get another website open. Doing all this today makes walking not possible for poor little Rolly. First thing tomorrow, I will get him an me into a long walk.

Pam, Yes, Eunice is hounding already. (But I love it!) I have the dolphin photo up for now. LOL Great job on AS and yoga based abs. Planks and Levetations are hard. You will get there.;) Be strong with Chinese and Italian. Wow, that would be soooooo hard to resist.

Julie, Great job on the 4 intervals of LM. OOOOO, good luck on that root canal. Good plan on your exercises. I'm going to wait for Cathe's 2011 July rotation. No matter what I'm going to do it!

Janie I bet that was stressful having Rolly off leash for the first time. It would be good to train him just in case he gets out again, that way you would feel more confident that he would come back. I love True Blood too I am happy that we get the channel.

Eunice I hate that when you lose your post and it is always when you are almost done and have typed a lot. I did get my workout in on Tuesday but not today. I really have to change to the afternoon but I hate workings out then, but it really doesn't work in the mornings either. Good job on Drill Max, it is a good workout but tough.

Pam People talk and text while they are driving here too. They did pass a law to make it illegal but people don't pay attention to it :mad:. I know what you mean about the group eating, I always eat more when I am in a group. I could be a crazy cat lady too, I just want to take all of them home. You are right that True Blood is a vampire show. I have had a thing for vampires since I was young long before it became a trendy thing. Don't worry about the scale. If you are like me it can be up a pound or two one day and down a pound or two the next.

Julie Next time you go through STS you will find that you will do better for the bench press, shoulder press and lateral raise. Good job on the all step premix from Cardio Fusion. I have no idea why yoga is so expensive. For me I can't afford to go except when it is for free. I think you would like the Hatha yoga. That is my favorite since it focusing more on the poses.

Tuesday morning I did the timesaver premix for STS Total Body. This morning I got up to workout but I had no energy. This is fustrating since I want to workout in the morning but my body is telling me otherwise. Anyway I will figure something out.

Today I knew I had planed Butts & Guts I try so hard to change my mind but I couldn't it wasn't pretty at all, soooo tough I was thinking in the middle of the workout that last time I did that one I was so happy that it was the last time I was going to do that WO! So how in this world did I pick that one again? :confused: Last night I woke up I don't know what time it was but I was so hungry that my belly did hurt, I was so sleepy too that I decide to close my eyes and go back to sleep:confused: My food its been good and last night I did hamburgers for the girls lean ground meat, small whole wheat buns, home made fries I ate only 5 fries and one burger I was pretty good, full, but I woke up starving oh well that's enough of my self... Tomorrow is the last day of school this morning I was "Oh yay tomorrow is the last day of school" and Rachel say "You should be booo for kids at home" To funny!! Have a good day everyone..:D

The chinese and italian were both good and I controlled myself pretty well so it's all good :D I totally understand that love/hate relationship with the scale, I am right there with ya :p

Cheryl It's against the law here to text and drive too but yep, people still do it. It drives me crazy when I see someone doing it. You can usually tell because they are swerving and/or driving really slow in the fast lane. I wish I could make a citizens arrest ;) Oh yes, my scale is the same, bounces around all the time, but it still freaks me up when the bounce is up until it goes down again :rolleyes:

Eunice Yes, Janie told me that you were already after her for pictures, so funny! I do try to do the levatation holds, but I can never get my legs off the ground. Cathe says even trying works the core though :rolleyes: Oh don't even get me started about 1-legged pikes. I am afraid to try those as I think I would go face first onto the floor!

This morning for me was disc 16 legs. It went by so fast even though it was painful. I really like the tri-sets! We are leaving tomorrow after work for Pennsylvania so I am going to have to work hard tomorrow morning. I am hoping to get a ski in before we go but I'm not sure if that is going to workout. DH is not very motiviated since he hurt his back, but I think he should at least take me! I already missed last weekend after all. Wish me luck with that. Have a great Thursday/Friday everyone

Last night I did my last Back and Biceps disc for Meso 2. I will miss Meso 2 except for the pullups :D. I actually have DOMS in my lats this morning. I think they are from the 1-Arm Horizontal Rows! This morning I did MMA Boxing including the Heavy Bag Bonus (minus the heavy bag).

Janie Great job on TBS, abs, and stretching with Joey! Good luck with the new website. Do let us know when it is up and running. Don’t worry about the pike. Sometimes I can do them great; other times I am too wiped out to get my booty up in the air. :rolleyes:

Cheryl Great job on the STS TB premix on Tuesday! STS TB is a good one and I am sure the premixes are no walk in the park! :eek: I know you will figure something out with your workouts; it just might take a little playing around with your schedule. I think the idea of being able to go through STS better next time is what made me decide to do the rotation again so quickly after finishing my first round. It is almost like the first time is a trial run just to get your feet wet and see how the program works.

Eunice Great job on Butts & Guts even though you had to push yourself to do it! The first several times I did that one I kept saying “this lady is crazy” about Cathe because it was so hard. I haven’t done it in a while but I do remember not saying that last time. Just gritting my teeth through some of the moves! :p Good job on eating light. Eating is my biggest struggle too so I completely understand. I looked for you on FB last night but couldn’t find a Eunice Andrews that said Australia. I’ll look again tonight when I have more time. I don’t have a picture of me on FB but I do of my dogs!!

Pam Great job on legs! I remember that disc. That is the one that gave me DOMS for 2 days! Awful quad DOMS! Good luck on your getting all you want done before you leave tomorrow. I second the notion that DH needs to take you skiing! Who says you can’t have fun skiing even if he doesn’t get to ski? ;)

PamWhen I first attempted to do the pikes I kissed the floor then it took me a while to wanted to try again:eek::confused: So the one legged pike its just a dream like Julie say my butt its to heavy to be high up on the balance ball with one leg in the air:p Good job doing disc 16 its better when it goes fast so the pain is only for a little bit, but then you get the aftershock feeling type thing hahaha!!! love the tri-sets another mini vacation wow!!! well god for you and I hope you get to ski before you go I know how much you love ski. Too funny last night when I commented on your FB thing I was going to say "Pam you are rocking those legs early this morning while I'm about to rock my bed":eek::eek: that would it be bad, bad comment good think I didn't, I just thought that it was funny and I had to let you know!

Julie congrats on finishing meso2 :):D So sad you are going to missed:( don't worry one week off then meso3 then you are going to be happy again!! and good job too I know only US crazies woman would say love the doms in the lats that means that you work pretty hard:D and good job doing MMA Boxing/heavy bag... I know yesterday I was gritting my teeth too hate those front lunges, squats, back lunges those really kill my legs every time.. That's weird that you didn't see me on FB I'm with a light purple top, orange thingy on my neck, I was in San Diego RT I was wearing my name, on the back you can see the beach and I have a palm tree behind so hopefully you can find me.

Today I have back/triceps disc2 I won't do much today, I have to go to the last day school meeting and then go groceries DH cames tonight so I want to cook something yummy for him:D Sam last night chowed one of Stacy's tennis shoes good thing today was the last day and she didn't need those shoes for today!:confused::mad:

Walked with Rolly, Boo and Rosie today for an hour. It was great.

Cheryl, I agree, I need to train Rolly with the come command. Couldn't do it today because to the other two dogs with us, but I will again very soon. Great job on time saver premix for STS TB. Got a listen to your body, something was up.

It's OK, now I can concentrate really hard on my health and eating right, Cathe's July rotation is coming up and I want to do that as well. I need to do this cause I'm slipping badly. Julie Great job on your last meso 2 back and biceps workout! I'm actually kind've enjoying the pullups this time because I have a tower now. Last time I never really felt like I was getting a good workout with the modifications I was doing. Of course I'm not doing real pullups, but they are closer than they were :D Great job on MMA Boxing + heavy bag bonus too. Your heavy bag bonus minus the heavy bag reminds me of when we went to a restaurant and I ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese. DH made so much fun of me for not just ordering a hamberger, but they didn't have a hamburger on the menu :confused:
Yep, I've got those quad DOMS today (and calves and glutes...OUCH!)

Eunice Oh no on kissing the floor! I'm sure that would happen if I were to attempt the 1-legged pikes. I don't think I would want to do them for a very long time after that either :rolleyes: Oh yes, I definitely have the aftershock thing going. In fact right after I finished yesterday my legs felt like spaghetti noodles! I was laughing out loud when i read that you were going to write that you were going to rock your bed. I bet that would've gotten a few comments :p hehehehehehe
What did you end up making for dinner last night? i bet DH was very happy to come home and have a nice dinner. Oh boy, I remember havinga lab puppy, he used to love to chew on shoes. And it was always my shoes :confused: But then they look at you with that cute pitiful face and you can't stay mad at them. How did disc 2 go?

Janie Oh your walk with Rolly, Boo and Rosie, sounds wonderful, good for you! I am sure we will enjoy Pennsylvania. My husbands whole family is there and they are a lot of fun. Plus we are going to the best amusement park in Ohio on Wednesday. It's called Cedar Point and it's the best place to go if you lover roller coasters. They have so many really fun ones. On Thursday we have a dance lesson for all of the brides aunts and female cousins. We are doing a special choreographed dance at the reception. It should be interesting to say the least!

This morning for me was supposed to be MMA Boxing with the heavy bag bonus, but I don't really like that one and wanted to get more of a calorie burn before a week of vacation. I wasn't quite up for Intensity so I went with Imax 3, which was a good choice. Then I did the abs from Muscle endurance so now I'm all ready for a week of gluttony ;) DH did take me skiing last night :D He skiied too even though he can hardly get in and out of the car because his back hurts so much :rolleyes: He said that the pulling doesn't bother it at all and this moring he said that he thinks it helped it :confused: I think we'll see after 10 hours in the car :rolleyes: We are leaving this afternoon so not sure if I will be posting for the next week. This morning was the last Legs disc of Meso 2. Goodbye Trisets! :D Hello root canal! Yup today is the day and I know it sounds crazy but I am so excited to be getting this done. This weekend will be the first weekend in months that I will be able to chew on my right side and floss around that tooth! :eek:

Eunice Great job on disc 2! I am sad about Meso 2 being over because it felt like it went by much faster than Meso 1 and it was so much fun. But you are right. One week of recovery and then I will be flying high with Meso 3. Those squat/lunge combo thingies are tough and get me every time too. I keep waiting for them to get easier but I am not sure that will ever happen. I will keep looking on FB for you. I don’t know what is going on with it but last night when I typed in your name, it only showed one person without a photo which is weird because last time I got a list of about 10 Eunice Andrews back. :confused:

Janie Great job on your walk with the dogs! Is Boo the one that wouldn’t come around for the longest time? I can’t remember the third dogs name. It is so neat though that they like to walk with you and get along with Rolly too. I am so excited for you and your new pack of friends! ;) That’s a bummer about your website name but as you said it will give you time to concentrate on you and your health.

Pam Great job on subbing something you like more than MMA Boxing. Imax 3 is a goodie but it is missing something. Oh yeah, it is missing Jeannie Hops!!! Yea you got to go skiing! My DH is the same way about body aches. He will say his back is hurting or he has a headache so he can’t work/clean/whatever but then something fun comes up and he says he can do that! :rolleyes: I have heard of Cedar Point but never been. Hope you have a wonderful week and I will be looking forward to hearing how that dance went!

Took Rolly out for a 30 min. walk. Joey had some skin cancer surgery today. He will have this at least 6 times a year. My Poor Joey. I did Imax 1 today the first 5 intervals. OMG! I had to let all risers off, I used only the top of the stepper. It was Wonderful! Rang out my sweat band. LOL

, Sounds like a family reunion/Wedding. Have a wonderful time there, with family, amusement park, choreographed dance lesson for the reception. You have to let me know how that turned out. Love the State. Great job on Imax3 and ab work. Your honey took a chance skiing with a bad back, funny how it seemed to help. Have a great week, see ya when you get back.

Julie, Congratulations on Meso 2. Really, you did great. How was the root canal? ug... I'm glad you got it done too. Now back to some kind of normalcy. Boo and Rosie are friendly dogs, Russle is the big male, but he's coming around slowly.

Today was Kick, Punch, & Crunch and then Clean Max!! I am hosting my family over tomorrow night for dinner and the fireworks in town. So, I had to make sure the house was spic and span. Luckily DH helped me out! :eek:

Janie Great job on your walk with Rolly and Imax 1! No worries about lowering the step height. I always wondered why Imax 1 used 2 risers anyway. That just seems crazy to me! Poor Joey with all the skin troubles. But at least he keeps on top of it. My root canal went well but I have to go back at the end of July for a follow up to make sure it is healing and there isn't any infections. I am supposed to chew lightly on that side until I am seen again.

Never got a chance to post on Thursday as I got my hair dyed and cut and Friday was our Canada Day. We went over to my brother's place for a BBQ since it was my Mom's birthday on Thursday and my Dad's on Friday. It ended up being a nice day the only sad part was that my brother had to put one of his cats to sleep on Thursday. He was not doing well when my brother got home from work on Wednesday so he took him into emergency was had a lot of tests done. They found out that he had very advanced pancreatic cancer and there was nothing they could do for him. It wasn't the same not having Seamus greeting us at the door when we went over there. Today I did bootcamp again and it was really hard. It was all cardio today and I know I burnt a lot of calories.

Eunice I will have to figure out something that works for me. Maybe doing every second day may work better. Butts and Guts is a tough workout. Good for you for sticking with it.

Pam It drives me crazy too when people text and drive shows you how much people care about the law. My scale goes up and down on a daily basis. I would love just to see it go down. Enjoy your trip to Pennsylvania sounds like you will have fun. Your poor DH and his back. My back has been that bad so I know how he feels. I hope it gets better soon.

Julie I am looking forward to doing STS again. I have only gone through it once. I wish I was able to get up early but I can't seem to do it anymore. I don't know if it is an age thing or not since it never used to be a problem. I hope everything went well with your root canal.

Janie Nice that you were able to get a walk in with the dogs. I think getting Rolly used to coming when called will make you feel more confident with letting him off leash and also when you are with the other dogs. I hope Joey is doing fine after his surgery. 6 times a year is a lot of surgeries to go through.
