Strength in Numbers

julie Sorry about having to go back to work, it's a real bummer isn't it?! I think it makes sense to do STS in the evenings. I definitely do better with cardio in the morning but strength is harder. I jjust miss my workouts too often if I try to do them in the evening, so will tough it out in the mornings.
OMG, I don't think I could ever give up my margaritas :p That is my after skiing treat! Uh oh, I forgot that those pushups come back to haunt us in meso 2, but it's not the endless ones like in meso 1 is it? I was ready to scream yesterday every time Cathe said 'next we're going to do pushups!' :D

Janie BOO to the windy and rainy! Hooray for TBS and pushups! Good for you for sticking with it because Joey loves it!
I can't believe you found a walker for only $5! That is amazing!! What a cool idea to use it for your exercises, I never would have thought of that!
Wow, you were a hand model, how cool! My hands have always been pretty rough looking, I don't think I could ever have gotten that job! :)
My shoulder is slowly doing better, this happens with it every so often. Pesky thing! I just know to take it easy and it will come around!I need to check out that Bodyrock stuff. Eunice has been posting a lot about it on Facebook. it looks like really good stuff!

Cyndi Glad to have you in the group. Great job on your treadmill workout and stairsteps. Did you see Cathe's article this week on stairs being a great workout? You will have to share some of your phototgraphy with us, do you have a website? How exciting to do a wedding!! I am hoping to make it to one of Cathe's roadtrips one of these days too. I'm not excited about the idea of going to Disney (too many business conferences there!) but I do think it would be a lot of fun to go to her studio in NJ. I'd be ok with one of the other ones too!

Janie Wow, you had a very productive day. Fresh blueberries, YUM! I'm afraid I would be making blueberry pancakes all the time if they were growing my yard!
Great job on your pushups AND getting posted on the blog again. Very Very cool!

Cheryl Ooops, I thought we were already to the Stanley cup round. Well hopefully your Canucks will make it, Good luck! Congrats on winning game 1.
Feeling like the tin man, I can relate to that!!! Maybe we just need to get a can of oil huh? ;)
Great job on MMA Kickbox, especially when you were so tired. It's not good when it leaves you drained all day though :(

This morning for me was Hiit 40/20 and then I did the abs from LIC. Boy oh boy I was struggling through it this morning, just begging for those 60 second rests and then when they came, they were gone in no time! I was tempted to take some longer breaks but didn't. I guess that is a small victory! Have great Tuesday everyone!

Pam

Last night I did STS Disc 7, Chest, Shoulders, & Biceps. I had to go to my knees for most of the pushups. This disc seemed to have the most out of all of them so far. I think I may have to repeat the pushup challenge when I am done with STS. Anyway, this morning was Imax, original style!

Janie Great job on TBS! That is a very good idea using a walker as a dipping station. I had looked into getting a wall mounted dipping station but this sounds like a better idea and then I don’t have to worry about holes in my wall! Great job on gardening and adding pushups in at the end of the day! That is amazing that you had the energy to do your pushups after all that gardening work! I bet you can’t wait to start eating those fresh blueberries! Yum! :p

Cyndi Great job on the treadmill and stair stepping! Do you have an actual stepper or do you just do stairs in your house? I have looked into getting a stair stepper but now I will probably be buying a spin bike instead! :D I would love to go to NJ on a roadtrip too but I’m not sure when I would make it. I am saving up for the Chicago trip she is talking about doing next Spring! Chicago is just a few hours from where I live so I wouldn’t have to worry much about travel costs.

Cheryl Great job on MMA Kickbox! Good for you for getting through the morning workout even though it was hard. It is probably good to wait to do STS TB until the afternoon. That one is a doozy and you really need to be at top strength. But it is a goodie! Yea on the Canucks beating those nasty ole Sharks!

Pam Great job on pushing through 40/20 and adding in abs! I agree those 1 minute breaks just don’t last long enough. I think Cathe’s clock is fast! ;) Looks like it is just in the last chest workout of Meso 2 that pushups are included. There are 3 sets of 10 (wide, standard, wide) followed by standard reps to failure for the "warm-up" and then later in the workout are 3 sets of close grip pushups (2 sets of 10 followed by 1 set to failure). Can’t wait to see when I fail!

Have a wonderful Tuesday!

Pam Nope not in the Stanley Cup yet but we are hoping. Oh boy I need that can of oil. It seems that even with the yoga I am getting stiffer with age . Good job on Hiit 40/20 and LIC abs. I find that one is the toughest of the Hiit workouts.

Julie Meso 1 has so many push ups. I still don't know how Cathe and crew do all of the push ups on their toes.

Well I was going to do STS Total Body after work but it was soooo nice out I didn't want to come inside. We BBQ'd and ate dinner outside , it had been so long. So by the time we finally stopped chatting with the neighbours and I finally did come inside and clean up the dishes it was too late to do anything.

Have a great Wednesday everyone.

Cheryl

Did gardening for 3-4 hour today. Lost track of time. Lots of work. I'm bushed!

OOOOOOHHHH! My Joey was walking past the squirrel today and saw that she was holding a baby. Instead of staying out of the rain, like I thought, she is using the bird house as a nest! (It's so small) OMG! How cool is that? No wonder she was so busy. Why would she take the baby out, I wonder? Too small a place? A bird harassing them? Hmmmmmm I'm going to look up squirrel on the internet for more info.

Update: I think she (the squirrel) just moved her babies to a bigger place. I don't see anymore activity in the nest. But, I'll keep watching just in case.

Cheryl, Great job on MMA Kickbox. You are really doing great. I would be tired too if I had to get up that early. So proud of you! It was a beautiful day today. I think maybe Spring is finally here. :) Have a fantastic Victoria Weekend!

Pam, Tell Eunice hi for me. Blueberries won't be ready to pick for about 2 or 3 years. Darn, but when they are ready, we will be too.:p Great job on Hiit 40/20, and ab work. Yes, I agree, it was a victory, yea!

Julie, Great job on disc 7, whoo hoo! And today's Imax. Very hard from what I recall. Good job.

Cheryl, You deserve to rest your body and have a great BBQ. Tomorrow is another day. Enjoy life.

Janie

Julie Great job on Disc 7! I had to go to my knees for most of the pushups in disc 1 too. So annoying! Cathe and the crew really don't seem human doing all of those pushups on their toes! Great job on Imax too! I love all of the Imax's!
I think Cathe's clock is really messed up in the Hiits - fast during the rests but SLOW during the work! ;) Oh boy 30+ pushups for a warm up huh? I am TERRIBLE at the close grip pushups, really need to work on those!

Cheryl Well I do hope your Canucks make it to the Stanley cup finals. It was really fun the year that the Hurricanes won the cup. We had season tickets at the time so we were able to get tickets for the games. Well I am so glad to hear that you got some beautiful weather and that you were able to get out and enjoy it wth a BBQ! I think you did the right thing since you've been plagued with so much lousy weather!

Janie Wow, you've been getting lots of gardening in lately, great job! OMG, I bet it was so cute seeing the squirrel holding a baby! I have never seen a baby squirrel, although we have a lot of squirrels around. Our squirrel nests are usually pretty large and way up in the trees.
That reminds me that I need to check on my bluebird nests!
Bummer that you have to wait so long for the blueberries, but they will be worth it! I will tell Eunice you said hello!

This morning for me was STS disc 2 back and triceps. Here I was thinking I must've already worked my triceps on Monday because they were sore  We had some drizzly rain last night and poor Spooky was out there hanging out in the rain wanting me to come out and pet her. I tried to get her to come into the garage but she would only come to the edge and wouldn't come in. I went out and picked her up and carried her to the front porch and sat there to pet her. She really doesn't like to be picked up and struggled the whole time, but she was ok once we got to the dry porch. This morning she was sleeping there on the door mat :) We haven't seen her buddy in awhile, so not sure if he is still around or not. This morning Butters was at the door when I came in from feeding her and they locked eyes for a little while. I think it's been unusual that there has been no hissing or growling though. Anyway, have a great Wednesday everyone!

Pam

This morning I did MMA Boxing (no heavy bag bonus) and Ab Circuits Weights & Plates. Man that W&P workout is tough!!!! I just know I am going to have ab DOMS from it!

Cheryl There’s always tomorrow to do STS TB and the BBQ sounds like much more fun especially with the terrible weather you have been having! I know Cathe can make it through the whole workout with all those pushups but I do tell myself that she gets breaks in between filming! I also look at the fact that sometimes the camera stays on her and doesn’t show the crew (like during the straight leg levitation holds) and my guess (or my hope) is because she is the only one doing it!

Janie You had a very busy day gardening! But I bet you feel accomplished in addition to bushed! That is too cute about the squirrel. I still envy you on being out in a wooded area and being able to see all the wonderful wildlife. Jason and I definitely animal people and we talk all the time about retiring to a nice place like OR or WA. That’s only in another 30 years! ;)

Pam Great job on disc 2! Sounds like you are really enjoying having Spooky around. I think I would feel a little bad for her being out in the elements but she must not mind too much if she didn’t want to take shelter in the garage. I can sometimes eek out 2-4 close grip pushups. After that I am on my knees. I sometimes get frustrated with myself but then I say “progress not perfection”. ;)

Have a great Wednesday!

Hello everyone I see that everyone here its pretty busy working out and having fun! I think I should get back to you guys.
OK this is why I hate the computer some times I just lost my post and I have to do it all over again!!!
So my name is Eunice I was with the Lurkers group for a good time until we moved to Australia it was just not right but now I think I can think straight and do it again.
I haven't read all of yours post and can't promise that I will I can start from here today.
what do you guys think?

Today were more tests. Got a Bone Density done, went in for a mammogram on my right breast and then an ultrasound, but they had to cancel the last two tests. The machines broke down. What? I didn't know they could break down. Had to make another appt. Didn't have time for anything in the way of working out. We live so far away from everything that by the time we do our thing, the whole day is over.

Pam, Our squirrels usually have tree dreys too. However, she decided to move out and took her babies to a new condo in the High Rise of Squirrel City. Haven't found her condo yet, but I'm still looking.:D With her babies, it must have been very crampt in that little bird house. Great job on disc 2 back and triceps. Our weather is cmming around lately. Beautiful today. Poor Spooky! I'm sure she will come around eventually. Let's hope anyway.:)

Julie, Great job on MMA Boxing and Ab Circuits Weights & Plates. Hope your DOM's won't be to hard on you. You did really well. I'm blessed being able to retire from the workforce. I wasn't really good at the games, politics and back stabbing to get ahead, but whatever job I had, I did do it well. Got my feelings hurt a lot.:( But, that was another life ago.

Eunice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, So glad to hear from you. Welcome Back Girl! I know it gets frustrating when you lose a post. Sucks for sure. But your back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is Australia? What have you been doing? Do you just love where you are? I think having you back is WONDERFUL! Can't wait to catch up.

Have a great evening everyone,

Janie

Hi Janie!!!!! I'm glad I found the group Pam told me about it I was still looking for Lurkers invitation  So, what's wrong with you are you sick? Its being so long I know but I hope this time I can stick to this.....
We are doing good we love Australia its so nice, green, lots of kangaroos where we live at the neighborhood its like kangaroo land we get to see them a lot and everywhere they are not scare of people or anything, they poop all over the front yard as well, oh also we got a puppy that now its a big boy he's 10 months old but he is so big and cute he's Sam a gold Labrador so good we love him so now I have a buddy he's with me the whole time and take him out for he's walks I try to do it almost every day but he's so big and strong that he dragged me all of the time but when I let him free he runs chase the birds, OMG he chase the kangaroos too that's scary after that he is like a big baby sleeping... My girls love Australia they like their new friends and we are fine shaking like chihuahua with this weather its soooo cold now.
DH its doing alright going to the field most of the time, oh well that's going to be his job so we need to get used to it.
So I have being working out every day like always I have done since we got here Insanity 60 days, STS 3 month rotation mix with Rock bottoms rotation after that I did the rock bottoms rotation one more time and I just finished this week on Monday and now I'm doing March rotation doing gym style also I did submit my success story to Cathe and I won $100 dollars gift certificate, happy!! and just working out not doing much we still going to Melbourne some times or we stay home the girls some times don't like to do the long drive so anyways I like it better so I get to workout and cook and bake... so yeah I'm doing good.

Julie Great job on MMA Boxing and weights and plates! I agree W&P is tough, I think it's the toughest of her ab workouts (so far anyway!) I was supposed to do MMA Boxing this morning but decided not to since it isn't one of my favorites.
Spooky is a sweet cat, but the problem is now whenever it rains I worry about her  I know she has been living this way her whole life but still....the last couple of nights she has been sleeping on the front porch though. I'm going to put her little bed out there and maybe she will start using it.
I like that - progress not perfection, I'll have to keep that in mind. Especially in close grip pushups!

Eunice HOORAY, Welcome back! So glad to see you here again. I've been trying to keep up with you on FB, but I'm not as regular on FB as I used to be so it's great to see you here!

Janie It doesn't sound like you had a very fun day yesterday :( Were these all routine tests, or do they think something is wrong??? I hope not! Please let us know!
I can't imagine a squirrel living in a little bird house with babies, you're right, that must've been very cramped. They are in the high rise of squirrel city now, huh?! Funny! :p

So as I said I was supposed to do MMA Boxing this morning, but I couldn't get excited about doing it so I did Imax instead. Julie had me thinking about that one this week! It's always fun and it didn't kick my butt like 40/20 did on Tuesday. I hope everyone has a great Thursday!

Pam

Last night I did Disc 8 Back & Triceps. I think I like these discs better than the Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps discs. Those are just so hard with all those pushups! This morning I really wanted to go back to sleep when my alarm went off but I got up anyway and did Kick Max. Got a good workout in and now I am ready to take on the day. I have to give a short 15 minute presentation today which always makes for a wonderful day. And since the presentation is at 2, I get to think about it all day long!

Eunice Glad to meet you! I don’t blame you for not wanting to read all the back posts and just starting now. I’ll give you a brief background on me. I am married with no kids. We have 2 big dogs that we treat like a king and queen. We are remodeling our home right now so I don’t have much free time for hobbies but of course I always find a way to get my workouts in. :D Right now I am almost done with week 3 of Meso 1 of my first time through STS. I am looking forward to getting to know more about you and the kangaroos (poop in the front yard does not sound like fun)!

Janie Ugh on the tests! Unfortunate necessary evil I guess. Hopefully everything comes back fine. Don’t you wish they could compensate you somehow for coming all the way down there and the machines being broken so now you have to make another trip? I know that won’t happen but they should at least pay part of your gas costs!

Pam Great job on Imax! Imax was probably a higher calorie burn than MMA Boxing and you got to do something you enjoy so sounds like a good swap to me! :D I actually like MMA Boxing and MMA Fusion but MMA Kickbox is my least favorite kickboxing workouts from Cathe. It might take awhile but I bet Spooky starts liking a nice comfy bed to sleep in at night.

Have a wonderful Thursday (or Friday-Wait is Australia a day ahead of us or behind?)!

Eunice, Well, this hasn't happened for awhile, but, I lost all my posts and was almost done too. I'll try again, but lost the umph to make it as long as it was. Not sick, just routine yearly check ups and tests for all that I complained about. I'm glad to see you and your family are enjoying Austraila and all that goes with it. Kangaroos pooping in yard (sounds like they may be pests), your new pal, Sam, and your wonderful family being able to stay together as a unit. But, is Sam too big for you? LOL. I can just picture you while Sam is leading and making you run. Sounds like a lot of fun. I usually don't check out the Success Stories and so sorry I missed it. I'll check it out and read your story. Congratulations! Your workouts sound as intense as they were before. Very proud of you.

Pam, Great idea to put a bed on the porch for Spooky. You are so thoughtful. After the test at Group Health yesterday, Joey and I decided to eat at our favorit buffet. We had so much fun. It is Asian oriented and they gave Joey our fortune cookies after our meal. We forgot our glasses and was trying to read, I was better at it than Joey, so read mine then I tried to read his. It started out as "He Who" then it got blurry, so tried again "He Who" and Joey started laughing uncontrollably. When he laughs which in turn makes me laugh so we were laughing while everyone around us was trying to eat. Well, you had to have been there. Great fun with my Joey and what a memorable time. The little things is what we love about each other.
As far as I know, there is nothing wrong with me, and the tests so far say I'm fine. I'll keep you posted, but I don't think there is any big problems. Just routine stuff and making sure that I stay healthy.
Great job on MMA Boxing. I really like that one.

Julie, Great job on yesterdays Disc 8 back and triceps, and this mornings Kick Max. Have a good day at work and with your presentation. What was it about? Yes, I wish they would pay for the gas, but... Oh well.

Have a great day everyone,

Janie

Julie Great job on disc 8. I agree with you, I like the back and triceps wos better than the chest, shoulder and biceps ones. Great job on kick max too, especially when you didn't feel like getting out of bed. I hope your presentation went well yesterday! I have one with my VP this afternoon. UGH.
Well it didn't take long at all for Spooky to start liking that nice comfy bed to sleep in. We put it out there last night and this morning there she was, all curled up in it! :D
Janie It sounds like you had such a great time at the Asian buffet, so funny trying to read your fortune cookies! I can just picture you :p
Glad to hear that the tests are just routine, it's a good thing to get those tests done and keep on top of what is going on with our bodies. Not much fun, but very important!
Eunice and Cheryl Hope you are both doing well!

This morning for me was disc 3 legs. My glutes hurt already! I imagine I won't be doing too well on the toilet test tomorrow! So glad it's Friday!!! We are supposed to have a gorgeous weekend so hopefully will get some good skiing time in. Have a great Friday everyone!

Pam

This morning I did the cardio only from 4DS Bootcamp. That one always makes me feel like a little kid at recess for some reason! Tonight will be STS M1W3 Legs! Bring on the 2-day DOMS!

Janie Ugh on more tests but at least you got to enjoy a nice buffet and what seems like a fun time with Joey! I love Asian food :p but unfortunately my DH isn’t much of an adventurer when it comes to food. My presentation went well. Glad it is over though!

Pam Great job on STS legs! I really love those workouts because they are so varied and fly by but I get 2 day DOMS with them and fail the toilet test miserably for the next 2 days! Hopefully that means it is working! My presentation is over and that makes me happy. I think it did go well as I didn’t feel as nervous while I was talking.

 Happy Friday!

Hi Everyone,

The weather has been so nice here I haven't been on the computer. Wednesday we watched the hockey game and last night we had a spur of the moment BBQ with the neighbours. We are taking advantage of the nice weather before the rain starts again tomorrow . I haven't worked out since Monday but I really do hope I get back on track tomorrow. I thought I would do a quick post at work since I don't know if I will be able to post tonight since there is another hockey game.

Eunice Glad to see that you are back. Sounds like you are enjoying Australia.

Janie, Pam, Julie Sounds like your workouts are going well.

Cyndi Hope everything is going well with you.

I will post again when I have more time.

Have a great Friday

Cheryl

Joey and I did TBS along with Cathe's Abs and Stretches. Rolly and I walked for 30 min. came home and I did 25 min. of The Wedding Video. Thinking about using the stair climber tonight while watching TV.
The Dr I visited for Sleep Apnea, will give me a machine/computer to hook me up at night so it will monitor my sleep. In about 10 days I will receive one of those computers. My bone density result was not so good. I have osteopenia, which is close to osteoporosis. I need to take more calcium during the day and more VD. Scary, but I'll do as they say. Hopefully the next test (3 years from now) will show improvement. Also need to do more impact exercises. I have my work cut out for me.

Pam, Aw, I'm so glad Spooky likes her bed. Yea! Great job on disc 3 legs. LOL:D let us know how the toilet test is tomorrow. We will have gorgeous weather here too. Yea!

Julie, Great job on Bootcamp cardio. You rock! Enjoy tonight's workout too.

Cheryl, I don't blame you for taking advantage of the beautiful weather. Glad you are having fun in it. Enjoy your workouts.

Have a great day everyone,

Janie

Hi Julie, nice to meet you here, Well I'm merried I have 4 lovely girls one its all on her own :( she is 20 years old and living in Texas, I have 3 here with me one its 15-9-6- years old, we have our first dog in the family hes so cute and spoiled gold labrador, big beautiful dog. I'm not working I stay home DH goes to the fiels to often so I have to be home watching and taking care of everyone..... To funny last night I had a dream that I was getting a job I told my hubby and he say I don't want you to get a job, at least not here to much going on here, taking my eldest to the train station every morning that's how she get's to school, then taking the two little ones to school, then taking Sam for a walk, then I do my workouts, clean, cooking, taking the girls here and there, so really not a chance for me to get a job.;) but I'm fine that way my days are gone to fast anyways. I love STS I'm planning on doing another round before my birthday this year...good job!!!!

Hi Cheryl how you doing? I hope you are doing ok, how its the weather? I hope we can catch up here and found out what have we being doing lately.

Janie glad to hear that the test its just a routine, to funny trying to read the fortune cookies and not getting it I bet a lot of people around you were wondering what was going on.!!! I love to eat out but we don't do it that often here, did you guys know that everything here its so expensive? so expensive double the price:mad:

Hi Pam!!! I missed you even when I get to see your post on FB I think here its a little bit more personal that FB, so what rotation are you doing now? I'm doing March rotation and I love it on Monday when I was doing chest and triceps I was getting worried to see my chest shaking that much:confused: for real I was shaking like never before... and proud of my self for getting those muscles to work hahaha!!:p

Well today Saturday I was supposed to do Ryth step but we left early to Melbourne to the Queen Vic. Market I needed to get some boots for the girls and there we can find them for a good price, we spent the day in the city I love to take pictures of everything I see... It was nice to get out of the house so I will do my workout tomorrow Sunday. Well I hope everyone its having a good weekend..:D

Janie so sorry:( that you got your test back and maybe not the way you were expecting, at least now you get to monitor and take your vitamines and calcium, take care.... so you need more impact exercise? good that Cathe has enough of those. How is the wedding video? I never got the chance to see that one.

Take care and have a good weekend everyone!!!:D

This morning I did MMA Fusion. Not the highest calorie burner for me but the last combo is so much fun and I really enjoy the ab work at the end (love those turtle spins :p). I have so much to do today with the remodeling of our house so can't chat to much right now.

Cheryl Glad to see you are enjoying the nice weather while you have it. We are finally having higher temperatures but it seems to be nice during the week and rainy on the weekends. What's up with that!

Janie Good job on all your worouts with Joey and Rolly! High impact is good for building bone density and so is heavy weight training. So you already have a good base I guess now it is just a good idea to try to bump it up a little. I'm sure you will figure it all out but I will pray that your next test shows the improvement you deserve!

Eunice Well you sound like you do have very busy days and no time for an outside the home job! ;) Being a stay at home mom is quite the job anyway. I have heard things are quite expensive in Australia but didn't know it was double the price! I wonder if it is because of being on an island? Hawaii has a much higher cost of living because they have to import so much.

Well have a wonderful weekend!

Julie Great job on 4DS Bootcamp, I love that one too! I am really feeling that leg workout from yesterday, ouch! How are your legs and glutes doing today? I am failing the toilet test! :p Great job on your presentation, it's such a relief to get those over with isn't it?!

Cheryl So nice that you are getting some beautiful weather and getting out to enjoy it. It sounds like you had a great week! i love impromptu BBQs, so much fun! I haven't been keeping up with the hockey, how are your Canucks doing?

Janie Great job on TBS, abs and stretches PLUS a 30 minute walk PLUS 25 minutes of the wedding video WOW! And thinkig about using the stair climber too? You go!
My sister has sleep apnea and uses one of those CPAP machines. She had to go in and sleep at their facility while there was someone there monitoring her. I think that alone would keep me up most of the night! It's nice that you can monitor at home. Uh oh, you definitely need to work on that calcium level! I take a calcium+Vitamin D supplement every day. hard to believe you need more impact exercise with all the working out you do  It makes you wonder about all of those completely sedentary people!

Eunice I've missed you too, I agree that you get a lot more here than on FB. It seems like every time I go on FB now there is just so much new stuff that I am never able to keep up with it all. So I'm glad to have you back here! I just started another STS 3 1/2 month rotation. Julie is 2 weeks ahead of me. We took a mini vacation (you know, Miss vacation!) at the beginning of May for our anniversary so I was waiting to start after we got home. I just finished the first week and I have a very sore booty today! Wow you must've been working hard if your chest was shaking!! Awesome! :p It sounds like you are really enjoying your time in Australia. I can't believe you have almost been there for a year already! have you discovered the wonderful Shiraz yet? ;)

Julie Great job on MMA Fusion! Funny, for me that one seems more intense than Boxing or MMA Kickbox. It is my favorite of the 3, but in general I don't go for those workouts. None of them are workouts that I would just choose to pick up and do, I only do them when they are in my rotation (and sometimes not then either!) I agree with you on the abs on Fusion though!

This morning for me was Step Moves and yoga inspired abs. I was thinking I would do something more intense but I was so sore this morning after yesterdays leg and glute workout that Step Moves was just right! It was fun, I hadn't done it in awhile. We also went and water skiied last night. I wasn't sure how I would do because my glutes were so sore, but it was my best skiing yet this year! Hooray! I made a pot of cioppino for dinner because we didn't get to have any while we were in San Francisco and had really been hoping to. It was goooood! Today we'll get some more skiing in and I am cooking a late Mother's Day dinner tonight for my mom since we were out of town for Mother's Day. I'm making chicken fried steak because my mother loves it. Not very healthy, but at least I'm doing the Cooking Light version  I hope everyone has a great Saturday!

Pam
