Strength in Numbers

Janie Glad that you got to walk out in the woods today. Here it was raining so hard you didn't want to even step outside. Sorry that your dentist experience was awful. But you are right it is over. If I could just sleep through the night everything would be fine. I rarely have night sweats or hot flashes, it is just waking up during the night.

Pam It is amazing what our furry friends will eat. A friend of mine had a cat that ate some plastic and she had to take him into the vet to have it removed. Yep menopause can go on for years. I am getting more migraines now and have trouble sleeping. I rarely get hot flashes or night sweats. You are lucky that the night sweats don't wake you up. I find that I don't have a problem with the time change going West to East, going the other way is harder for me. Yep our Canucks are doing well. Hopefully they get through this next round.

Julie Good job on your double workouts. Pull ups are hard at the best of times. Don't worry that you could only get halfway up. Yep one more round and they are in the Stanley Cup Finals. We are hoping that we play Detroit, I think we will have an easier time with them. It is hard keeping to a schedule when you are home sometimes. You are right to not worry about it and get back to normal on Monday.

I was going to try to workout when I got home today but by 5:00 I was already tired enough for bed . I think that was partly due to the crappy weather we have here. We have not seen much sun for months now and it is starting to wear everyone down. I can't even remember when we have had more than one day of sun in a row. April was our second coldest on record and May isn't shaping up to be much better and I am tired of having to carry an umbrella all the time.

Oh well have a great Thursday everyone.

Cheryl

Joey and I did TBS along with one of the ab hits and one of the stretches.

Very Rainy day today, so went into hot tub. Remember I told you all that I messed around a bird nest while cleaning. I don't think I mentioned that I didn't see the bird, but heard it. Therefore assumed it was a bird. I keep looking at the nest, but I don't see any bird coming out of it at all. Well, there is a very young squirrel going past me in the tub and towards the nest. I have a suspicion that this critter uses it to stay dry. I'll know more as I watch.

Pam, Thanks. The next time I go back to the Dentist is the last part of Feb. 2012. Yea! I have to say though, they are the best and treat me with much dignity. They know me well, and treat me like a queen. I've been going to them for over 30 years. But, since I've married Joey, (Joey is also a patient of theirs) it is 50 miles away, one way. It's sometime nice not to have a rotation for a little while. Enjoy what you like. Great job with Tracy Staehle's HIS mix., also the infamous pushup challenge. Day one is good, and you did fantastic. Hmmmmmmm, makes me think.

Julie, Great job on Cardio Drills only premix and Disc 5, back and triceps. I do believe that the reason you did half the pull-ups is because you are exhausted. I know I'm lucky to be able to walk in the wood. I'm always looking at the scenery in awe. Never taking it for granted.

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Julie I think that they cardio drills premix of CCC is harder than doing that one the normal way since you don't get the little breaks for the core work! Great job and on AND disc 5! How are you liking STS so far anyway? I'm going to start another rotation of it next week so I'll be 2 weeks behind you!
I have a hard time sticking to normal eating when I work at home. I end up doing a lot of snacking even though I'm not hungry  It's weird though because I don't do that on the weekends ?! Anyway, I have no doubt you will be back on track next week.
Oh my kitty is fine now, that story I told you was from a couple of years ago. We really are careful now about what they can get ahold of though!

Cheryl Wow, I would be so depressed with all of that rain and no sun :( Sorry to hear that, I sure hope you get some pretty weather soon. I noticed yesterday that there is a thread in the open discussion forum about insomnia. Several people included some tips on things that have worked for them, you might want to check it out.
I rarely get hot flashes either, thank goodness! I have had a few and they were no fun at all. It took me awhile to realize what they were. The night sweats are weird though, as I can sometimes be just totally soaked. You would think that would wake me up!
I am just the opposite of you, I have a terrible time going west to east and not much problem east to west! I think part of that might be the beginning of the trip vs the end of it though.

Janie Great job on TBS, ab hits and stretches! We can always tell when you workout with Joey since TBS is on the agenda :D
Yikes a little squirrel, I wonder if there are more of them?! You need to be careful though, our friends had a squirrel chew through all of the wiring for their hot tub. I believe it used some of it in it's nest! Those things can be destructive!
Wow 50 miles each way to the dentist is a hike. I hope you do something else that is fun while you are there to make it a more enjoyable outing! Come on back and join me in the push up challenge. Misery loves company you know ;)

This morning I did Intensity and it was INTENSE! :D Wow, I was as red as a beet when I was done!! I kept wishing for some longer breaks but it just keeps going. I'm not sure if I told you that our new outdoor cat Spooky seems to have brought a friend along, so we now have 2 outdoor cats that we feed every day. The other one is orange and much more shy, not sure if it is a boy or a girl, but I think we are going to have to guess and give it a name. Spooky is feeling right at home now, she is almost always in the bushes beside the house when I go out in the morning and comes right up on the step for some petting. Yesterday she was sleeping on the front porch which Shorty found to be VERY interesting. Shorty always sits and just stares out the window at her, but he has never hissed or growled at all, it's really funny. Anway, I need to get some work done here. Have a great Thursday everyone!

Pam

This morning I decided not to double up on my workouts. My right hip is starting to hurt a little so I just did Cardio Kicks and decided to call it quits for the day. I got a lot of cleaning and organizing done the last 3 days so today and tomorrow I am going to concentrate on going through my computer files and huge stack of magazines. Of course, I will also be snuggling with my pupsters!

Cheryl Your weather does sound yucky. I hope it turns around for you soon. We were having horrible unseasonable weather during April and the first week of May but it has finally turned around. Actually too much. We skipped Spring weather and moved right into hot and humid in the upper 80s.

Janie Great job on TBS, abs, and stretches with Joey. I have never seen a squirrel in a nest before. I wonder if he built the nest or stole it from a bird? It’ll be interesting to see what you find out!

Pam Great job on Intensity! I swear that one never gets easier! I agree that the Cardio Only premix of CCC is tougher than the entire work out by itself because of no breaks. That is my problem. I am snacking all day long even though I am not hungry. I don’t have a problem on the weekends either or even feel like snacking when I am work during the week. I guess it is just something about being home. I am liking STS right now although I find Meso 1 a bit of challenge to really concentrate on the muscles I am working since it moves so fast. I can't wait until Meso 2 and 3. I think those are going to be the real muscle builders!

Have a great Thursday!

I relaxed and went into hot tub and enjoyed the day.:D

Pam, No problem with us about squirs. We have a different kind of hot tub system. Everything is in a box outside the tub (looks like a huge barrel) and all locked up tight. No chance anything can get to the system. We are using propane. I do a lot of shopping when I travel to the dentist. Also get a lot of tasks done. It's nice to get out and about. Thank you for inviting me back to the push up challenge. I'll take you up on that, but will start Monday. Can't wait. I do want to do those darn pull ups too. The thing is though, I may do it a little different, and add on push ups every other day until who knows how many I will be able to do. Haven't done any for a long time except with the TBS workout. I'm sure I'll have to start all over again. It's OK, I don't mind that at all. It keeps us going until I'm ready for something else that comes along. LOL Great job with Intensity. Congratulations with another cat, thanks to Spooky. What a cute story.

Janie Great job on TBS, abs, and stretches with Joey. I have never seen a squirrel in a nest before. I wonder if he built the nest or stole it from a bird? It’ll be interesting to see what you find out!

Julie, Glad you are listening to your body and not doubling up your exercises so much of the time. Great job on Cardio Kicks. Enjoy snuggling up to the pupsters.:D

Janie

Julie It sounds like you were smart to skip the double up today with your hip hurting. Great job on Cardio kicks, I think that is a fun one. It sounds like you have been really productive during your week at home. I was going to say week off, but it certainly hasn't been that! Good job on getting so much done, I bet that feels great.
You're right that meso 2 and 3 are the muscle builders. I think meso 1 just gets you ready for that. I thought the worst thing about meso 1 were all of the pushups!

Janie It sounds like you had a wonderful day yesterday, good for you! Are you still reading the Girl who Played with Fire? I finished up The Girl who kicked the Hornet's nest while we were on our trip and now I'm reading Water for Elephants. Another goody!
I'm glad to hear that the squirrels can't destroy your hot tub system. Whew! I had to start all over with pushups. The only difference was that I was able to start in column 3 instead of column 2 this time, but I don't feel like I'm making a lot of progress  I'm going to keep at it though. I still haven't gotten around to those pull ups etiher

This morning I did another Mindy Action packed step. I had done 2 very intense workouts the last 2 days so decided I needed a little less intensity today. This one was perfect and only 40 minutes long. I followed it up with the abs from Muscle Endurance. I tried to do my pushups this morning but couldn't :( Yesterday I noticed that my side was hurting a lot (to the touch even) and when I started doing my pushups this morning it was screaming at me. I'm not sure what it's from, but I wasn't going to push it. We'll see if I can handle them tomorrow. Happy Friday everyone!

Pam

This morning I did Disc 6 Legs and then took a mini break before doing MMA Kickbox. No flooring guys today as they finished up yesterday! I am so excited and it looks so good. Now we have to concentrate on putting up the baseboard and door trim. Then we have to wait another couple weeks and seal the grout on the tile. Hopefully we will be able to move back in by the first or second week of June!

Janie Relaxing in the hot tub sounds like a great day to spend the day. I hope you got to do some reading on your kindle too. I think not doubling up yesterday helped. I felt good enough to double up today. Tomorrow is Maximum Intensity Cardio so there will not be any doubling up with that one since it is quite tough enough!

Pam Great job on Action Packed Step! I hope you didn’t pull or strain a muscle in your side. It hasn’t quite been a week off but I feel great getting so much knocked off my to do list. I cannot wait to get through the pushups on Meso 1. I think the worse are the core/bootcamp pushups. I can’t get my knee up to my chest like Cathe and crew. Always something to work on though! :D

Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!

Joey and I did TBS along with segments from ab hits and stretches. I was wrong before, these workouts took 1 hour, not 1 and half hours.

I also did 7 push ups on toes the first round and 2 on the second round and 3 on the 3rd round. Oh dear, I'm so far behind with them. I'll keep it up though. Monday I will try for 10 each round.

Rolly and I walked for an hour. WooHoo! Yuck! Was hugging Rolly, he gave me a french kiss! Yuck! They have such long tongues:confused: OMG!

Update: I have more jewelry to show, but not sure if you are getting tired of it or not.

Pam, I am done with The Girl Who Played With Fire (Poor Salander, jeesh!) and will begin to read The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets Nest. Then, I too will be reading Water For Elephants.
I couldn't help myself and started in with the push ups on toes today. I don't think I will be doing pull ups though. LOL:D, enough is enough. I think if we keep at it, can only do us good for sure. Hang in there.
Great job on Mindy's Step workout an ME abs. If something is wrong with your side, you better get it checked out. Let me know.

Julie, Great job on Disc 6 legs and MMA Kickbox. I bet you are in 7th heaven to get that flooring done. So glad it looks good. What a great reward to move back in, in June. I would be excited too. Yea!

Everyone is doing well with their workouts. Thursday was a no go for me but I took today off as a vacation day and did the original Bootcamp. I hadn't done that one for a long time. I went to Sephora for a free makeover today. Wow it is amazing what a few new colors will do. So we will be playing San Jose in round three. The nice thing about that is we are both in the same time zone and San Jose is only about a two hour flight from Vancouver. That will make the travel easier for the teams. The first game will be on Sunday.

Janie I can't believe the rain we have had. It was raining so hard on Wednesday it was bouncing a foot off the road and we had hail yesterday.

Pam It is depressing with all this rain. Today was nice but still cool, upper 60s but no rain. However it is suppose to rain for the next four days in a row . I did take a look at the insomnia thread. I don't have problems falling asleep it is the staying asleep that I can't seem to do too well these days. I have always found travelling east to west the hardest on me but that is usually the end of the trip for me and I just want to get home. Congrats on your other new kitty. This could be a boyfriend for Spooky.......you may just get a whole new family :D.
Hopefully you haven't pulled a muscle in your side. Smart to not push it.

Julie Good idea to not double up your workouts if your hip is starting to bother you. I need to get some organizing done too. I should have done some today but I decided to be lazy. I hate hot a humid too, I like it when it is comfortably warm and sunny. I still have my stinking electric blanket on the bed .

Have a great Saturday everyone.

Cheryl

This morning was Maximum Intensity Cardio! It was tough! Just when you think you are ok you move on to the step portion!

Janie Great job on TBS, abs, stretching, your walk, and pushups on your toes! That was a lot in one day! That's funny about Rolly's kiss. I have gotten kisses from my dogs like that before and it is yucky! :p

Cheryl Great job on Bootcamp. That is a good one! It is a little bit of everything in 1 hour and works you hard! I saw that the Sharks beat the Red Wings. My brother is a Red Wing fan so I know he is not happy. Our weather is back to rainy and cold. I don't think it knows what season it is. We went from Winter to Fall to hot, humid summer, and now it is Spring weather finally but only high 50s and rainy all weekend!

Have a wonderful weekend! I am off to do some errands!

Walked Rolly about 30 min. today.

Cheryl, Great job on Boot Camp, especially on a day of vacation. Yea! Sounds like the makeover did you good. Weather. It's raining right now.

Julie, Great job on MIC. An oldie but My Oh My a Goody. Hope you get all your errands done.

It's quite, so I think I'll post more pictures of my craft. Hey, there isn't anything else to do. You don't have to respond to them, I'm just doing it for kicks.

396734310.jpg

These are beads where I put holes onto the ends so you can connect jump rings.

396693574.jpg

Oh My! My hands show my age for sure. It's a ring made out of a huge paper saucer type bead.

396690597.jpg

Kinda look like flying saucers.

Have a nice rest of the weekend.

Hello Ladies,
I would like to join your check-in. One of Cathe's tips for making exercise a priority is to join a group. I'm not at your level yet, and my goal is not to lose a bunch of weight, but to strive for the best fitness shape I can be.
Thank you
Lovetocamp

Today is very rainy and decided to use the treadmill for 40 min. Intervals.

Lovetocamp
,

Welcome aboard!

I'm not at my level yet either. LOL:eek: But I love trying to get there. You said it in a nut shell, "strive for the best fitness shape I can be". That is what we try to do as well.

You are starting in the right direction in that health and fitness will be a part of your life.

We try to give each other inspiration, knowledge, encouragement, anything to help motivate each other while on our journey.

As you can see, we not only talk about what we've done in exercise and health during the days, but also our interests, such as animals, hobbies...anything goes.

Can't wait to get to know you!:D Where are you from? What kind of job do you have? What are your interests, goals...?

I'm a native of Washington state. Was lucky enough to be able to retire early from the job market and already have traveled in many of our states. My interest/hobbies are plentiful; jewelry making (paper beads for now), watercolor/acrylic painting, crochet, reading, sourdough bread baking...that's enough for now. My goal is to continue to be strong and healthy during my present 60 and beyond.

We have 2 cats that belong to my DH. One (Higgin) was found in MI by Higgins Lake (while walking she jumped into my hands at 5 weeks old) and the other (Winkle) was given to us by a neighbor. We also have a part Chihuahua and some kind of terrier dog that we named Rolly, from a shelter here in town. Rolly is mine.

By the way, my Joey (hubby) and I, love to camp.:)

Janie

Julie Great job on MIC. I remember that one to be a toughie but a goodie. I haven't done that one in a while now. It was actually one of my first Cathe purchases way back. We will join you on the cold and rainy weather. It is just getting to be a bit tiring.

Janie I love your jewlery it is very unique.

lovetocamp Welcome to our check-in. Don't worry about what level you are at we are all at different levels. Looking forward to chatting with you some more and getting to know you. I live just outside of Vancouver British Columbia and I am married. We have been together for 22 years but have only been married for two of them. We are a bit slow aren't we :D. We don't have kids but we have three cats Taylis, Tigger and Tango. I have been working out with Cathe for about 14 years now. She is the best instructor out there in the DVD market (at least that is my opinion :D). My Vancouver Canucks are on the quest to win the Stanley Cup so you will be hearing a lot on that . They play tonight against San Jose.

Saturday I did Imax 3  that is a toughie but I got through it. This morning was yoga at Lululemon. It was a really full class today. We had one guy in the class and I think he was intimidated with all the woment there.

Hope you all had a great weekend.

Cheryl

Good morning ladies. I can't believe I didn't post all weekend. I kept meaning to and that got distracted by other things.

Julie Great job on Disc 6 abd MMA Kick box! Wow, your legs would be feeling that for sure. The leg workouts in meso 1 are just killers from what I recall. Wow, I bet you are so excited for all of the changes in your house. How fun!
I don't know what I did to my side, but it is gradually feeling better. I still wasn't up for the pushups on the weekend though. I tried on Saturday and could only do a few without it hurting so decided not to push it. I am not sure why I decided to start the push up challenge again last week though since I was starting STS this morning  That is it's own push up challenge!

Janie Great job on TBS, abs and stretches! AND your pushups! So funny about the french kiss from Rolly :p ICK ICK and double ICK! :D I'm not sure what I was thinking with the pushups, but I think I'll be putting the challenge on hold while I do STS. The pushups in meso 1 are brutal! And no, we don't get tired of seeing the pictures of your jewelry, I LOVE to see them so keep bringing them on!

Cheryl Great job on Bootcamp on Friday, that was my very favorite workout for a long time so I did it a lot, but I'm still not tired of it. I really like the format. It sounds like you had a nice day off, the makeover sounds like fun! Congrats on your Canucks making it to the final round! I haven't seen the outcome of last night's game yet, I hope they won!
Rain 4 days in a row, ICK. We actually had rain Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but it was the typical summer thunderstorms, so they don't last too long. We did get some hail on Saturday and REALLY hard rain, but we had already gotten our skiing in so we didn't care.
I noticed in the insomnia thread some tips for getting back to sleep if you wake up in the night that sounded interesting. Something about thinking about your toes and wiggling them and then moving up to your ankles, shins, etc. I know I didn't give a good description but there was a pretty good description in the post. I don't have that problem often but it sure is frustrating when it happens so I am going to keep that in mind. I hope you find something that helps for you!
Great job on Imax 3 and yoga this weekend! It sounds like a great weekend!

Julie Great job on MIC Saturday!

Janie I love the flying saucers! Very cool! BTW, my hands really show my age too. They are probably the oldest looking part of my body! I attribute it to hard work :p Great job on your treadmill intervals!!

lovetocamp Welcome! We'd love to have you join us! The more the merrier! I think we are all in about the same boat as you - just striving to be in the best fitness shape that we can be. We are all here to encourage each other

Since I wasn't here over the weekend I'll back track a little. We went skiing Friday night and luckily had just finished and gotten the boat put away before the thunderstorm started. Then Saturday morning I got up and did Step Blast and then we went and skiied again. They said Saturday was going to be a washout but we didn't actually end up getting any rain until late that afternoon. It was quite the storm with intense rain and hail. We were driving home from a service clinic for the car and were worried about the hail denting the car, but luckily it was just little stuff so it didn't do any damage. Saturday night we went out for Mexican food and had too many margaritas! Yesterday was my day off though so I didn't have to hop up and workout. This morning I started my second round of STS so it was disc 1 chest, shoulders, and biceps. Whatever is giving me trouble in my side seems to be affecting my shoulder so I had to lighten up on most of the shoulder work. I could hardly do any of the pushups on my toes either :mad: I just couldn't believe how many different sets of pushups we had to do! I also forgot about all of the equipment that you have to get out and put away in this one. I will be feeling it tomorrow for sure! Happy Monday everybody!

Pam

Well it is back to work for me this week. :( I had been thinking about how STS has been really kicking my butt in the mornings so I decided to switch things up and do STS when I get home at night. I don’t really like doing my workouts in the evening but I also know that I feel stronger in the evenings then 1st thing in the morning. So on MWF, I will be doing cardio and abs in the morning and then doing STS when I get home. This morning was HiiT DWP and Ab Circuits Medicine Ball Abs.

Janie Great job on your walk with Rolly and intervals on the treadmill! I don’t know how you find the time to make such creative jewelry but they all look amazing. LOL! The last set do look like flying saucers! :p

Lovetocamp Welcome aboard! The ladies in this group are fun and very supportive. I credit their encouragement to helping me continuously improve my fitness level. I am still not at the level of others on this forum but I figure life is about doing the best you can with what you have been given. :D I live in central IL with my DH of 11 years and our 2 dogs, Oscar and Maggie. Right now I don’t have any hobbies because we are remodeling our house but I used to enjoy cross-stitching. I am excited to get to know you better.

Cheryl Great job on Imax3! That one is a toughie but I always feel so accomplished when I finish it! Great job on yoga too! I have not been hitting my goal of getting in yoga or some type of stretching every Sunday. I know I need to but it is so much easier to be lazy on Sunday!

Pam Great job on Step Blast and starting STS! Glad to see you got to get a lot of skiing in. I haven’t had margaritas in a long time. They used to be my favorite but the last couple of times I drank even just a little, it took me days to get back to feeling normal again. Meso 1 is tougher than I expected it to be and every time I do a work out, I have DOMS in the area worked for a few days. I am looking forward to only 2 more weeks of endless pushups. Although I did look ahead and there are pushups in the last week of Meso 2.

Have a wonderful Monday!

Windy and rainy today.

Did TBS :)eek:) What can I say, it works and my Joey loves it. Will be doing other things also today, like push ups (yes, I'm back at it, but will take a different approach this time).

I bought a walker to use as a dipping station. It works beautifully! So, I'll hit abs, triceps, and chest. There are a number of exercises you can do with this contraption. It's Cool:cool:.

Dipping stations run about $100.00 and most, way over that. I just can't afford that, so went on line for alternatives. One guy took a walker and used it as a dipping station. It was great, he did all kinds of exercises on that thing. Went to the second had store and bought one my self and couldn't be more happy. My dipping station cost $5.00 and it even folds up. It's suppose to hold about 250+ pounds. I looked up this walker on line, bran new, it cost over $200. I feel so sorry for anyone who has to have one to walk and need to pay full price for one. Just not right! But, so grateful for myself to get a dipping station. Besides, it will become useful again, when I get old and need assistant walking. Let's hope that will be in the long future.LOL:D

Cheryl, Great job on Sat. Imax 3 an this mornings yoga. How do you like our weather lately? Sucks:confused:

Pam, About hands; when I worked for a ceramic company (Duncan Ceramics based in CA), besides ceramics and kilns... they also had a magazine and I was their hand model for the art department (also one of the artists). They showed step by step instructions on all their projects there. Time sure does fly and nothing stays the same.;) My hands are the oldest looking part of my body as well.
I think that's a good idea to hold off on those push ups especially if you will be doing STS. You need all your strength and concentration for those workouts.
Glad you were able to ski Friday before the storm. Great job Sat. on Step Blast and more skiing before the hail storm, and for today's STS round 1 chest, shoulders and biceps. Sorry about your shoulder, hope it gets better. Yes, getting the equipment out and putting it back again is a drag. I hope one day Cathe will do a series with minimum equipment, yet advanced. It certainly can be done, I see it on the internet all the time. This site is amazing. Wow! This person does exercises that are very hard (also shows an easier way) and works, without so much equipment! www.bodyrock.tv

Julie, Switching things really does confuse the body, and makes the exercise work even better. You can't get better than that. Great job on HiiT DWP and Ab Circuits Med ball abs. Good choice.

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Thanks ladies for nice welcome. Today I worked out on treadmill and some stairsteps. Weather a bit chilly today, wanted to walk outside, but opted for inside workout, also a little inner thigh work. I live in Ky, yes I bleed blue:p.
Go Cats. I love, love, love photography. Love to Camp :p of course. I have been taking pics for about 10 years. Just did my first wedding a couple of weeks ago, very stressful. Love natural light pics best. I'm married to a great guy, no children, just nephews and neices. We are just starting a remodel project on our house as well. One of my goals is to make it to a NJ Cathe roadtrip. I can't believe how fast that trip sells out. Love Cathe , have been hooked since I saw her on Fit tv. Have a great day ladies
Cyndi

Today I also (besides doing TBS with abs and stretches) gardened for 3 hours. Had to prepare 3 barrels to plant 3 blueberries plants into. They came into the mail a few days ago. The barrels were already filled with herbs, but replaced them someplace else. The blueberries needed a very sunny location. That was a lot of work!

Update: Tonight I did 6 extra push ups, and played around with the dipping station.

Also my jewelry was yet again presented on Janice Mae's blog. I'm so excited! I think she likes my creativity.
Jane’s Creations

Cyndi, One of my daughters name is Cyndi and spells it like that too. Small world. Great job on the treadmill and stair steps. Makes me think that I should use them soon. I love taking pictures to get ideas for painting. I bet your photography is beautiful! Love wedding pictures, they are so lovely to look at. What kind of remodeling are you doing? Oh, if you can go on a Cathe road trip, you should do it. Yep, they sell out very fast!

Take care everyone,

Janie

Pam Bootcamp was one of my favorites for a long time too. It was one I hadn't done in a long time. The Canucks haven't made it to the final round yet.......if they beat the Sharks in this one they will be in the final round. They did win yesterday 3-2. It was a great game. Rain 4 days in a row in nothing for us. It has been more like 4 - 5 months of pretty much nothing but rain. Good thing you got your waterskiing in before your thunder showers. Too many margaritas, I've been there, at least you didn't have to workout yesterday.

Julie I am like you and are stronger in the evenings than the mornings. Especially with STS where I find it can do you in. I know it is easy to be lazy on Sunday. I really enjoyed our last yoga class, though I know I need to do it more because I feel like the tin man from the Wizard of Oz right now.

Jaine What a unique idea to use a walker as a dipping station. I never would have thought of that one. I am so over this weather. The rain can stop anytime. They are saying that it supposed to be nice this weekend which is nice for us since it is our Victoria Day long weekend.

Cyndi Good job on your treadmill workout and the stairsteps. It is nicer to walk outside but not if the weather isn`t cooperating with you. What are you remodeling in your house. I would love to do something to our place but it is so expensive. I would love to go to a Cathe roadtrip too but she is a bit far away for me. I would go if I were you.

This morning I did MMA Kickbox. I found it hard to get up early and do it and I felt so tired all day long. Tomorrow it is suppose to be STS Total Body and I am going to do the same this as Julie and do it after work.

Have a great Tuesday everyone.

Cheryl
