Julie So sorry about your car! It was lucky that you were almost home when the temperature went crazy and that you were able to drive the rest of the way home! I know what you mean about things getting in the way of the workouts in the evening, that is why I switched mine to mornings years ago. Great job on getting CB done anyway! I have been getting better each day, but still have a cough and a bit of a runny nose. I'm feeling pretty good though so I'm not stressing about it. I agree that NB can't be beat, I am sticking with them from now on.
Janie Oh wow, you have gotten in some really nice long beach walks! Good for you for getting out and enjoying it! You are right that sleep is the best for colds. That afternoon nap that I had was the best thing I could have done. I felt progressively better after that. I am switching back to my old shoes and ordering a new pair of New Balance shoes today. Hopefully that will do the trick for my foot. It not, I may need to rest it more

Julie Oh I'm glad that your car was an easy fix. It is crazy how much labor costs for car repairs, isn't it? I'm so lucky that my DH does almost all of our car repairs. It's amazing that he can fix almost everything.

Sorry I missed posting for a few days. Friday morning was supposed to be Drill Max for me, but my friend was picking me up to drive me to the beach that morning so I wanted to keep my workout to an hour. I did the Drill Max cardio and upper body pre-mix which is almost exactly an hour. It flew by and seemed so much easier without the leg drills, I was surprised. The weekend was a girls weekend at the beach to celebrate my birthday. It ended up being my first birthday celebration because of DH being sick and then me being sick. It was a lot of fun. We had perfect weather - in the 80's the whole time. We went for a 3 mile walk each morning and then Saturday afternoon went out and did some shopping. Other than that was just cooking hanging out and chatting. The perfect weekend! This morning was supposed to be PS Strong legs and Abs, but for some reason I thought I was supposed to do Lean legs, so that's what I ended up doing instead. Oh well, I figure it's close enough! Have a good Monday everyone!
