Julie Good work on Get Glutes for Saturday and Sunday. I had to wait 30 minutes for another train. My mode of transportation is a commuter train so it only runs at certain times during the day.

Pam This was our last day of interviews. Now we have to do the reference checks and then we are done. Oh yeah I was sitting there wishing they would stop talking. I wanted to look at the clock to see what time it was but it would have been too obvious to look behind me to see it. Great job on your Drill Max premix. So nice that you had a girls weekend to celebrate your birthday. Good work on Leaner Legs today too.

Sunday I did Yoga Relax and then it was more work outside. I scrubbed all the scum off of our garage and it looks so much better. I was so tired when I went to bed last night. I don't know if it was from all the work I did outside or more fresh air than I am used to. This morning I was still so tired I had a hard time getting out of bed. I was tired all day long so I didn't get a workout in. Hopefully I feel more energize tomorrow.

Cheryl Oh I'm so glad you are done with all of those interviews. That is just exhausting. Maybe you should have turned around and looked at the clock to give that person a clue that they didn't to zip it! ;):p Great job on YR and YM (Yard max!) Oh scum scrubbing, that sounds like a blast!!! I'm sure that was a lot of hard work and probably why you were so tired. I hope you got a good sleep in last night!

This morning I was supposed to do Step Blast, but since I just did it last week I decided to do Rhythmic Step instead. That is such a fun one and I hadn't done it in awhile so it felt great. I have been wearing my old New Balance shoes and they do feel a lot better than my Nikes. I ordered 2 pairs of New Balance yesterday and the Nike will now be kicking around shoes. I don't think I need to stray from my New Balances again! Have a great day ladies!

No workout yesterday. I am really trying to follow Get Glutes and just do the 4 strength workouts. Let’s see how long I can last without cardio. Anyway, last night as I was pulling into the driveway, I noticed it was snowing! We got about a half inch which is not a lot and it didn’t stick to the roads but still. Plus this weekend was beautiful in the 60s and 70s and now we have a high of 32 today. I think someone forgot to tell Mother Nature it is mid-April and she can stop being such a cold b*tch!

Pam No worries on not posting. Sounds like you were having a fabulous time for your girls weekend. Great job on getting Drill Max cardio & upper before leaving and all those walks while you were there plus LLA when you got back! Great job on RS! I am excited for your new shoes. Hope they get here quick so you can give them a try.

Janie Great job on yard max which is definitely a bonafide workout! I agree with Cheryl I bet it is looking fantastic!

Cheryl Great job on Yoga Relax and cleaning your garage! That does not sound like fun. I would be exhausted too after that. Hopefully this week will be better for you since you are done with the interviews. Yea!

Went walking on the beach with Rolly for an hour. Then did Low Impact Series: Turbo Barre premix 2. 57 min. Yowie! All good though.

Cheryl, Great job on Sun Yoga Relax and the work outside. Get energized for tomorrows workout. I think the fresh air has to do with being tired.

Pam, Great job on Rhythmic Step. I LOVE THAT ONE TOO! Glad you are wearing shoes that don't hurt. Yea!

Julie, April is such a weird month. LOL Hope you enjoyed your rest day yesterday.

I am glad that it is done. Good work on Rhythmic Step. I am glad that your foot in doing better in the New Balance shoes. I find Nikes are very narrow so they don't always fit quite right.

Julie I had a hard time not doing any cardio when I tried to start the Live Fit trainer. Hopefully you do better than me. Oh no not more snow. Mother Nature has no idea that it is Spring does she.

I got up this morning and did XTrain Bis and Tris. It was hard because all I wanted to do was to go back to bed. I really don't have that much strength that early in the morning either, 10 lbs was feeling heavy. Oh well I got it done though.

julie I will be interested to see how you do without cardio. I am the same way, I think I would have withdrawals! I know it's supposed to be what you need to do sometimes to really see results with weight training though....It is NOT supposed to snow in the middle of April! I think we need to send Mother Nature a calendar! We had our air conditioning on yesterday and had to turn on the heat today. Crazy crazy crazy! My shoes are supposed to arrive tomorrow. Of course, we are leaving tomorrow morning to go to Hilton Head, so I won't get to try them out until Monday. I am excited about them too!

Cheryl Great job toughing out XTrain Bis and Tris when you weren't feeling it. The workout can sure drag when all you want to do is go back to bed!!!

This morning for me was PUB. I was thinking I could do the planks and pikes because I was feeling pretty good at that point, but when I started into them I realized I was woefully mistaken. I paused the disc and will try it again later today :rolleyes: I had planned on burning a new disc with just the core work from that one so that I could do it first, but of course until I forgot about that until I got up this morning to do my workout. Maybe next time....Have a great day!

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I had an all-day workshop so no time to post. Then I got to go back today for a morning workshop. So exciting. I did get my Get Glutes workout in Tuesday night though.

Janie Great job on your beach walk plus TB premix! Ouchie! That is what I think every time I see Turbo Barre.

Cheryl Great job on XT Bis & Tris! I remember those mornings when 5 pounds felt heavy.

Pam Great job on PUB! Ha I will be interested to see how I do without cardio as well. Bummer you have to wait till Monday to try your new shoes but I guess it gives you something to look forward to when you come back. You know other than going back to work!

Last night I did Get Glutes. I got really cruddy sleep last night and I don’t know why. I think it is because DH did not go to bed at the same time as me like usual. So I kind of laid halfway awake waiting for him to come in. At least it is Friday and the weekend. Saturday, DH and I will be having Easter lunch with my family and then I am hoping for a lazy Sunday!

Update: Yard work! Balancing and sawing at the same time makes for a great cardio workout along with legs and butt. I think I'll have DOM's in my heart, legs and butt! A 3 hours workout. WooHoo!


Cheryl, Great job on XTrain Bis and Tris. Congratulations for continuing with the workout even though you wanted to go back to bed! You are a trooper.

Pam, PUB is an oldie but a goody, next time for sure.

Sorry that I have been MIA for several days. I think that Tuesday morning workout did me in because I was really tired on Wednesday and Thursday. I had Friday off so I did Rockout Knockout and then got all the housework done. This morning I did a workout with my TRX. I has been a lazy day here, the weather isn't the greatest so I was able to catch up with some of my shows that I PVR'd. Have a great weekend everyone.

I finished whatever rotation I had been doing on Wednesday, so Thursday I decided to do Intensity since I wasn't able to finish it the week before. It wore me out as usual, but I got through it ok this time! Then we got packed and headed down to Hilton Head for the weekend. We have friends who have a townhouse right on the Harbor Town golf course and it was the RBC Heritage classic golf tournament. Unfortunately the weather was not very good. Friday it was so rainy that we just watched the tournament from inside the house. They even stopped play early that day because of the rain. Luckily it was nicer Saturday so we go to get out and walk the course. It got drizzly in the afternoon, but by then we had been out and about most of the day anyway. Sunday morning was drizzly and cold again :mad: so we watched from inside until we left around noon. We still had a nice time, but would have like better weather! This morning I started Cathe's April rotation with High Reps. I just noticed the X77, CCC and BM2 are ALL on the calendar for this week. Whoa, not sure Cathe was thinking!! I guess it is a get ready for summer rotation, huh? I hope everyone had a nice Easter weekend!

Pam Good work on Intensity. Sorry that the weather didn't cooperate for you on the weekend. At least you could see some of the golf tournament. Good work on High Reps today too. Oh boy that is quite the rotation for the week.

So yesterday I did stretching with the BOSU and then in the afternoon went out to my parents house for dinner. Today I did STS disc 2 back and triceps and after that is was a really lazy day. For some reason I was really tired today and even had a nap after lunch. I have take this week off from work to try to get some Spring cleaning done.

Cheryl Great job on your BOSU stretching. I haven't used my BOSU in awhile, I need to get it back out! Great job on STS disc 2 also and enjoying your lazy day. Sometimes that is just what we need. Oh, a week off to do spring cleaning would be nice! I was looking around the yard last night and I could spend a week just doing yard work! There are so many weeds, I guess I know what is on my agenda this weekend!

Leaner Legs was on the agenda for this morning, but we are going to a concert tonight and X77 was on the calendar for tomorrow. I am pretty sure I won't feel like doing that after being up too late, so I did that one this morning instead. I'm still debating on whether I find it harder than Tabatacise or not. I definitely couldn't do Tabatacise intensity for 77 minutes, but I am totally spent after both of those workouts and don't feel like I could do another thing. It used every ounce of juice I had this morning. I was so hungry when I was drying my hair that my hands were shaking! I hope this doesn't turn out to be one of those days where I want to eat everything in sight......Have a great day!

Ugh!! So Saturday was a good day. I did Get Glutes in the morning and then had Easter lunch with my family and spent the rest of the afternoon with them. Sunday morning I did Get Glutes and then spent the afternoon napping. Sunday night I started to come down with something and by Monday morning it was full blown whatever it is. I ended up calling into work and sleeping and drinking water the whole day. I went to bed super early last night getting like 10 hours sleep and still feel exhausted. Not sure what is going on. I am supposed to do Get Glutes again tonight but I am going to have to wait and see how I feel.

Janie 3 hours of yard work is quite the workout. I hope you were able to sit and stand again after all that leg and butt work. That chicken video is too cute.

Cheryl Great job on RK on Friday and your TRX work on Saturday and BOSU stretching on Sunday! Also great job on the cleanmax! It’s nice sometimes when the weather is yucky and you can just stay in and catch up on being lazy. Great job on disc 2. Enjoy your vacation.

Pam Great job on Intensity before heading to Hilton Head! I hope you still enjoyed the weekend even with cruddy weather. Great job on HR! Uh oh! Did Cathe lose her mind with this rotation? That first week sounds killer. Thanks for the birthday wishes! Great job on X77! I would say I would rather do Tabaticise than X77 in its entirety but yes they are both hard and require all your energy.

During the weekend I found out our (mom, dad and siblings) family friend. Died from a stoke. He was 90 years old. He was like a second dad to me while growing up. I'm leaving for East of the mountains to visit with my Dad, siblings and friends. And on Sat. will be at the funeral.

Will do lots of walking when I can, but can't do my planned STS until after I get back home. Will start on Tuesday if nothing else happens in life to prevent it. It's life, things happen and there is nothing you can do about it.

Will try to use computers as they come up visiting one from one house to the other. If you don't hear from me will talk again when I get home.

So today I did HiiT Double Wave Pyramid and yoga based abs. After that I did some puttering around and took the cats outside for a while. I could get used to this doing what I want when I want. I guess I shouldn't enjoy it too much since I only have a week off :rolleyes:.

Cheryl I was able to keep from eating everything in site yesterday, somehow :rolleyes::confused: I was ready for lunch by 11 am though! I had an apple then and held out until 11:45 at least! Great job on Hiit DWP and yoga abs. When I first read your post I thought you said you took the cats outside for a walk. I was wondering if you walked them on a leash :D It sounds like you are enjoying your week off, good for you!

I ended up not doing a workout this morning. We didn't get home until midnight so by the time I got to sleep it was after 12:30 and I decided to get some more sleep instead. I may try to do it when I get home tonight if it isn't too late. We had a lot of fun at the concert though. We started with 15 people, but kept getting more people who wanted to join us and I think we ended up with 23. We had enough food for about 75 people though :rolleyes:We got really lucky with the weather too. There was a 60% chance of thunderstorms, but we ended up getting just a few sprinkles when we first got there and then nothing else. I have been to a couple of outdoor concerts when it has poured and I like dry better! Happy Hump Day!

I was actually feeling up to working out last night when I got home. I did Get Glutes (of course) and it felt really good to move. I thought my lifts might suffer but really the only lifts that were off were my pullups. I can tell my eating has not been the best because I always struggle with pullups after I pack on a few pounds. Oh well, just move forward to fix it.


Janie I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. I will keep you and your family in my prayers for a safe travel and for the loss of such a special person. Thank you for the birthday wishes!


Cheryl Great job on DWP and yoga abs! Vacations are good and bad like that. Good that you get a break from work but bad in that you don’t want to go back to work.


Pam Good for you on not working out so you could get sleep. Sleep is so important. Sounds like you had a blast at the concert. I have never been to an outside concert but I agree dry would be better.

Pam Glad that you could keep from eating everything in site. I am always ready for lunch by 11am but I try to hold out until 11:30 :eek:. Well I did take one of them for a walk while we were outside and yest he was on a leash. They don't go outside unless they have on their harness and leash and we are out there at the same time. I think sleep is more important than trying to get up early to workout. Nice that it didn't rain and you could enjoy the concert. I have been lucky to have dry weather for the outdoor concerts I have been to.

Julie I am glad that you were feeling better. Good job on Get Glutes. Oh you sound like me as soon as I stop eating healthy my workouts suffer. I am trying to move forward to fix it too.

So today I did or tried to do Party Rocking Step #2. I don't know what was up this morning but I could only get through the first 4 combos :confused:. I got lots of sleep and drank lots of water yesterday so I have no idea what went wrong. This afternoon we are taking Tango to the vet to get his eye checked (it is red all around one eye) We have drops and have been feeding him hypo allergenic food but it has come back again. Our neighbour has his sister and she has the same problem. She goes to a different vet so we are taking him there too as her eye looks fine. Hopefully this vet will be able to fix it for us.
