So this morning I was able to get up early and get a workout in. Because I had been missing cardio so much I decided to do Rockout Knockout timesaver premix. I could tell it had been a while since I had done any cardio and was glad that I decided to do the premix. So happy it is the weekend.

Did Total Body Sculpting tonight. A little easy so will do a more challenging one next time.

Janie Great job on Total Body Sculpting.

Yesterday I did Low Impact Total Body Trisets Upper Body. I enjoy that one. After that it was a lot of running around and then laundry. Today was Party Rocking Step #2. Wow I could really tell it had been a while since I had done cardio, but it felt good. After that I got the housework done that I didn't have time for yesterday. I have tomorrow off because I need to get Tigger in for his butt shave. Yeah another day to sleep in.

Janie Great job on your walk with Rolly and LIC! While I have been enjoying a bit of a break from working out, I'm also getting anxious to get back to it. I'm not sure when that will be yet, hopefully Saturday after I'm home. It will depend on how the jet lag is doing! Luckily our back up plan for the workshop here is working well for us or it would have been a boring week!

Julie Great job on your GG. I hope you enjoyed your weekend and your nice spring weather! I hope you didn't spend the entire time cleaning, even if you were excited about it! It has been hard resting my foot, but the travel helps there because I don't have a lot of motivation to go to the hotel gym and I thinking working out in my room on the hard floor is what tore my foot up in the first place. I have been wishing I had brought my bands and Travel Fit with me at least though..... You're right, even if things don't go well, it's not so bad being in Australia. Luckily my friend in Germany got a back up system working for us and that is what we are using in the class, so things are working out fine.

Cheryl Great job on TBTUB! I like that one too, but isn't it one of the ones with the killer plank/kick back combo? Those always KILL me! Great job on PRS2 too, I haven't done that one in forever, I think that I will have to relearn it. Oh boy, I hope Tigger is happy about his butt shave! :confused::rolleyes:

So my flight here was really long, but other than that not too bad. I was on one of the new airbus planes from LA direct to Melbourne (15 hours straight...groan), but since it was a new plane and I got an upstairs seat it was a little nicer. I watched a couple of movies, did some reading, ate dinner and did some sleeping. When we got here we went and walked around the city for awhile and I stayed up until 8 pm. I thought that was pretty good, considering the flight arrived at 9:30am. I slept like a rock that night and then yesterday we took a bus tour around the city and then did more walking around. This is such a cool city. There was so much going on. All kinds of street performers and markets and festivals. It was a lot of fun. I was even able to stay up until 9 pm - woo hoo! As I said, today has been going much better than I was expecting so I'm happy about that. I had no idea what to expect, but now I'm not as stressed having today almost finished. Of course I'm on the countdown to go home now...Only 3 more days! :D I hope everyone had a good weekend. My Monday is almost over!

Saturday I did To the Max Extreme. Then DH and I cleaned and organized for the rest of the morning and afternoon. I got my panty and some closets cleaned and organized. Still have more to do but got a good start. Sunday I did Get Glutes and then was lazy the rest of the day. Figured I deserved that after TTM Extreme and all that cleaning.

Janie So glad you looked into using turmeric on dogs. Great job on your walk and X10 Low Impact! That one is pretty challenging. Great job on Total Body Sculpting. Looks like you are ready to try something else now. You must be feeling back to normal now. Yea!

Cheryl Good job on RK, TBTUB, and PRS2! Plus cleanmax! Good for you in adding some cardio. Life’s too short to not do things you enjoy. I hope your appointment with Tigger goes well. I can’t imagine he will be too happy while it is being done but he should be happy afterwards hopefully.

Pam Sounds like you are having a pretty good time. I am super impressed with how well you handled the time change. That big of a difference couldn’t have been easy. I probably would be falling asleep during the day. Enjoy the rest of your time there. Hope it goes fast for you.

Pam I am glad that things are going well for you there. Yep TBTUB is the one with the killer plank/kickback combo. That one kills me too. Tigger was a very happy kitty once it was all done. Apparently he is a very good kitty while they are doing it too. You didn't get to fly first class there? It would be so cool to have your own pod. You are doing well getting used to the time/day change.

Julie Way to go on To the Max Extreme and clean max. I need to get going on some organizing too. Good work on Get Glutes and your lazy Sunday. Tigger doesn't mind being pampered at the vet. He doesn't like going there but he is fine once he is there.

So today was Tigger's butt shave :rolleyes:. So he got that done his nails trimmed and had a bath. He loves his spa day. I have already made an appointment for him to get his lion cut at the end of July. The lady who does it only does it on Mondays and she gets booked up really fast. After I dropped Tigger off at the vet I did XTrain Legs. Ouch I really felt that one.

Pam, Enjoy the time and truly relax before you hit it hard on the exercises. So glad the back up plan is working well. Long flights are no fun. Glad you made it to Melbourne. It sounds like such a romantic city. Maybe someday I will be able to visit there. Glad also your stress level is much better.

Julie, Great job on Sat. To The Max Extreme. And cleanmax/organize. Also for Sun. Get Glutes. Good to rest after all that isn't it? You did good.

This morning I did Get Glutes. Mother Nature has decided that even though we are now 4 days past Spring that we still needed more snow. We got less than an inch but the roads were pretty slick this morning.

Cheryl Great job on XTrain Legs! The first time I did that one I was not impressed but I recently revisited it and it is a nice little workout. The ending floor segment burns my booty bad. Aw! I always smile when I think of the lion cut. So cute!

Janie Great job on 30/30! I would love to go to Australia too. Maybe someday we both will get there.

Julie Good work on Get Glutes. Sorry about the more snow. Maybe you will have a great Summer and you will forget about the horrible Winter that you just had. Yep the end of XTrain Legs had my booty talking to me.

Well my cardio just sucks!!!!! I did HiiT 30/30 today and I struggled to do it. I never had a hard time doing that one in the past. I hope I can get my endurance back for it. Something that I will need to work on.

Everything is AOK with our Rolly. He still is licking, but will see how he does in a few days. Poor sweetie, he was so brave for being a Drama King. Did HSC. YaHoo! I love this workout! Making book markers, jewelry and if I have time at least one drawing for the Art Association. Been very busy.

Julie, Great job on Get Glutes. Be careful and safe with the snowy weather.

Cheryl, Great job on 30/30. You did good, your endurance will improve the more you do cardio.

Cheryl Wow, that is great that Tigger is so good and enjoys his spa days. My cats HATE it when they get any kind of grooming. You would think that we are torturing Shorty when we brush him or groom him in any way! Ha, no, no first class! Not even business class anymore. We used to fly business class but now it's only coach. I have gotten to fly first class internationally a few times and those pods are quite nice! Great job on Xtrain legs!

Janie Great job on Hiit 30/30. I haven't done that one in awhile, I think I need to put it on my list! Melbourne is a really cool city, I'm hoping to come back on vacation sometime to really enjoy it. There is a bridge over the river that has cables that young couples put locks on and then throw the keys in the river to lock their love. It's pretty cool, the whole bridge is just full of locks.

Julie Great job on GG. That really stinks that you had more snow. I saw that they were saying we had a change of snow at home on Tuesday, but luckily it was just rain. Someone needs to wake Mother Natureup and remind her that it is spring!

Cheryl Great job on 30/30. even if it was a struggle. You will get your endurance back, also remember that some days are just worse than others.

Janie So glad to hear that everything is ok with Rolly. That can be so scary when there is something wrong with them. Great job on HSC, that is a goodie for sure!!! Wow, you have been busy, it sounds like some fun busy though!

My workouts have still only consisted of walking to and from dinner. Most nights it has been about a mile or so walk each way, so at least it is something. I am eating so much though, I am going to have to really cut back and get busy when I get home. Swim suit season is almost here after all!!! At least I hope it is! Take care ladies,

This morning I did Kick Punch Crunch without the Crunch so I guess it was just Kick Punch today. It’s only Wednesday and I am already wishing it was Friday.

Cheryl Great job on sticking it out with 30/30! I agree with Pam, you could have just been having an off day. It happens.

Janie Yea! So happy Rolly is doing good. Great job on HSC! Sounds like you are going to be quite busy for a while with the Art Association season must be starting up again.

Pam It’s good that you are getting some walks in. That should help and hopefully your foot is doing better with the rest. I am sure you will get back on track quick when you get home. Oh boy I hope swimsuit season is close too. I don’t swim but I am sick of this cold and ready for some nice warm days.

Pam Oh man that is a long flight having to go coach. I have never flown first class but those pods do look cool. Enjoy yourself while you are there. You can get back into the swing of things when you get back. How is your foot doing?

So today was a rest day for me. Tomorrow I have to go out to another office to do some work. They don't want to start until 9am and go until 5pm. Yuck the traffic is so bad that late that it could be a commuting nightmare. The only thing that may work in my favour is that it is still Spring break here, hopefully there won't be as many people on the road.

Took a rest day yesterday.

Here are some photos of what I've been up to for the Art Association. Will make about 20 unique pieces for the book marks and also make dollar rings and see how they sell. Will continue to sell soap and earring sets from last year.

Well yesterday I did XTrain Chest, Back and Shoulders. It was a long day yesterday but I did get a ride home. Someone who was with us in our meeting lived not too far from and so she said that she could drive me home. That was really nice so it saved me 30 to 45 minutes of commuting. Today I did Hard Strikes without the conditioning. My shoulders were really feeling it after yesterdays workout so I didn't want to work them any more.

Been busy doing art stuff, no workout until after Tues. My 63rd birthday is Tues. and want to celebrate with eating at our favorite resturant and second hand shopping. Then on the strictness of regimes until the holidays in the Fall.

Cheryl, Great job on XTrain Chest, Back and Shoulders. Nice you hooked up for a carpool. Also great job on Hard Strikes without conditioning. Good idea not to overwork your shoulders.

Friday I forgot to post but I did do my last workout for month 6 of Get Glutes. That has been my favorite month so far and I was a little sad to be done with it. Saturday I did Afterburn Double Trouble premix and then ran some errands, shampooed my carpet, and gave 3 dogs baths. Sunday I did X10 in its entirety. I would be lying if I said I did it straight through with no breaks. I took several breaks. I think the step and hi/lo portions are the hardest. It wore me out so much that I was exhausted and had to take a lazy day the rest of Sunday and a rest day today.

Janie Oh you are so creative and crafty! I love the dollar ring. Very unique. Sounds like you are keeping quite busy with all your art projects. Your birthday plans sound excellent!

Cheryl Great job on XT CBS! That was very nice of them to take you home. What a nice surprise to have some time back. Great job on HS too! I am starting to get excited and nervous about the road trip. I am sure everything will be fun I just always get a little nervous about going to new places and doing new things.

Julie Great job on KP last Wednesday! My foot is feeling quite a bit better, I can still feel it a little, but it's not painful like it was. We didn't have very good weather here over the weekend, but it's supposed to be 70 today and 80 the rest of the week. I hope they are right!

Cheryl Oh it's a long flight no matter where you are! I had a pretty good seat both way though, I was upstairs on the aisle in the bulkhead row, so I had extra leg room. The upstairs economy portion only has 6 rows in it, so it's a lot nicer than downstairs with the masses! :D As I was telling Julie, my foot is doing quite a bit better. I just hope it stays that way!

Julie Great job on GG. Last week went by really slowly for me too. It always does when I'm doing a workshop and it seemed even slower because I was doing the whole thing by myself and there are usually two of us. I'm glad to have it finished and be home! I think you are going to have a blast at the roadtrip, but I would be nervous about it too.

Julie Great job on finishing month 6 of GG!! Wow! Great job on AB DT and ALL of X10 too, WOW!!! I can understand being exhausted afterward. When do you leave for the roadtrip?? I can't wait to hear all about it. I will be attending my first road trip vicariously through you :)

I got home Friday afternoon just before 5:00. The flight seemed longer in the way home because I was so ready to be home and because I was awake most of the way. I did watch a couple of movies and some TV shows and read most of a book. The 5 hours from LA felt almost as long as the 15 from Melbourne to LA. Thursday night before leaving we went to see a couple of comedy shows as they had a comedy festival that was just starting. They were pretty good, but the place was meltingly hot and I was so tired by the end that I was ready to get out of there. I decided to take the whole weekend off from working out and start back in this morning. I didn't want to get out of bed, but I finally got up and did AOLIH. That was a good one for easing back in. It felt hard though so I am already dreading that Tabatacise on the calendar later this week!! Have a good Monday!
