Strength in Numbers

Today's challenges: Had to go back to week two of the last day. I'm getting discouraged:(. My form was perfection, used block to remind me to go lower, and did them slowly. I couldn't do them fast at all! I have DOMS from the last workouts. Push Ups on toes, 60 sec.between sets: 5, 7, 5, 5 and maxed out at 8. Pre Pull-Ups 60 sec. between sets: 7 Assisted, 7 Australian, 6 Assisted, 6 Australian, and one hang. Also did 3 baby pull ups. Also did the heavy weight lifting for the rest of my muscles that were not worked by the challenges.

This means I will most likely have to keep going for more than 4 weeks. Wondering if I should bail out? I'm missing my exercises with my Joey and Cathe and other instructor. I told Joey it would only be for 6 weeks and it's gone beyond that. Will think about this during the weekend.

Julie I think you did the right thing going to bed instead of doing the challenges when you got home from work Thursday night. When you are sick your body needs that rest more than anything. Youare the stubborn one doing your morning workouts anyway! I hope you got a lot of good rest yesterday to help you recover. I think it was a good idea to stay home from work too.
Cheryl Glad to hear that your back is doing better, I hope you were able to get your workout in today. Maybe you'll get help from those kitties too! 26 degrees, brrrrrr, how many days until spring again? Our trees are starting to bloom, I'm not sure what they are but they have dark pink blossoms and are gorgeoush. I also saw some crocus popping up yesterday. no blooms on them yet, but all the greens are up so I'm thinking we'll be seeing flowers soon!
Oh boy, you are so lucky to get Randy Quaid's wife  I had forgotten about that whole drama! Are they both still hiding out in Canada?

Janie I think it's great that you decided to put some of your jewelry on ebay! I'm looking forward to seeing if you are successful in selling it. I haven't checked it out yet, but I will take a look.
I can certainly understand you missing Cathe's workouts during the challenges. I couldn't do the challenges alone, although I do think that my challenges are suffering some since I am continuing to do other workouts. I'm ok with it though because it keeps me going. Maybe instead of just doing challenges you could do something similar where you just focus on one challenge at a time and still do other workouts as well? IDK, just a suggestion. Their timeline is definitely way off, I can't believe anyone can do it in only 6 weeks.
Don't get discouraged with the challenges. It sounds like th way you are doing them now is a lot tougher so you are building strength even though I know it doesn't always feel that way! perfect form - good for you! The fact that you have DOMS should tell you something huh?

Later in the day yesterday I did the barre work from LBB to finish the BBW and I also went back and did the floor leg work that I had skipped the day before (I have a bit of that stubborness too Julie!). This morning was a double header of High Step Challenge and Butts and Guts. My legs are just fried! They are so ready for my rest day! I'm cooking a meal and doing some shopping for my friend with cancer this weekend so now I need to get to my shopping. I hope everyone has a great Saturday!

Pam

Yesterday I spent most of the day on the couch or in bed sipping hot tea and trying to recover. I did do a little light dusting and cleaning because I was having problems breathing and thought getting the dust out might help. Last night I took a full dose of Nyquil and was in bed for 12 hours!! Woke up feeling a little better but still groggy. After about an hour, I started to defog and decided to try working out. I did Athletic Step and MMA Kickboxing. Those were actually pretty good workouts to do when still recovering. I was able to modify and lessen the intensity during the workouts and still get a good workout in. I think I have been so stubborn about not skipping my workouts in this rotation because I am seeing excellent results with it and don’t want to lose all the hard work I’ve put in. I am so glad today is just grocery shopping and relaxing. Tomorrow may be a nice hot bath! :p

Cheryl I am so glad you are starting to feel better and the stretching is helping! Hopefully you didn’t get any snow (or much snow). I know we are both so ready for Spring! I am ready to see my pear tree start to bloom and my flowers to start popping up. :(

Janie Great job on doing your challenges with good form. Cathe always says form is key and I truly believe that. My plan is stick with the pushup challenge for one more week. Since I have to repeat week 5, I know I won’t technically finish it but I feel it was very helpful in making me stronger with the pushups. For the pull-up challenge, I am sticking with that until the end of April. I will be starting STS May 1 and I really want to be able to do one full pull-up by then. We’ll see though. Pull-ups are so hard! I say if you are missing doing other workouts then go ahead and ditch the challenges and go back to what you enjoy doing. Enjoying your workouts is one of the most important things because otherwise, what’s the point. I do have to agree with Pam, that I would not be able to do the challenges alone without any other workouts. I like having picked 2 and alternating those everyday but am looking forward to dropping one in a week. Maybe you could try picking one challenge you really want to finish and doing that with other workouts. I would say just be mindful of what days you do weight workouts and the challenges. My pushup challenge, certainly suffered after a heavy weight day.

Pam Great job on finishing out the BBW and floor work you missed and then to do HSC and B&G back-to-back! I think Cathe really had it in for everyone with February’s rotation! That is so nice of you to help your friend out. I am sure they really appreciate all the help they can get. I am so jealous of your weather!

Have a wonderful weekend!

22 MORE DAYS UNTIL SPRING!!!!!

Just thought I would let everyone know. Anyway I did Circut Max this morning to ease back into working out. It felt really good except for the planks where you put your weight on your forearms and elbows. My right elbow is still sore so I had to leave that one out.

Janie I took a look at what you posted on Ebay. It is a really nice set. I think the ring would get a lot of attention. A cat under you really does work. They make you finish your set or else you would squish them haha. 5 - 6 Cancer episodes a year, wow that is is lot to have to go for surgery for. Not a lot of fun. I hope he is doing fine since his last surgery.
If you are missing your workouts you should go back to what you had fun doing. It sounds like the challenge is becoming work and isn't fun anymore.

Pam It is cold here and we have just got a dusting of snow so far. If that is all we get I will be happy. Oh yeah both Randy and his wife are still here, actually they never left. I am not happy about them staying here but what can you do. Sounds like you really do need a rest day for your workouts. That was some double header that you did. Your friend is really lucky to have someone like you looking after her.

Julie It sounds like you needed the rest day to recover. But you still did mange two workouts . Well I hope you are feeling better. Make sure not to do too much and get sick again. So far we have just had a dusting of snow. I am so ready to see my garden come to life. It is a really depressing piece of dirt right now.

Have a great weekend.

Cheryl

You guys are great! I've been thinking and decided to start Mon. on working out with Joey. I'll use heavy weight, as usual, with TBS and then I'll continue to do the challenges for now. At least I will be excerising with Joey and doing a Cathe workout. After the challenges will also continue a second and third round of heavy weight on the Smith Machine since Joey only does one set of exercises. That way I won't miss a beat. I'm excited!

Pam, I was getting discouraged, but with all of the support I'm getting here, I'm motivated again.:D Yes, DOMS do tell you that you are working! Great job on LBB to finish BBW and leg work, HSC and B&G. I can't even imagine how you are doing this. (((hugs to your friend))):(

Julie, Poor thing, you must have needed those 12 hours of sleep.:( Great job on AS and MMA Kickboxing. Glad you listened to your body and modified. You were smart. Enjoy your shopping and bath, you deserve it. I'm with you! Hoping on my birthday, April 1, that I can at least do one pull up. I'll keep trying for that goal. During my Challenges I do work out the rest of my body using heavy weights for my shoulders, biceps, triceps, inner and outer thighs, and the Smith Machine for my quads and hamstrings. I was just missing my Joey, but I figured how to do it with him. I think it's a good plan. If it doesn't work out the way I'd like, then I'll take your advice and work on one challenge at a time.

Cheryl, Thanks for the reminder of 22 days before Spring. Can't Wait! Great job on CM. My joey sometimes have 2 or even 3 per surgery, so he won't be going in 6 times a year. At least I hope not. I feel so sad for him.:( He just got home yesterday and he showed me his wound. He said this one was pretty deep. What isn't fun is not exercising with my Joey. I think I've figured out a good plan. We'll see.

Take care everyone,

Janie

Well I didn't make it to yoga this morning. We woke up to about 6 inches of snow and it is still snowing. I thought that it would be smart to stay at home instead of attempting it since I had no idea what the roads were like. So my workout today was shoveling the walk and in front of the garage for ourselves and our neighbors on either side of us.

Janie Sounds like you got a workout plan that will work for you. Working out turns into a job if you are not enjoying what you are doing.{{{HUGS}}} to Joey. I hope he is doing better today.

Happy Sunday everyone.

Cheryl

Julie I bet that 12 hours of sleep was just what your body needed. So funny that you still had to get that workout in, I can totally relate, it sometimes feel like I am just going to blow up like a balloon if I miss my workouts. Good for you for modifying and doing what you could handle though. I hope you enjoyed your nice hot bath!

Cheryl[/B[ Circuit max is one of my all time favs, I think that was a good choice. Sorry tha tyou elbow is still sore, hope it is recovered soon.
I can't believe that Randy Quaid and his wife are still hiding out there. Sorry you are getting these crazies added to your population! I'm also sorry to hear about your terrible weather. All of a sudden you are getting winter weather  It was actually feeling like summer here today, 83 degrees! I was very happy, but don't mean to rub it in!

Janie I'm glad that you are getting back to your workouts with Joey on Monday. I think that will make you so much happier and it will probably make the challenges a little bit easier to deal with as well!
I'm so glad to hear that you have new motivation!

I spent all morning cooking and then went to visit my friends to deliver. My friend Jayne looked fantastic today and we had a really good visit. She said that she is thinking about going to see a Doctor in Tampa, I sure hope that they can help her. It was a beautiful day and she and her husband got out for a couple of walks. She can't walk, but has an electric scooter so she is able to get out and about. I had a nice top down drive home and washed my car and now am just waiting for DH to get home from his golf trip. I hope everyone had a great day!

Pam

Good morning. Just a quick update with my morning checkin. This morning was 4DS LIS which felt like a walk in the park compared to the rest of this rotation! I also did 400 walking lunges and my pushup test. I got 43 pushups so did improve some since the last time. I think I'll probably go to week 6 column now to see if I can get to 50. Then I guess I have to figure out how to go into maintenance mode! Have a great Monday everyone!

Pam

On Sunday, I did a 45 minute Yoga DVD and then took a bath. It was pretty relaxing. I am feeling much better now except I still have a cough but that is pretty usual for me when getting over colds, the cough seems to hang around for a few weeks. This morning I did Intensity and while I was tired by the end I felt pretty good too so that is a good sign!

Cheryl You are too funny with your Spring countdown! I love it! Great job on Circuit Max. I think that was a good choice to ease back into working out, plus it is fun! Yuck to the snow!!! When will it end!:(

Janie Glad to see you have worked out a plan for working out and doing your challenges! It is important that you enjoy your workouts and I know you really enjoy them most with Joey!

Pam Sounds like you had a great day with wonderful weather on Sunday! Don’t worry about rubbing the bad weather in, I am living vicariously through you right now! Great job on 4DS LIS and 400 walking lunges plus improving on your pushups. Hmm! Now that you mention it, that challenge does leave out the important part about maintenance. I would assume doing pushups 2-3 times a week would help you maintain but I don’t know if you just go to failure each time or mix it up by picking a week out of the challenge and doing that.

Have a wonderful Monday everyone!

Did TBS, abs from Abs Hit and stretches. About an hour. Will be doing the Challenges in a few hours. I need breakfast first. Yeah! Can't believe how easy the push ups were. OMG! Also had to add more heavy weight to the exercises. Love it when you can actually tell that you are stronger. I sure did miss my Joey, and now it's perfect.:) Still can't make it out of our driveway. The snow is so slushy and slippery. Joey will be going out on errands Thurs. and that's most likely when the mail will go out.

Cheryl, You are very wise to stay home with all that snow on the ground. Great workout; shoveling snow. Truly. Joey appreciates your hugs.:) He's doing much better today.

Pam, What did you cook for your friends? Just curious. I hope Jayne that the Doctore in Tamps can help her. (will say a rosary for her). Sounds like such a beautiful day. Great job on 4DS LIS. You are getting stronger if that felt like a walk in the park!:D I know this isn't an easy rotation, but I must say that I'm so proud of you. It's got to be one of the toughest workouts out there. Well done too, on the walking lunges and push up test. That's incredible!

Julie, Great job on yoga, oh I bet that was nice.:) So glad you are feeling better from the cold. Also great job on this mornings Intensity. You did so good after being sick.

Take care everyone,

Janie

Pam Circut Max is a fun workout and one I hadn't done in a while. I thought it would be a good one to do to get back into it. Yes we are getting some crazies here. Next it will be Charlie Sheen telling us that he is here because the Star Wackers are after him . You are so lucky to have warm weather. It was cold out today and we had some hail. I would be happy if the temperature got into the 60s here. Funny last Sunday I was working out in the garden and this Sunday I was shoveling snow . Happy to hear that your friend was doing well. It is always nice if you can get outside. I think the fresh air really helps. I hope you get the 50 pushups in. Let us know how it goes.

Julie I missed my yoga yesterday and I am sore from all of the snow shoveling. I guess I could have done one of my yoga videos but for some reason I just decided to sit on the couch with another cup of coffee. I shouldn't complain since this is the first snow we have had all winter. With us it is mainly the rain that doesn't seem to want to stop.

Janie What a nice feeling to be able to do all of the push ups easily and being able to up your weight. You know you have been doing something right when that happens.

This morning was the cardio timesaver workout from Low Impact Circut. I like the step routines in that one.

Have a great Tuesday everyone.

Cheryl

Challenges: Push Ups on Toes 60 sec. between sets: 9, 11, 6.5 8. I tried one more time to get 8 instead of 6.5 on this set and this time I did. The last set was a max. of 11. I think I might have pulled my left shoulder trying so hard. We'll see how it goes, will take some anti inflammatory pills.:( Pull Ups 60 sec. between sets: 7 Assisted, 7 Australian, 6 Assisted, 6 Australian and 1 hang. Used foam roller on my shoulder and all over. Felt really good. Will do it again tomorrow especially on that shoulder.

Cheryl
, Great job on cardio from LIC. I'll be doing cardio tomorrow. Don't know which one yet. Thank you for you cheering me on.:)

Janie

Julie Yoga and a bath, ahhhhh, that sounds heavenly. I guess you must be feeling a lot better to have done Intensity yesterday morning. I hate those nagging coughs that hang on forever after a cold though. They are just so annoying!
No more living vicariously through me for our weather. We had a big cold front come through last night. A huge thunderstorm and today the high is going to be in the upper 50's. I'm not sure when we'll have 80's back, but they were nice while they lasted!
I'm not really sure what to do about maintenance with the pushups, but I figure I'll worry about that when I get there! At this point I'm not sure how much longer the challenge is going to take me. I thought I would be moving to week 6 but it says that you need to do at least 45 to move to week 6 and I only did 43 so I'm going to repeat week 5. I think I'll see if I can do column 2 this time

Janie Great job on your TBS, Abs hits and stretches! I bet it felt great to get back to TBS and Joey! :D So nice that you had to up your weight too, it is so satisfying when you see that all of the hard work is actually working!!
My friend is a vegetarian so I made them a creamy cauliflower and leek soup, a nice spinach salad with dried cranberries, onions, hazelnuts and a homemade dressing and eggplant rollatini. I also took them a nice loaf of organic bread from whole foods so hopefully they enjoyed it. I kept a little bit of the soup and had it for dinner last night and it was good. It was from Thomas Kellers Ad Hoc at Home cookbook which I just got so I had to try something out of it. I love his recipes.

Cheryl I think we do need to ship Charlie Sheen your way! :p I sure am getting tired of seeing him on TV. It's pretty pathetic and they are letting him just have this big melt down in such a public way. Someone needs to just keep him off TV and radio for awhile!
It has been crazy weather everything lately I think. It's so hard to know what to expect from one day to the next. Great job on Low Impact Circuit - that is another fun one (how many times do I say that?!)

Janie Great job on the challenges!!! I hope you didn't hurt your shoulder though!!!

This morning for me was legs and glutes and then yoga based abs. I actually did a levatation hold! I'm not even sure how it happened and I didn't hold it as long as Cathe did, but I held it for a good 2-3 seconds. It's the first time I have ever even come close to getting my feet off the ground and I couldn't repeat it after that, but I was happy anyway (even if it was just a fluke!) It seems like she is going easy on us for this last week of this rotation. Of course on Thursday we are supposed to do CCC right into Butts and Guts. I will most likely just be doing CCC though. Have a great Tuesday everyone!

Pam

I got a giant loop band for pull-ups in the mail yesterday; so, last night I started the pull-up challenge over so that I can do assisted pull-ups without using my feet to assist (push ) me up. They are so much harder with the band and I can’t get my chin above the bar yet but I am working on it. So my pathetic assisted pull-ups were: 3, 4, 3, and 2 negatives.

This morning I did the cardio only from 4DS Kickbox and then did Lower Body Blast. I think that combo is going to do my lower half in quite nicely as it is already sore! I work on the 4th floor so I already walk up 6 flights of stairs every day (there are 2 flights between each floor). Now we just had a tornado drill and had to walk down to the basement and back up so that was another 8 flights up! My legs are going to be talking to me tonight!

Janie Great job on TBS and abs plus your challenges! Wow!!! It’s nice to see you and Joey working out together again and I bet he enjoyed it as much as you did. Hopefully your shoulder is doing much better today and you didn’t pull anything. I know they always say to ice for the first 24-48 hours.

Cheryl Great job on the cardio timesaver premix from LIC! LIC is a goodie. I’ll never forget when the first time I did it, I saw “Low Impact” in the title and was so excited to have an easier workout as a break. I didn’t learn my lesson and made the same mistake with Low Max. Now when I hear Cathe say “low impact”, I think “oh boy”. :p

Pam Great job on L&G and yoga-based abs. Wow!! That is great being able to do a levitation hold! I have never been able to do one. I am going to try someone’s suggestion on here and try it with yoga blocks the next time I do them (not sure when). Your dinner for your friend sounded yummy! The soup and salad with fresh bread, yum!!!! Now I’m hungry! :D

Have a good Tuesday!

Janie Good job on your challenges. I hope your shoulder is OK.

Pam Noooo you can keep Charlie Sheen, one wacked out start in our country is enough . He really sounds like he has gone off the deep end. I hope his family steps in and gets some help for him. Congrats on your levitation hold. Who cares that it was only one and you didn't hold it as long as Cathe does. At least you did one, I have yet to do it.

Julie Good job on you workout. Your butt will really be talking to you tomorrow. Cathe's low impact is still really hard. I don't think she really has an easy workout. She has some easier ones but nothing that I would consider easy.

This morning was the Gym Series Chest and Triceps. I can feel it tonight. Tomorrow is suppose to be KPC but I will see if I am able to do that one. We are suppose to be getting really strong winds sometime tonight with the winds getting up to 80 mph. So I am hoping that we have power tomorrow morning, that will be the deciding factor in whether or not I can get one in. We also have really big fir trees right behind our place so I am hoping that they don't topple over onto our roof. It gets really scary when it is windy out because they look like they are going to snap in half .

Have a great Wednesday everyone.

Cheryl

Julie Good job on those pull ups. It is annoying when you think you are doing so well at something and then you get a new piece of equipment like your loop band that humbles you, isn't it? The humbling thing for me this week has been tricep pushups. Here I was feeling all good about doing so many pushups on my toes and then I find out I can't even do 1 tricep pushup on my toes  I guess that is the next thing I should be working on.
Oh boy, you really did your booty in yesterday. The 4DS kickbox cardio is quite lower body intensive by itself! Hope you are doing ok today!

Cheryl We are gtting more Charlie Sheen drama today. The Today show has had him on every day this week. I think they need to stop! This guy doesn't need any more time to embarrass himself on TV.
Good job on your GS Chest and Triceps. I hope you were able to do KPC today. 80 mph winds??! Wow! Hopefully you didn't get that much wind! I think I would be scared to death!

This morning for me was 4DS Bootcamp. The tricep and bicep work was really tough for me today. My triceps were already really sore but I can't figure out why?! Very strange.... I am supposed to do my pushups today too but I am going to do them after work to give my arms some time to thaw out. Have a great Wednesday everyone!

Pam

Last night I did day 1 of week 5, column 1 of the pushup challenge: 28, 35, 25, 22, and 35 with 60 second rests in between except the last rest was closer to 1:15. This morning was Imax 2! So much fun!!

Cheryl Great job on GS C&T! I love the GS series mainly because that was my intro into heavy lifting so it will always be special to me. I hope everything went ok last night. Hopefully you still have power and all your trees standing. I am not sure we have ever had 80 mph winds around here. I get scared enough with 50 mph winds!

Pam Great job on 4DS Bootcamp! I just love the cardio drills in that one. They are so much fun and the time flies by. I wonder if the levitation holds in yoga abs tired out your triceps? Ugh! Tricep pushups are HARD! I have been able to get maybe a max of 4 on my toes before having to go to my knees. I guess you could always use the pushup challenge to strength your tricep pushups. Yes the loop band has truly humbled me but it has also made me even more determined to do a full pull-up on my own.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

So there I was in a deep sleep when just after midnight the stupid freakin cell phone goes off . It is the one I have for work and of course by the time I got out of bed to answer it there was no one there. Must have been a wrong number but it took me hours to get back to sleep. So no workout this morning, it was hard enough getting up when I actually had to.

Pam I wonder if the Today show is trying to get him to embarrass himself on purpose for ratings? I just saw part of the first interview they did with him and that was enough for me. The winds never did get that strong. There were power outages in a lot of places but we were fine. I am trying to convert from kph to mph and they said that we could get up to 100 - 110 kph winds. So I think 100 kph works out to 70 mph so 110 should be around 80. Good job on 4DS Bootcamp. That is my least favorite one to do. My triceps are really sore today but I know it is from my work out on Tuesday.

Julie I like the gym styles too and it is one I haven't done in a while. The winds never really got to the strength that they said they would. Not complaining about that at all.

Have a great Thursday.

Cheryl

Did TBS with Joey using heavy weight. Added on stretches, and abs. Couldn't us as heavy weight as the last workout. Hmmmmmm.:(

Challenges today are the same as last time. I don't feel strong today for some reason. Push Ups on Toes: Always with perfect form, with 60 sec. between sets: 9, 11, 8, 8 and 11 max. Couldn't do anymore and boy was it tough. My shoulder is good. Thanks to the foam roller. Pull Ups with 60 sec. between sets: 7 Assisted, 7 Australian, 6 Assisted, 6 Australian, 1 hang. Didn't have any umph left for baby pull ups.

My shoulder is doing just fine, thanks to the foam roller.:)

Pam, Maintenance with the Challenges. For me I'll keep doing as many as I can and just make it part of the routine. Can't be losing all that I worked so hard for. For when I get to the end of the challenges, (could be such a long time for me). It's OK though.:) You are right, I'll worry about that when the challenges end. Your friends are so luck that you made them a complete meal. It sounds like a heaven feast.:p Great job on legs and glutes and yoga based abs. The only way I can levitate is with the yoga blocks. That helps humongously. I'm so proud of you! I'm certain it was no fluke, you are getting stronger.

Julie, Great job on those Pull Ups. So very proud of you. I'm glad you were able to use your new loop bands. Also great job on the cardio only and LBB.

Cheryl, Great job on Gum Series Chest and Triceps. We had strong winds today so much so, that Rolly didn't want to go out in it to do his business. LOL. Poor thing. But, I talked him into doing it.:) The winds are suppose to stick around all week. Ugh. 80 mph is really strong winds, do be careful and take necessary precautions. I know what you mean about trees, we have very tall ones two. It is scary. Stay safe.

Pam, Great job on the 4DS Bootcamp.

Julie, Great job on last nights Push UP Challenge! Very well done. And a great job on Imax2. Yes, I do love that one too.:D

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Julie Great job on the push ups!! I tried to do week 5 day 1 column last night but couldn't make it. I did 28/35/22/18/20 with 60 second rests. I was just going steadily downhill! You gave me the motivation to at least keep going and do at least the column 1 numbers and as many additional ones as I could. That last set though was the min for the last set in column 1  Imax 2 might be Cathe's all time best workout (if it weren't for those jeannie hops :p )
I love the 4DS cardio too, it is a great add on cardio on a weight day.
I bet it was the levatation holds that made my tricpeps sore! I hadn't even thought about that, but I was very confused so I will consider that mystery solved!

Cheryl Oh, blasted cell phone! Don't you just hate that?! I was sleeping nicely last night when my DH got home (he's been in Boston since Monday) and then I had a terrible time getting back to sleep, but that was only at 11:00 so not so bad.
I'm sure the Today show is trying to get Charlie Sheen to embarrass himself to help their ratings, it's rather disgusting. They just need to stop putting him on the air. It seems like every time you turn around he is on another show.
Glad to hear that your winds weren't as bad as they were predicting and that you didn't lose power, but it sounds like they were still pretty strong.

Janie That's ok that you couldn't go as heavy yesterday, some days are just like that and we have to pay attention when that happens to avoid injury. You have been pushing yourself pretty hard for awhile now.
I am liking the foam roller, I've used it several times already.
I got the food report back from my friends and it looks like the cauliflower soup was the big winner of the recipes. They just loved it and said they only problem was that there wasn't any left :) I guess that one will be a repeat.

This morning for me was CCC. It was supposed to be CCC right into Butts and Guts but no way was that happening. I didn't have time to do all of Butts and Guts but initially thought I would do the 30 minutes of standing leg work. Nope, CCC took everything I had. You can call me lazy but I decided that was enough for one day! This morning I am taking both cats to the vet for their annual checkups before work, so I better get moving. Wish me luck  I know one of the cats will have to go back for dental work and I'm thinking that the other one will need to go back and get shaved. Have great Thursday (wish it was Friday!)

Pam
