Today's challenges: Had to go back to week two of the last day. I'm getting discouraged. My form was perfection, used block to remind me to go lower, and did them slowly. I couldn't do them fast at all! I have DOMS from the last workouts. Push Ups on toes, 60 sec.between sets: 5, 7, 5, 5 and maxed out at 8. Pre Pull-Ups 60 sec. between sets: 7 Assisted, 7 Australian, 6 Assisted, 6 Australian, and one hang. Also did 3 baby pull ups. Also did the heavy weight lifting for the rest of my muscles that were not worked by the challenges.
This means I will most likely have to keep going for more than 4 weeks. Wondering if I should bail out? I'm missing my exercises with my Joey and Cathe and other instructor. I told Joey it would only be for 6 weeks and it's gone beyond that. Will think about this during the weekend.
